На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления. Отличная терраса, на которой было приятно завтракать. Все было хорошо, правда было не понятно как оставить ключи при выселении.

Place felt very secure. Bed was uncommonly comfortable. A joy to stay in this spotless apartment. Wouldn't change anything.

• walter (9/5): Fantastic location! - Spotless, brand new interior bedding and linens, all the supplies you need to cook in top-notch kitchen, bathroom was amazing. Balcony was big and comfortable. The location was fabulous, walk to the best beach, around the corner, and many restaurants in a beautiful park. Highly recommend.. only reason not a 10 was no views. Not much not to like .. it was the perfect location to visit this area

• Monica (10/5): Great place, best location! - I love that it was spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable too. I also like that it was super close to the beach, supermarket and many restaurants, coffee bars, bakeries and ice cream shops. The hosts were very nice, great and fast communication.

Our children accidentally locked it, and we had to climb through the balcony to get in. Luckily, we hadn’t locked the balcony door, so we managed to enter the bedroom.
• Ewa (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect for those with children, as an amazing playground is just across a small street and the beach with all facilities (paid entry) just 5 mins walk away. The owners provided toast bread and cheese, cold water and even a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, which was a really nice touch and made us feel welcome! Thr flat was really well equipped with washing machine and dryer. The only thing that would have been great to add was a hoover or a newer brush to sweep the floors. Being on the ground floor made the flat a bit dark, which probably is a plus in hot summer, but not always.

We also enjoyed the welcome fruits, cheese, fresh bread in the beautiful house when we arrived after a long flight which was very kind. Our host replied us quickly for our needs which gave us great comfort.
• Zenah (10/5): Exceptional - It felt like a family house. The best apartment I've been to while travelling. Spacious living room and 2 big bedrooms. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The owner left complementary water, wine, cheese, bread, and fruits. In a walking distance to the beach and restaurants area. Yet, it is a very quiet residential neighbourhood.
• Steve (8/5): Nice place and comfortable for the first couple of evenings - Very spacious apartment and location is excellent. The king size bed was very comfortable. Closets were huge. A couple of minutes walk to the paid beach. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay. The host was kind enough to let us drop off our luggage while the place was being cleaned. Cleaning staff was great and helpful. Bathroom was big and clean. Washing machine available but could t figure out the dryer. Several appliances did not work. The main fridge did not work properly but the freezer part worked fine. When trying to use one of the small built in wall oven alliances, the entire power was tripped but the host answered the call and guided me through it. Also, the patio door to the main bedroom was broken from a previous guest.

• Ruth (9/5): Made a great time. Would recommend if you’re going to relax. It’s pretty dark though. Is it locked up by Fort Knox. - Location was fantastic !!! Short walk to the beach. Loved having access to a washer and dryer in the unit. Hard to find at first Thank goodness taxi driver helped me. (Next door to a police station). Key in lockbox down low when you enter gate. Out of eye view.

Mr Takis was very helpful arranging a taxi and welcoming us to the apartment with bread, wine, water etc. The place was clean and well equipped; our stay was very comfortable. • Andrew (8/5): Lovely two night stay - The location is excellent for the beach, lake and restaurants/bars.. The property has everything that you need with a nice garden area to sit out. We had a lovely two night stay and would like to thank everyone for being so helpful and friendly! The hop on/hop off bus stop is close so the historic sights of central Athens are not far away either..

Mr Takis arranged airport transfers which was great as it was our first time in Greece. the apartment was spacious and Mr Takis ensured a baby cot was in the main bedroom as I was travelling with my 1 Year old daughter. we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone contemplating about this property - to go for it!

On my last day I had locked myself out of the apartment, I left my laptop inside and I was flying the same day. Taxis was at the property within 40 mins and I managed to make my meetings and flight that afternoon. Thank you again!

The apartment is located in an abandoned building that is dirty and unkept. The windows leaked when it rained. The oven, coffee machine, and microwave were not working. We rented an apartment so we would have a working kitchen to heat up food for our children at minimum. There are cameras-very creepy and uncomfortable. You have to turn on the boiler and wait 30 minutes for hot water to shower. Property manage unaccommodating about appliances not working. They showed up 20 minutes before check out to tell us we need to leave...
