• Rebecca (8/5): - Close to train and bus station. Spacious. Fairly well-stocked kitchen, but no pepper nor oil for cooking. Responsive host The electronic lockbox for the key is a nightmare. It took me forever to get it to open; totally unnecessary source of frustration! There is only a duvet on the bed, so it's hot. There should be a separate sheet for temperature adjustment. There were extra pillows in the cupboard, but no pillowcases! The room does not get truly dark, so you need an eye mask to sleep. The Roman blinds on the windows and door make it difficult to open them, so it's hard to get fresh air.

• Baris_ustub (8/5): - Konum gayet iyiydi, metroya 6 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde, tramvaya 3-4 dakika. Pasaport merkezi metronun hemen yanında ve dolayısıyla 5 dakika mesafede. Yakın marketler mevcut. Ev gayet kullanışlı ve ekipmanlar yeterli. Ev sahibi kısa sürede sorulamıza dönüş yaptı. Temizlik görünür yüzeyler için gayet yeterliydi ancak kanepe ve dolap altları kesinlikle temizlenmeli. Kanepede bazı pislikler mevcuttu. Üst kattan biraz ses alıyor dolayısıyla biraz gürültü varsı ancak çok geç saatlere kadar sürmedi.

• Marlous (9/5): Super - Het appartement is groot en goed onderhouden. Je kan merken dat het gehost wordt door een vrouw! Host reageert snel op berichtjes en geeft zeer duidelijke instructies over locatie. Locatie ook goed te lopen vanaf M station Lavov Most Niks aan te merken

Walking to the city centre is about 20 mins. Plenty of shops around the metro station. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and the owner is very thoughtful in providing all sorts of toiletries in the bathroom. There is a nice Bulgarian restaurant down the street. About 5 mins walk. Nothing

• Alastair (7/5): I enjoyed my stay and hope to return, - Balcony was a nice touch ( although the suspended tray broke on the first night ). Excellent shower and bathroom. Toilet bend tends to expose your poo : do Bulgarians like to examine their poo? Kitchen well equipped ( other than pots and pans ). Cutlery v poor quality; I snapped a fork while eating. Nice and quiet apartment in pretty district. I didn't use the laundry facilities.Handy bins right outside across the street. Mini supermarket and small shop within easy walking distance. Self catering but due to lack of pots and pans not possible to cook anything other than breakfast. Couldn't work out how to use the coffee machine. No instructions. No electric kettle although this is specified in the apartment manifest. The bed was a bit cold as the weather got cooler towards the end of my stay, ( late September ) Heating not turned on. Only a thin duvet and a sheet on the bed. Wi-Fi unavailable for the last 2 days. It was good tho for the first days: is it metered? Unable to contact the host: tried 3 times.

• YA JING (10/5): Excelente - Todo, tenía de todo el piso. Excelente para quedarse en la ciudad de Sofía de vacaciones. Que no hubiera aire acondicionado en la habitación porque hacía mucho calor cuando fuimos y la cama era muy blanca y las sábanas eran viejas.
• Romy (10/5): - Einfache Kommunikation. Alles sehr sauber, super Lage und trotzdem schön ruhig. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht und sehr sauber. Es fühlt sich an wie zu Hause. Vielleicht wäre ein Topf mehr gut, allerdings ist das ein persönliches Empfinden.

Excellent location with easy access to public transport and city center. The hostess was always available, every detail and utility thoughtfully provided. Great accommodation
• Paolo (9/5): - Quiet and super clean apartment. Tea and coffee available. Indications were clear and comfortable if you're going to the bus/train station early in the morning. It was difficult to use the front key, I had to try several times to get the key in the keyhole. I told the host and she replied that she would have fixed it.

Even though there are very few stair steps to arrive at the apartment, my spouse had an unfortunate accident while we were in Sofia and couldn't walk properly and it was hell to get to the apartment

• Helen (9/5): Perfect for a longer stay in Sofia. - The apartment was large, light and very comfortable. It was nicely decorated and very clean with a fairly well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook which we did.Public transport was a few minutes away so access to the airport was a breeze. The area was quiet. There were supermarkets and restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance.

• Tsvetelina (10/5): I travel a lot and I have never seen such a beautiful and spotless place. I highly recommend it! - I loved absolutely everything. The host was very kind to explain how to get to the lock box and where it was. I liked how spotless in terms of cleaning the apartment was. I liked the smell inside - so welcoming and warming, smelling fresh. Kitchen had everything you may (or may not) need, plenty of bathroom stuff to use in case you’ve forgotten to take yours. Quiet neighbourhood but at the same time close to train/bus station and city centre. Everything was excellent!

Lots of kitchen amenities so we were able to cook a meal in one night.. nice to have a washing machine with products to use. Close to central bus station. Bed was a little soft for our liking but not a problem. Although it had a laundry there was no clothes rack or clothes line where to dry them.

The host even left chocolates, coffee, tea, water, which was very nice. Shampoo, soap and douche gel were all available. it is in a quite street and while it is not in the very centre, it is very easy to reach the centre and main attractions. there are trams, metro and busses around the corner. • Ati (10/5): Very nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood - The communication was perfect, we received all the information for the check-in-and the code for the key box before arrival. The apartment is in a good location, the metro station (Lavov Most – where you can also buy public transport tickets from a kiosk) is about 7 minutes on foot, Promarket supermarket is 5 minutes on foot and the central railway/bus station is within 10 minutes on foot. There is a big market near Lavov Most too. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped with everything you need - there is even a washing machine and a drying machine too. It is on the 1st floor, without elevator. It contains a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a small balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet. The windows and the balcony overlook the inner yards. The bed is comfortable, but a little bit soft for us. There are 2 televisions – one in the living room and one in the bedroom, with plenty of channels (even German, English and French channels). Wi-fi was reliable and stable. The blackout curtains are not so practical.

• Ivelina (10/5): Over all the apartment was very comfortable but some elements of getting in were frustrating - The location and the apartment overall were excellent. Very good location . Very modern, cosy and beautiful apartment. Coffee and tea in the apartment. The bathroom items were very handy. The choice of fluffy and flat pillows was great to have as we slip only on flat pillows. Unfortunately it was difficult for me to find the door for entering in to the building as the door is part of the door for the garage. This delay cost me the time I needed to order food delivery so we did not have the chance to order dinner. So I would love to had received a message from the host with explanation were was the door and how to open the key box when I book or before we arrived. I also did not like the fact that the apartment is on the first floor with no lift / elevator to it . If you have heavy suitcases it is hard to carry them through two fly of stairs up and down,
