- Joshua (10/5): A spacious apartment with great views, host and location, though building rules limit some amenities. - The apartment has beautiful views from both the balcony and the rooftop terrace, which made it a great place to relax and enjoy the city. The host was friendly and responsive, and was willing to provide additional supplies whenever needed. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the mall and nearby restaurants. Overall it’s a very convenient and enjoyable place to stay. One downside is that the rooftop swimming pool closes at 6 PM. While this is a building rule and not something the host can control, it does make it difficult to enjoy the pool in the evening. Unfortunately that also means no sunset or nighttime swims on the rooftop. Additionally, any extra visitors must be registered with security ahead of time, which requires sending their information to the host so they can be added to the building’s system. This isn’t a major issue, but it can make things a bit inconvenient if you have friends in Barranquilla and want them to stop by or hang out.

The owner was incredibly supportive and responsive, and the building staff were alwasys helpful and attentive. The apartment itself is spacious, tidy and perfect for two people. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay: a cozy bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and pots for cooking, a frige, a washing machine for laundry, and dedicated workspace for remote work. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, which was a fantastic spot to relax and unwind during my breaks. Overall, this apartment offered a seamless and enjoyable experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

She sent me constant messages and argued with me for more than two hours because I was trying to make changes to some details and this experience was the worse I have ever experienced
