• Silvia (10/5): - Struttura meravigliosa. Posizione perfetta, in centro, ma affatto rumorosa. Colazione buonissima. Camera romantica e con vista da sogno. Io non valuto tutte le strutture, perché viaggio tanto. Ma qui valeva la pena di spendere due parole perché se lo meritano davvero…mi hanno risolto anche in brevissimo tempo una difficoltà che ho creato io. Top.

Abschließen der Zimmertür war nicht ohne weiteres möglich. Frühstück könnte auch noch Wurst o. Ä. und Müslialternative angeboten werden. Sonst perfekte Auswahl.

• Giorgia (5/5): - Staff molto gentile e disponibile, buona posizione per visitare Bilbao ma anche per i collegamenti con le città vicine. La stanza è veramente poco insonorizzata, quindi soprattutto la sera sembra di stare in strada. Il bagno non è veramente separato dalla camera (non c'è una porta) quindi si sentono tutti i rumori e odori. Inoltre lo scarico del water fa veramente molto rumore e non è possibile buttare la carta igienica nel WC. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo, dato che abbiamo pagato 150 euro a notte, ma non ne vale la pena.

Mucho mejor que en otros B&B en los que he estado Muy recomendable, sin duda será mi primera opción en Bilbao Como siempre que te alojas en zonas céntricas y de casco viejo, hay más ruidos y actividades todo el día. Pero para eso existen los tapones, que además ellos ya te los dan como cortesía

Was nice and warm and I had a nice sleep. Breakfast was too late. I had to be at the airport for 8am and I think breakfast started at either 8 or 8:30am.

El desayuno pueden propiciar otras alternativas de alimentos a incluir El area de ducha deberia contar con puerta de separacion y cierre con el resto del baño. Con esto se propiciaria un mejor confort termico en la ducha y no habria golpes termicos.
• Asier (5/5): Buen sitio, gestión mejorable - La ubicación sin duda. De lo más reseñable con diferencia. Luego la habitación estaba limpia, era amplia y contaba con todo lo necesario: baño completo, mesa y sillas, etc. Cuando fui a ducharme estalló la mampara de la ducha y se hizo añicos. Se llenó todo de cristales y como era tarde no pudimos hacer nada. Me llevé un buen corte pero lo curamos y nos metimos en la cama pensando que sería mejor resolverlo al día siguiente porque no había nadie en recepción a esas horas. Escribí un mensaje al contacto que teníamos pero ni siquiera he tenido respuesta todavía. A la mañana informé a la chica que estaba en recepción de la situación y lo único que hizo fue dejarme ducharme en otra habitación que ya se había quedado libre. Algo tan sencillo como haber tenido una escoba la noche anterior para poder limpiar los cristales hubiera cambiado mucho el panorama. Y después de ver el destrozo ofrecer algún tipo de compensación... Las disculpas están bien pero podría haber habido algún disgusto y no quisimos hacer más grande el problema, cuando está claro que la noche que pasamos no fue la esperada dada la situación. Si no pasa esto, seguro que mi valoración hubiese sido mejor. Que quede claro

• Virginie (10/5): Top - Très bon séjour à Pensión AliciaZZZ ! L’hôtel est idéalement placé en plein centre-ville, tout se fait facilement à pied. La chambre était agréable et le rapport qualité/prix vraiment excellent. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui était très bon et varié, surtout pour le prix. Parfait pour visiter Bilbao quelques jours, nous reviendrons avec plaisir 😊 Seul point négatif pas de lit bébé de disponible alors qu’il y avait largement la place dans la chambre

• Peter Westerhof (8/5): Mooie centrale plek voor een kort verblijf aan Bilbao - Eenvoudig maar prima ontbijt. Prettig personeel en het wat prettig dat er 's ochtends mensen waren die je van advies en tips konden voorzien. Het was een mooie centrale locatie, 's ochtends had je soms wat last van de bevoorrading van de cafe's en restaurants maar dat is de consequentie van de locatie. We hoorden pas later van de korting op de parkeergarage, nadat we al een reservering voor een parkeerplek hadden gemaakt. Dat had bij de reservering wellicht gecommuniceerd kunnen worden.

The breakfast the following morning was a surprise - lovely fresh croissants. We managed a couple before we had to be on our way. the only downside was the bathroom. We really don’t like bathrooms with glass walls! If you didn’t want to be seen, you had to turn all the bathroom lights off! And the toilet made a great noise.

Das Zimmer hatte durch die große Fensterfront ein besonderes Flair. War sonst auch außergewöhnlich gestaltet. Lage super. Alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühzeitig wurde der Einlasscode mitgeteilt. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

• Anna-Lena (7/5): - Tolle Unterkunft, super zentral gelegen. Perfekt zum erkunden der Altstadt. Es gab fast gar keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer, nur eine Kleiderstange. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir würden es allerdings nicht wieder buchen und auch keinen Familien mit Kleinkinder und Kinderwagen empfehlen. Uns wurde am 2. Tag eine WhatsApp geschrieben, dass wir den Kinderwagen bitte ins Zimmer stellen sollen und nicht in der "commun area". Ich habe alle anderen Gäste gefragt, die ich gesehen habe, ob sie der Kinderwagen störe, was immer verneint wurde. (Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß. Wir haben den Wagen letztendlich zusammen geklappt in die Dusche gestellt). Ich hätte es einfach schöner gefunden, wenn man uns direkt beim Frühstück oder danach darauf anspricht und nicht nur eine WhatsApp schreibt. Als wir es dann am 3. Tag gewagt haben, den Kinderwagen an der Rezeption abzustellen, da diese eh immer nur bis mittags besetzt war, wurde energisch an unserer Zimmertüre geklopft und in einem unfreundlichen Ton gesagt, dass wir doch gestern darauf hingewiesen wurden, dass der Kinderwagen im Zimmer stehen muss. Ich habe dann erklärt, dass wir ihn nur draußen stehen lassen wollten, bis er etwas trocken ist und ich ihn zusammen klappen kann (an dem Tag hat es stark geregnet). An der Stelle hätte ich mir etwas mehr Verständnis gewünscht und nicht, dass darauf gepocht wird, dass ich meinen nassen Kinderwagen ins Zimmer stellen muss. Fazit, für Alleinreisende und Paar super. Für Kleinkinder mit Kinderwagen ungeeignet

Selfservice ontbijt netjes, de ruimte is niet groot, maar je kunt het meenemen naar de kamer Niets viel tegen. Sterker nog, je bent wel in de drukke binnenstad maar het is zo goed geïsoleerd dat je geen last van lawaai hebt

La gentillesse du personnel et le côté pratique de l’arrivée accessible à n’importe quel moment Les wc dans la chambre sans porte de séparation avec la chambre (il vaut mieux très bien se connaître) et le bruit. La chambre étant vitrée totalement avec du simple vitrage nous avions l’impression de dormir dehors avec des groupes de personnes saoules discutant fort toute la nuit et être nous-mêmes dans les camions de nettoyages qui sont passés plusieurs fois au petit matin, tout comme ceux qui récoltaient le verre. Bref, une nuit pas reposante et très courte pour nous.

• Sabine (6/5): - Die Lage ist super mitten in der Altstadt, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Es war sehr sauber. Super netter Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer. Das Frühstück war minimalistisch, die Dusche zu klein und das Wasser lief sehr schlecht ab, was für eine Überschwemmung gesorgt hat. Der Duschkopf ist ziemlich blöde über der Garnitur angebracht.

• Birgit (8/5): Gepflegte und gemütliche Pension, zentral in der Altstadt. - Die Pension befindet sich in der ersten Etage eines alten Hauses inmitten der lebhaften Altstadt. Das Ganze ist liebevoll im Stil Alice im Wunderland gestaltet. Insgesamt befinden sich 6 Zimmer in der Pension. Frühstück gab es in der Küche, die sich offen im Flur befindet. Der Vermieter macht morgens Kaffee. Reicht der nicht, kann man selber Kaffee oder Tee kochen. Brötchen und Gebäck werden morgens frisch angeliefert. Lecker. Saft und alle Sorten Milch befinden sich im Kühlschrank. Man kann sich über den ganzen Tag bedienen. Ein gut gefüllter Obstkorb war auch vorhanden. Wie eine große, aber sehr gepflegte WG. Die Lage ist absolut top, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht werden können. Der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter besetzt nur zeitweise die Rezeption, ist aber immer über mobilphone oder E-Mail zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und entsprechend dem Standard (2Sterne) eingerichtet. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele kleine Geschäfte, Lokale, in denen man die leckeren Pinxos essen kann, und Cafés. Es ist nicht leise, schließlich wohnt man mitten im Geschehen, dafür liegen bereits Ohrstöpsel im Zimmer. Ich kann die Pension unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Cute and cosy. Das Bad ist nur durch eine undurchsichtige Glaswand vom Zimmer abgeteilt. Man hat nichts gesehen, aber sehr gut gehört. Das setzt bei Toilettengängen eine gewisse Vertrautheit mit dem Zimmergenossen voraus. Zum Frühstück gab es nur Marmelade, Tomatenaufstrich und Schmierkäse. Ich hätte mich über eine Scheibe Wurst oder Käse gefreut.

• Ezgi (4/5): - Location Eco toilet. I wouldn't want to hear disturbing noise in the place I came to for vacation. when I enter the room, the dust has not been removed. the room I saw in the booking photos was not given.

• Vanesa (8/5): - Relación calidad-precio. La ubicación céntrica (aunque se oye a la gente de la calle, pero estar en el centro es lo que tiene y en una calle concurrida y con bares) el personal muy agradable. El ruido del baño, suena muchísimo al ducharte, usar el lavaba o wc, como si fuese el sonido de la cisterna para todos; de hecho, la última noche (no sé porque motivo) estuvo sonando cada 15-20 min.
