- Vera (1/5): - My deposit has been held more than 24 hours after check out WITHOUT ANY REASON. To date, I have not received my deposit refund. I have called and messaged the host multiple time but NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Before booking this place, I would advise you to think carefully. The host may withhold your deposit after check-out without any reason, and communication may be completely UNRESPONSIVE.

- Chien Wah (1/5): The most disappointing and outrageous time - 🔴 非常失望的一次住宿体验，不推荐！ 这是我第一次入住这家 Homestay，也是我第一次遇到这么糟糕的体验。 1️⃣ 价格误导性严重 在 Booking.com 上显示的价格是 RM300 多，结果付款时却变成 RM500 多。原来 App 上只在总价下方小小一行注明还要加 tax 和 cleaning fee，非常不透明。建议大家下订前一定要多看清楚，别被误导！ 2️⃣ 房间设施不符 我们是预订了两个卧室的单位，但到了现场才发现——只有一间房间有冷气，另一间只有风扇！而且第二间房空间极小，床的四周只能一人走动，行李几乎无处放，连最基本的舒适都无法满足。 3️⃣ 清洁度令人质疑 刚进屋时，地板一整片油腻腻的，必须我们自己清理才能安心入住。我真心怀疑，上一组客人退房后，屋主是否有安排清洁，完全不符合卫生标准。 4️⃣ 门锁安全有漏洞 我们把屋内大门反锁后，想不到外面竟然还能用密码打开！这代表即使你人在屋内，也可能随时有人能“合法”地打开门进来，这在安全上完全无法接受，尤其是有小孩或女性同行的住客，太危险了！ 5️⃣ 押金延迟退还 入住前需支付 RM300 押金，屋主承诺 checkout 后立即退还，但实际上我隔天才收到。这虽然不是太大的问题，但也反映出服务效率和专业度欠佳。 🟥 总结我想说： 我们不是付不起这笔钱，而是这家 Homestay 的环境、设施与服务，完全不值这个价钱。照片美化得很漂亮，实际却差距甚远。希望我的评论能提醒更多人谨慎选择，避免重蹈覆辙！ 🔴 Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price! This was my first time staying at this homestay, and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. 1️⃣ Misleading Price Display On Booking.com, the total price initially appeared to be around RM300. However, during payment, the total jumped to over RM500. This is because the app displays the base rate and only adds tax and cleaning fees in small text underneath. It's very misleading. Please double-check the breakdown before booking. 2️⃣ Inaccurate Room Facilities We booked a two-bedroom unit, but only one room had air-conditioning. The other room only had a fan! On top of that, the second room was extremely cramped – only enough space for one person to move around the bed. There was barely any space for luggage. It was uncomfortable and impractical. 3️⃣ Poor Cleanliness When we arrived, the floor felt oily and dirty. We had to clean it ourselves just to feel comfortable. It honestly made us wonder if the host even arranged for proper cleaning after the previous guests checked out. 4️⃣ Security Risk at Main Door Even though we locked the main door from inside, we discovered that someone could still open it from the outside using the access code! This is a huge security concern – what if someone randomly tries the code while we’re inside?

- Nur (1/5): NEVER REPEAT THIS - First thing first, you need to pay FREAKING RM300 deposit before check in despite fully paid for the stay. The way to this accommodation could be misleading. The arrow show one way but you need to go the other way to parking. The arrow and number on outside doesn’t show the correct unit and I ended up rang wrong unit at midnight!!! Check everything especially toilet and fix the defects before accept guest. That’s the basic thing right???!!

- Aviva (7/5): Good - Axcell was very responsive to us and easy to communicate. The bathroom wasn't clean at the start of our stay and he sent someone immediately to clean. The location is central to take Grab. Bathroom and bedroom was adequate. There is a dryer washer to use in the bathroom. There is a gym and pool facilities in the complex. Bila bila mart and 7Eleven downstairs, also coined laundry if needed. It was a good stay. This is a newly developed area so roads are a bit confusing for the Grab drivers to locate, not the hosts fault though.

The place is peaceful with no noise, and the huge swimming pool with the beautiful view makes it even better. The staff has been amazing—attentive and friendly. It’s been such a perfect stay! Plus point, as Coffee lover, Zus Coffee is conveniently located just at LG level, same level as other convenient stores!!!
