• Tahir (7/5): Good place with not so easy access. - Clean apartment and well equipped. This studio apartment is in an Attic. The lift doesn’t directly go to the apartments level rather need to carry luggage for around 9 stairs when lift reaches level 3. There is no landing in front of the apartment door. You need to balance your luggage on stairs while juggling with keys. The lock needs to be opened at a certain way otherwise door won’t open. We were stuck in middle of the night for about 10 minutes. Luckily after trying for so many times lock opened. The apartment was bit hot even with setting air conditioning to 18 degrees. The staff however, provided us either a fan that made our life bit easier. Bathroom was a bit small and difficult to take shower and move around.
• Jeubin (9/5): Very pleasant and comfy, perfect location - Lots of space with lots of utilities and comfy beds and sofa. No view unfortunately and a bit dark but it’s ok

• Rachelle (9/5): Overall a great stay! Hosts we’re helpful and kind. The room (Tiepolo) was just like the pics! and the bathtub has a s - Beautiful historical building and very comfortable rustic penthouse. The gelato place and lil store right outside made it even more convenient! There is a coffee and expressio machine with just enough pods for our stay! No sugar or condiments for morning Java.. There is a canister jar with what looks like sugar and a scoop in it but I’m so glad I tasted it first before adding to my expresso - it was salt! 😂😅 This place warrants a better mattress (should be replaced) Could feel the coils to the mattress - just took some readjusting. Paper towels, napkins or couple dish towels woulda been helpful but we made do… It’s not polished or pretentious but funky/cool and interesting. A/C was pre-set to 18 and could barely keep up with the extreme heat wave (August) but the host brought a fan which made it all do-able and comfortable.
• Rachel (10/5): Fabulous Florence - The apartment was spotless and had everything you’d need for a trip to Florence. Excellent location just over the river away from the hustle and bustle of the main city centre. The hosts were especially helpful and friendly. We had an amazing stay we only wish we could have stayed longer!! Would definitely recommend. Nothing! It was flawless
• Harsha (9/5): Superb - Amazing decor, well equipped kitchen, great location in the city, friendly staff :) Would have preferred more natural lighting inside the room. Wasn’t the most comfortable mattress.
