• Chie (7/5): - 近くの韓国料理店が本当に美味しかった。ドラッグストアやドン・キホーテも近くにあり、買い出しなどにも困らず利便性良し。隣人の騒音もほぼなく、夜中の救急車のサイレンくらいで、思ったよりも静かだった。新宿駅から歩くのではなく、東新宿駅や新大久保駅からあるけば、治安も悪くない。 キャリーケースを持って上がれず、1階に放置してしまう形になり不安だった。エアコンの効きが悪かった。壁紙が剥がれかけていた。クローゼットがラグが引っかかって開けづらかった。うがい用のコップが欲しかった。ドリンク用のグラスも欲しかった。

• Theresa (8/5): Sehr gute zentrale Lage - Super Lage! Apartment ist direkt in dem belebten Viertel Kabukicho und nur ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß von dem Bahnhof Shinjuku entfernt. Insgesamt sehr gute Anbindung in alle Richtungen, klein und fein und wir würden nochmal kommen.

• DAIGO (10/5): また利用したい。 - 立地が良く清潔。 入室の説明書もわかりやすかった。 ペットボトルの水がサービスで冷蔵庫にあればなお良かった。

• Raul (10/5): Had a great stay. - Appreciated a lot the handbook provided by landlord on how to get to the property from the airport, how to retrieve keys, and house rules. Location was perfect. Walking distance to a lot of places of interests. Amenities were complete up to dishwashing fluid, laundry detergent, etc. Provide for disposable toothbrush. Couldn't find the dish hand towel to dry the cutlery and dishes. Might be good to provide english instructions on how to use water heater, bathtub/jacuzzi, microwave oven, TV remote, aircon remote -- all of which were in purely japanese!
• Chau (8/5): Great value stay, but can be a bit small if you have a lot of luggage! - Location was great (close to a lot of conbinis and short walk from the station and Shinjuku), room was nice and clean, good size fridge, TV and bathroom. No issues with the internet whatsoever during our stay. Price was perfect for the property. Pillows were uncomfortable, the chair took up so much unnecessary room (we didn’t have room for our luggage and had to put the chair temporarily in the kitchen during our stay) and that the wardrobe couldn’t be accessed fully because the side cabinet was too long. Would have been nice if laundry detergent was also provided, but not needed!

• Annika (5/5): It was fine but would not stay in such a small place again … it was raining our entire time there and we could not get a - Someone has obviously smoked in the apartment at some point as it has that old smoke smell to it. The chair is unnecessary - we could not fit our suitcases due to that..
