• Ladan (8/5): Good location in Vatican City - The property was clean and huge. The location was good. The beds were comfortable Nice decoration. 2 TVs one in each room. High ceiling apartment in 2nd floor Walking distance to Metro The water in the kitchen sink didn’t have any pressure. There was no instructions on how to checkin and checkout. One of the beds did not have sheets and pillow cases Not enough toiletries for 3 of us for 6 nights stay. The host kindly brought a bottle of shampoo to be used as shampoo and body wash.

• W.K. (9/5): Prima locatie, goed ingericht en perfect schoon appartement. Dicht bij de metro en voorzieningen. - Heel tijdig is de toegangscode voor de sleutel doorgegeven. Plezierig dat we (digitaal) contact konden hebben. De contacten via de mail zijn goed. Niets viel tegen, of het zou het servies en bestek zijn. We hebben ons gered! Het meubilair was volledig, enkele stoelen hebben onderhoud nodig omdat de lijm van de stoelpoten is verdwenen/ Resultaat; voorzichtig zijn en af en toe de stoelen weer in elkaar drukken.
• Ma Corazon (9/5): Beautiful experience all around - Great location, walking distance to Vatican which was our main purpose on this trip. Lots of restaurants close by. We became close to owner of restaurant below. It became our kitchen Almost perfect for us.

Очень удобные кровати. Отличный и быстрый сервис Отсутствие гладильных принадлежностей по правилам апартаментов - не удобно для длительного путешествия. Но рядом есть прачечная.

• Hiromi (10/5): Communications were very well and easy. - Well maintained classy apartment. Clean and simple interiors. Convenient location to Vatican. lClose to the metro and bus to get around the city. Plenty of nice restaurants and shops.
• Luke (10/5): Rome Home from Home - Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in a great location close to the vatican city. The apartment was clean and modern with 2 massive size bedrooms a grat size living area. The kitchen had everything available to make it a home from home. Our host Marzia was amazing (even though we didn't meet) we were in constant contact as soon as we got off the plane and was very quick to reply to any message o sent her. She also allowed us to store our bags in the apartment on our final day as our flight wasn't until the evening and she had no guests moving in that day. Would definitely recommend this apartment and host . Would obviously use again if I'm in the city Nothing

The property owner Marzi was so lovely and very helpful I would recommend this apartment to anyone who visits Rome it was a very safe area.

• Antal (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very spaceous, comfortable and clean. Thank you for the special present to the host! It is located very close 3-4 mintues to the Vatican. There are fantastic restaurants in the neughborhood also recommended by the host. The host was available online all the time, proptly responded to our specific requests. our check-in and check-out went really smoothly, we could get in earlier and leave 2 hours later as a courtesy from Marzia. Altough we did not use the kitchen for cooking, but you have the option. The host left caffee, tea, buscuits, and several other things, too. Our stay at this apartment was really easy and nice. It is on the first floor with 2 bedrooms, a living room and 2 modern, renovated bathrooms. I can highly recommend it to both families and friends.

• Louise (10/5): Fabulous property, great hosts, superb location - This is a lovely apartment, with high quality finish. Bedrooms felt like staying in a lovely, high class hotel. The bed linen was comfy and a choice of pillows. There was a thoughtful welcome package of food and a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge! So close to the Vatican, which was great for our early start, but also close to the metro and bus stops for travelling to the centro storico and the colosseum. Lots of restaurants about. A very popular looking dim sum below, but we ate Italian each night (x3), a few minutes away from the apartment each time. Communication with the owner was great, she sent us a list of recommended restaurants. We were met on arrival following communication on way from airport and it was very easy and welcoming. Kitchen a little dated, but spotlessly clean. Could’ve done with some more wine glasses to drink the thoughtful welcome bottle of sparkling wine in. . The shower floor was a little slippery for the older folks in our party.

• Bacio (8/5): Cannot think of better place for a family stay to visit Vatican! - This a great place if you want to visit Vactican City. Just a short walk. Also a short walk to the Metro system, so the whole Rome is easily accessible. Good and quick contact with the owners via booking.com app and phone. Owners helped us to find restaurants around. Very big apratment with two bedrooms, one living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen. On a checkout day there is a possibility to leave luggages at the restaurant in the building for 3 EUR/suitcase. We have got a nice gift from the owners for staying with them. There were also available towels for our whole group of 5 (which is not a case in most of the hotels!), The aparment is located on the level 1 (just one level above the ground), but there is an elevator available. It was cold! December is not that worm in Rome. There were water radiators in the rooms, but they start to work only around midnight. (We had no control on them). There are also two electrical semi-airconditioning standalone units, but - they are very, very noise, so rather not usable for sleeping time. We managed to set one of the units to heating mode, but the second one was probably cooling only. Water is heated by the electrical boiler, so amount if limited. Also the control warm/cold water is not precise enough.

Great amenities, all appliances worked perfectly and stay was super comfortable. Bonus, Marzia even arranged a cab for airport drop off at short notice for a very reasonable fare. apartment has a washer; having a dryer too would have been nice. coffee maker that could use regular coffee pods would be great, no toaster in the unit

• Christine (10/5): Exceptional - The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The location couldn't be more perfect - it's just a short walk from Vatican City! Our host was friendly and helpful; she even met us at the property and showed us around. It was such a warm and welcoming gesture! She left some treats for us in the kitchen, along with a lovely bottle of wine. I'm planning to return to Rome and stay at this property again!
• Susana (8/5): Very good - We loved the location and the property itself is beautiful with the high ceilings and the spacious bedrooms… gorgeous! The only downside was that the AC was only in the bedrooms and it was so hot that we couldn’t stay in the common areas. Also the metro station closer to the property is closed due to renovations so you have to walk to the next one, that was not far but not close either.

• Holly (10/5): Our favorite home away from home across Europe! Perfect for family with two teenagers. - It was absolutely perfect! The space was classy, location very convenient to parking, public transport and the Vatican. Lots of great eating options but the kitchen was great, too. And I cannot rave enough about the host. Great communication, great welcome amenities. Loved it! The only thing I could point out is no iron which would be helpful when living out of a suitcase. Oh, and directions on the AC for summer guests. It was awesome having AC but instructions for maintenance would have been helpful. Nothing Google couldn’t help solve!

Everything works fine, the TV has Netflix, Youtube. The wifi was great. Kitchen also fully equipped, and thank you so much for the little snacks provided for us 🥰🥰🙏🏻🙏🏻 The location was perfect, very close to the metro, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The host Marzia was very friendly, punctual, helpful and kind. It was such an amazing experience, and staying in this apartment has made our trip in Rome become so memorable. None
• Maya (10/5): Location, cleanliness, kind hosts perfection - The hosts/owners are kind and committed to providing the best experience-they are aware of the power of small touches, like a meal kit, enough clothing hangers, books, etc. The place was clean and beds comfy. Location is perfect for all main sites in Rome and Vatican. Rome's drain smell can be smelled from time to time. It can easily be fixed by leaving the small window in the bathroom open all the time. Still, the best Rome stay.

The apartment was also very close to shops and a variety of restaurants. The hosts were very helpful and supportive when we ran into difficulties with our luggage which did not arrive with us on our flight to Rome. The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. We had no concerns.
• Lcvo (10/5): 5 star stay close to the Vatican - It's just perfect! Marzia and her husband are super attentive hosts. The location couldn't be better - Vatican and metro just around the corner. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are modern and the living room is cozy and spacious. It's truly one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in. The oven did not work, but with do many bakeries just around the corner this was hardly a problem.

• Carimae (10/5): Exceptional - The place was perfect, super spacious, have all the amenities that is needed. They even gave us a free proseco as a welcome gift. The bed was comfortable, both bathrooms were spacious and comfortable to use. The sofas were really soft too! I also liked the vast selection of books the apartment have despite them being in Italian, I just opened the book that is showcasing the UNESCO heritage sites. The location of the apartment is very near to the Vatican. There are many restaurants around and the metro staion is a quick walking distance. I would love to come back and stay a little longer.

The café two doors away was one of the best we visited and two of the friends love real espresso, and are very picky about it. The area is filled with really good restaurants, a metro 5 minutes away and the staff were more than helpful. AND there is a water bottle filling station beside the metro that fill’s fizzy and flat water which tastes like the best bottled water you can buy. Amazing. Nothing

The apartment has its own heating and it is very pleasant (23 degrees). The equipment of the apartment is new and the kitchen has everything for cooking (dishwasher, pots, plates even for a larger family). There is also a washing machine.
