• Stacey (1/5): Really bad staff - Had a lovely stay up until check out I’m a single English woman on my own 2 men arrived at the front door at 10.01 1 was very rude and aggressive and barged straight past my I felt very scared and embarrassed as my underwear and clothes were on bath room floor No manners or respect I suffer with PDSD and this has left me very shaken up and ruined my whole holiday I checked out by 10.15 and was waiting in reception by 12.20 for my deposit they refused to give back I know I over stayed by 15 mins but over slept as neighbours kept me up until 6 in the morning I even extended my stay so they had plenty of money out of me and on top of that a £200 deposit Robbed blind watch out people
• Ahmed (9/5): Superb - The apartment and the resort were great and as described. The apartment had everything we needed, such as linen, towels, kitchen ware, etc. nice sea view. The resort (Benal Beach) was wonderful and the kids loved it. There are a few pools and a bunch of slides too (just make sure the pool and slides are open when you visit as they are seasonal). It’s disappointing that you need to pay for the beach loungers around the pool. There are many shops and restaurants around the area (great seafood paella at La Ancla). There’s car parking inside but it can fill up quickly, although there’s plenty of parking outside. It’s a large resort so it can take some walking to get anywhere. The hosts (or managing agents) provided clear communications. They fixed issues quickly, however don’t rely on just emailing them, call the emergency number.

• Petra (8/5): a nice stay to enjoy the winter sun - nice view and apartment, perfect for 5 days, private gym available in the complex but not included, only 12km away from Málaga washing machine was not working when we arrived, spare part was already ordered before we came but did not arrive during our stay only 1 tab for the dish washer - would be better to provide a few more
• Sebastian (6/5): Decent enough - Location Apartment View Swimming pools and slides were closed even though host confirmed its opened. Could have booked apartment without poolsfir much less. Host very eager to get rid off you. Lots of messages starting 36 hours before check out.
