• Lydia (7/5): Perfect location for the Belgium Long Course weekend! - Perfectly positioned for Nieuwpoort. Gorgeous appartment and the pool was fantastic. The beds were very comfy and the appartment was perfectly clean and relaxing. Staff were helpful sorting information about the parking. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc and a quiet complex. The dining chairs were very rickety/damaged - the shower drain often blocked - there were no videos available for the car park when we checked in as link expired. Car park key didn’t work either - no additional parking / information about on street parking was less than helpful. One key for the apparent wasn’t great also. The kitchen utensils were also not suitable for non stick pans that you had.

• François (10/5): Séjour en famille 🌊 ☀️ - Tout était parfait et propre. Nous avons passé un chouette petit séjour à la mer. Appartement agréable et très moderne. Literie plutôt confortable, nous y avons très bien dormi. Emplacement proche de commodités (Aldi, Colruyt) et de là plage. Si nous devions vraiment mettre un point négatif ; l'application n'est pas toujours simple d'utilisation. Petit bug entre "gestion des poubelles publiques et privées" qui affichait la "gestion du chauffage".
• Staartje77 (9/5): Fantastisch appartement, topligging 👍 verhuurkantoor viel ons tegen - Het appartement zelf, dat was met hoogwaardig materiaal afgewerkt. Alles was aanwezig. Supergezellig en we hadden er een thuis gevoel. Zwembad was top Parkeergarage is zeker een pluspunt. We konden er onze fietsen veilig plaatsten. Er was zelfs een fiets lift aanwezig Topligging 👍 Colruyt en Aldi op 5min wandelen Tram 5 min wandelen Dat er niet echt top gepoetst was en het rook muf bij het binnenkomen. En dan het gedoe met één sleutel. Eigenlijk niet te doen, als je met 4 personen bent. Had dit op voorhand al aangegeven, maar geen gehoor. En als je belt naar Huswell (staat er Nederlands, maar enkel Engelstalige medewerkers ook een minpuntje. Ook hadden we een aantal vragen qua privé afval. Er staat antwoord binnen de 20min. Niks 😔 Maar chat werd wel gelezen. Echt frustrerend! Communicatie 👎 Uiteindelijk een antwoord gekregen van een poetser. En sleutel pas om 17u krijgen en vertrek al om 10u vonden wij ook wat jammer. We hebben er uiteindelijk genoeg centen betaald.
• Marlen (10/5): - Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Außerdem ist alles Notwendige vorhanden und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist für Familien mit Kindern super, da die Unterkunft genau in der Mitte zur Stadt und zum Strand liegt. Außerdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Anlage ist modern und sauber und der private Poolbereich ist wunderbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir haben absolut nichts auszusetzen!!!!
