• Veronika (1/5): - I had a reservation at least three weeks in advance and when I arrived in Kuala Lumpur and wrote to the hotel that I needed a PIN so that the doorman could let the taxi in, I received a message from the accommodation owner that the apartment was not available and that he had to move us to another apartment and sent me the address in the new apartment. The walls were moldy and we were not treated very well. They said they would move us the next evening, which I didn't like very much considering that we were only in this city for a few days and I had a small child with me and I didn't trust them anymore. So I cancelled the reservation and they still wanted 100 ringgit for using the new apartment for half an hour. People be careful!!! • Wai Yan (5/5): Definitely not satisfied and not recommended this place to others - The facilities were good, similar to other Airbnb properties, with a swimming pool that offered a nice view of KL. 1. Check-in issues: We were not informed beforehand that a QR code was required to enter the building. As a result, security stopped us, and we had to wait outside for at least 45 minutes to contact the team and obtain the code. This could have easily been avoided if they had sent it in advance. 2. Communication barrier: The person who handed us the key was an immigrant worker who did not speak English well. It took us a long time to communicate with him. It would be much appreciated if the staff assigned for guest interaction could communicate more effectively to avoid unnecessary delays, especially after a late check-in. 3. Check-out time: The stated check-out time was 12:00 pm, and we even confirmed this with the team when they keep asking via WhatsApp. Despite this, we were asked to check out earlier at 11:45am, and the same worker rang our doorbell at 11:30am. We were frustrated, as we had clearly informed them that we would leave by 12:00pm. However, he insisted on showing up early at 11:30am, can’t wait for us to leave and could not understand our explanation due to the language barrier. Overall: The facilities were good, but the team’s poor communication made the experience unpleasant. We faced unnecessary hassle during check-in, and we were pressured to check out earlier than the stated time. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this place.

• Anggc (7/5): Overall, only checkin and checkout issue , otherwise everything else is ok. - Staff are friendly and trying to please. Room is big and comfortable. City view from room is beautiful. Facilities and amenities as stated available for use. Suited for longer term stay. The arrangement to collect key is quite a hassle, as they make you call one, then it push to another. Not quite as hassle free. On the first day, given an upgraded room, then next day make to switch back. Person to person handover of key only even on the second day, due to room switch, less than efficient. Only accept cash payment and cash deposit and had to wait for staff to appear to collect the cash deposit back on the last day. Spend some time waiting.

• Syed (10/5): Excellent - Highly recommended for families. Very nice and clean rooms. Best thing is the view from the apartment. The host is very nice and cooperative. Only thing that infinity pool was closed due to extended repairs till 30th April 2025

• Hanna (10/5): Great! - The apartment we stayed in was on the 42nd floor, the view was great, the balcony is a huge plus too. The location is very convenient, you are directly connected to the shopping mall downstairs and to the MRL station through it. You can get to the city center easily using rapidKL or grab, both are affordable. The view at the pool was incredible, you can see both the KL Tower and the Petronas towers, Merdeka can also be seen for some part. Our stay was quite nice and relaxing!
