• Mohammad Rozaimee (9/5): Overall, my family and I had a very pleasant stay in a clean, well-located, fully furnished property with friendly secur - Overall, my family and I had a very pleasant stay and were very happy with the property. The place is nice, fully furnished, and has adequate facilities for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent and very convenient, within walking distance to shopping centres. The building is clean and well-lit, with friendly security staff present, which made us feel safe and comfortable. Clear instructions were provided, and the owner was very helpful and responsive, even allowing early check-in (with a small fee). The availability of multiple lifts and having three bathrooms were definite plus points for our family. None

• Nero (8/5): Very good - The apartment was big, Veri cozy ,spacious , Veri comfortable. In fact too comfortable till we dun wan to go out on the streets. Most of the stuffs are available like fridge, plates, even towels. The inter- link toilet concept is weird and it unacceptable to only have 1 toilet for such a big apartment. The TV box not really working. Able to on but always jam. Seems like the network have issues unable to work properly

• Ho (5/5): Below expectations - Great location. Walls in some common areas and toilet are moldy. The bathroom is spacious, but no proper wet and dry separation was done. Water slippout from the side of the narrow glass showerscreen. It's ridiculous that you are required to set up the android TV box in order to watch the channels, the host is 'helpful' enough to send 12 pages of instruction manual in PDF and a YouTube link. Overall, the apt is a bit run down. Some upgrading and refurbishment will be ideal.
