• Moctezuma (7/5): - Great space and really roomy. The location is really nice and there's plenty of sights to walk to and lots of restaurants to eat at. We had an incredible welcome from Ms Agapi she gave us so much valuable advice and a very warm welcome. Kitchen space is very functional for short term stays. Beds are comfortable and I appreciated them leaving enough detergent, soaps and towels for our longer stay. Shower is a bit awkward, bathroom in general needs some updates. Also we were there in winter and there's only heat part of the day. The inner door is very thin and lots of sound comes through. This is very evident when someone else is staying across the hallway.

• Jenifer (4/5): Would choose somewhere else to stay next time. - The location was good but the apartment is run down, The veranda needs work and the furniture looked stained and dirty. Some planters were not maintained with dead plants. The bathroom tiles had peeling paint on the floors. We had problems with the tv remote control. We reported that the heating was not working in the bedroom unit and no one addressed the matter. There was no attempt to come or contact us to have it fixed. The last communication simply said that "I think the remote control may be broken" --- That's it! Very disappointed as the flat does not look beautiful and clean like the pictures The peeling paint on the floor tiles and the run down appearance of the terrace. The cream sofa looked so stained that I refused to sit on it.

Paljon loistavia ravintoloita ympärillä ja Carrefour express löytyy aivan kulman takaa. Asunnossa kaikki tarpeellinen, vuode kahdelle ja sohvalla nukkui mainiosti. Terassi on loistava lisähuone, jonne paistaa aamupäivän aurinko ja vuokranantaja oli todella ystävällinen ja huolehtiva. Tyypillinen etelä-eurooppalainen suihkuongelma, heikko paine, eikä lattiakaivoa, mutta hyvin pärjättiin.
• Jurate (10/5): Rome a city which never disappoints - A quiet spacious apartment in a busy district. Very close to the Opera, Termini and S. Maria Maggiore, 20 min walk to Colloseum. It would be perfect to have someone meeting you not communicating via phone calls.

It was useful to have a washing machine. The balcony was a lovely space in the sunshine. The location was ideal for good restaurants especially Amedeo. Loved the cute little lift! Due to my limited mobility the shower was difficult to get into

• Yanina (8/5): Great. - The apartment is in a great location. We just stayed one night. The bed was super comfortable and it was nice having extra pillows. Everything was clean and organized. Communicating with our host was super easy and she was very fast with response. I enjoyed it. I didn’t like the tub, there are no railings to get in and out of tub.

• Robert (10/5): Lovely base for a city break - Good location - 5-10 mins from train station which is the most convenient way of getting from the airport. All amenities you need and a nice patio too for the sun. Agapi was very pleasant checking us in.

• Debra (10/5): Spacious apartment in good location - Spacious and well equipped apartment on the top floor of a block of hotels/apartments. Large balcony. Short walk from Termini station, about 15 minutes walk from the historic centre. Quiet at night despite the location.
• Dr (8/5): Very good - Quiet oasis close to Termini. Finding the place! Be warned. Last minute texts & what’s app messages were often delayed plus, I was in transit. I had no idea how difficult it would be. Elena was very helpful but some texts etc only appeared hours after! The shower requires athletic skills manipulating the surrounding screen & the taps. A nonslip bath mat would help.
• Stephen (10/5): 4 nights in Rome. Flat is a short walk from Termini railway station, bus and tram stops. Air con is fantastic. The Lift - Location Size Facilities Air con No blind in toilet which has been mentioned before. We improvised and put a towel up.
• Capt. (10/5): Exceptional - All in all 10/10 from the booking till we clear the apartment, apartment was well equipped with clean and like new equipments, beds are very good, clean in general ,lights , TV screen and AC in both rooms were excellant if you know how to set it up ( strait forward), location 10/10 and best of all the responce and follow up from Elena and Sofia, smooth check in and out with offered assistance as practical as possible. There were comments readed on the bath window and daylight in the rooms in the morning. In my case, there were no issues since there are extra brown doors fitted that manage to solve these issues (probably newly fitted). Thanks to Elena and Sofia, i will come back again inshalla As in the rest of the world, it was abnormally too hot during our stay, but as mentioned above, this had no effect on the AC cabability, and we have had a very good sleep and time when we were inside the apartment. Ok, the lift is small, but served the requirment by spliting our groupe into two... i can't see it as an owner's or mangment mistake.

• Hoi (9/5): Stay in good location - The property location near the Rome Termini station, just take few minutes to walk. Downstairs have many restaurant, easy for lunch and dinner. Room is clean and good. But the air-conditioner is not working properly, if open the living room and bedroom together, the air-conditioner will stop automatically and restart again. So it is really hot during summer, we cannot sleep well because of the air-cond. The window in the bath room without any curtain, so it's easy for people to see from outside.
• Larry (3/5): Unlockable apartment door and woefully inadequate kitchen: avoid this rental. - Good location. Good size rooms. Nice tile floors. Comfortable bed. Good TV/Internet. Nice balcony. Good washing machine. Good refrigerator. Good toilet. Very nice agent Elena. Apartment door does not lock. Inadequate shelves/drawers for clothing, etc. No documentation for air conditioning, dead batteries in remote control. Terrible cheap plumbing, sinks and faucets - kitchen faucet not mounted properly, rotates when turning on/off. Inadequate kitchen counter, with multiple gouges and surface damage. Gas cooktop large burners do not function properly, might be dangerous. Exhaust hood marginal, with exposed wiring on top - made to be mounted under cabinets. No kitchen storage except cart, no place to drain washed dishes or prepare food. Rickety wobbly table and chairs. Badly placed outlets for kitchen appliances. No dishwasher. Very poor quality pots, no frying pan. Salt, but no pepper. Empty picture frames on walls ??? Bathroom doorway 6 feet 2, I'm 6 feet 3 -- bloody head was bound to happen. 8;)
• Sean (10/5): Exceptional - Great stay, 5 nights. The apartment was close to everything and less than 5 minute walk from the train station. Perfect size for 2 adults with a nice kitchen and bedroom. The terrace was spacious with large doors and lots of natural light. The air conditioning worked well. Functional bathroom and lots of hot water. Highly recommended!
• Melissa (10/5): Here you are family! - This property is in a perfect location with short walks to Colosseum, Trevei Fountain etc. The apartment is spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. Perfect for a family of four. The terrace is so wonderful to relax your tired feet after a day of walking. Now for the best part… your host, Elena! Excellent communication before and during stay. Elena greeted us with such warmth and kindness. We were quite tired when we arrived and she was quick to recommend an Amazing and authentic restaurant right downstairs ( Il Gallo Nero) I highly recommend this apartment and hopefully will return here one day. Our host Elena was fantastic, helping us arrange our transport from the airport and recommending local restaurants and attractions. Lots of smiles.  nothing it was amazingly quiet for as close to the terminal as it was 
• Stamenović (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the apartment was great, near main train station Termini and metro station minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was bright and spacious great for two persons but if you use sofa bed in leaving room 4 can manage it. The highlight of the apartment was huge terrace where you can have morning coffee or drink in the evening. Agapi, the owner was really helpful and friendly and she was on our disposal during our stay in Rome if we needed something. I highly recommend this property as great place so you can explore and enjoy Rome. Nothing worth of mentioning
• Ron (8/5): Nice convenient place. We would stay here again. - Great communication. If you are looking for a location near the Termini Station (we were), this is it. Very clean and comfortable. A very small elevator or lots of stairs. Was not able to shower as the bathroom needs a curtain so you don't give the neighbors a show while showering.
• Ruth (5/5): Passable - Elena war very helpful and friendly and took reliably care of our wishes. She is great! We got extra bankets and got help with the heating. Good beds. Situated near the main station is practicable. The aprt is a bit run down, kitchen poorly equipped and unpractical. The apt is very loud from the inside, you can here every step from the near other apartments (the entrance door of the apt is thin and not insulated at all) and we were woken up by the (very loud) elevator. (it is also loud from the streets, but that was expectable). On the departing day we could not leave our luggage although it was promised with the booking.

She was very helpful and was always available to help. The location was perfect. Few minutes walk from the Station Termini. Lots of options to dine in around the place.

• Donia (9/5): good overall - Nice space and room facilities, we also liked the idea of having a private outdoor balcony to have a good chill out before bed time. a coffee machine was a plus as well. No cleaning service during the stay. The checkout policy were really strict as the owners kept calling and knocking the door every 10 mins as they barely allowed an hour late checkout ( original checkout at 11 am and we checked out at 12 ) and they were mad about an hour delay in checkout.
• Mi̇ne (10/5): Great location, wonderful terrace 🤍🤍 - Great location, very close to Termini. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. Towels smelled good. The most wonderful part of the apartment was the terrace. By the way, Elena is a friendly, sincere and helpful person. If I come to Rome again, I will definitely stay at Loft Opera 9 again. Nothing. Everything was great.
