• Vanja (10/5): - Domaćin ljubazan, stan na izvrsnoj lokaciji i uredan. Sve pohvale, doći ću sigurno opet.
• Bojan (7/5): - Stan se nalazi veoma blizu centra grada, otprilike 10-ak minuta lagane šetnje. Ispred zgrade je veliki parking na kojem uvijek ima slobodnog mjesta. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom je bila profrsionalna, odlična i brza, jer nam je dao sve potrebne podatke o lokaciji i o načinu ulaska u apartman. Stan se nalazi na 4.spratu u zgradi bez lifta. Nama to nije predstavljalo nikakav problem, ali neko ko dolazi sa malom djecom, puno stvari, kao i starijim osobama bi predstavljao problem. Pored toga, promjena nekoliko sitnih stvari bi sigurno ostavilo bolji dojam (npr.stolice u kuhinji su dotrajale od upotrebe i nije vizuelno lijepo za vidjeti). Bračni krevet veoma udoban, ali pri najmanjem pokretu škripi što predstavlja problem prilikom spavanja. Promjena tih nekoliko sitnih detalja, koji ne zahtjevaju velika ulaganja, bi sigurno ostavilo bolji dojam.

Will definitely come again despite the stairs. - The apartment is cosy and comfortable, close to the city center with a few cafés and pubs in the close radius of 50-100 meters. Here you get the genuine vibe of the local life, as you're in a building where local people live. So you cross the common hallways, smell what they're cooking for lunch and say hi along the way. No fancy-pantsy. Also, if you're up for a jog in the morning, there's Mladen Stojanovic park nearby, with tarmac ring and open-air workout spaces. If you're up for genuine cevapi, there's a truly local place called Laguna 100 m from the apartment where you get a sized meal for 5 Euros.. Although the apartment does get a bit hot in the summer, the air conditioning works like a charm. Too bad it's only in one room, but we used the ventilator to get the cool air into the other ones. It's a great value for the money, though. Besides everying, I must also appreciate the host, who gave us detailed instruction and was very responsive and helpful. Possibly the only downside is that it's on the 4th floor without an elevator. If you're there just as a couple, it's fine, but dragging kids' luggage up four flights of stairs is nobody's first choice. So be prepared. Also, the building hallway will give you a gloomy vibe, but have no worries, it's just the looks - it is most likely safer than anywhere you come from. Also, parking in Banja Luka in general is a subject to political shifts, so if you're coming by car, make sure you check if you need to pay or if it's for free at the moment of your stay. It can literally change from month to another. But the host is great and will definitely help you.

The facilities were very goood and the bed in the bedroom is nice and confortable. The bed in the living room is a bit hard, not really confortable. There is a smell from smoking as its a smoking apartment.

• Alena (10/5): Clean, quiet, and convenient with excellent host communication. - We recently stayed at Petar's fantastic apartment in the heart of Banja Luka and had an excellent experience. The apartment was spotless and located in a quiet neighborhood, ensuring a peaceful stay. There is parking available right in front of the building, which was very convenient. The host was communicative and made the check-in and check-out process incredibly easy. Highly recommended! The only drawback is that the apartment is located on the 4th floor, which might be a consideration for some.
