Piso da banheira do quarto principal era extremamente escorregadia. Reportei a condição à anfitriã, que não deu solução ao risco identificado.
• Ricardo (10/5): Hospedagem sensacional! - O apartamento é enorme e muito bem localizado! Possui comodidades como ferro e tábua de passar roupa, closet, sabonete líquido e shampoo. A Paola é muito gentil e atenciosa, respondendo sempre rapidamente. As camas e as roupas de cama são confortáveis e limpos. O chuveiro é bem quente. A vista do apartamento, então, é incrível. Recomendo! .

• Pep (8/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - The apartment’s location was perfect—right in the heart of the city and just steps away from shopping malls and stores. The front desk staff were very welcoming and made a great first impression with their friendliness. Access was easy thanks to the digital lock. The beds were really comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay. I didn’t like that the booking page failed to mention that credit cards aren’t accepted and payment must be in cash upon arrival. Since we hadn’t brought any cash, the host offered a bank transfer, (which involved extra fees). Because international transfers take time, the host followed up almost daily about the payment (which honestly felt a bit distrustful). Overall, an unpleasant experience that could have been avoided with clearer information.
• Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in an amazing area in the city center, surrounded by several shopping centers. The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. I especially loved the digital door system, it was very convenient and modern. Overall, a fantastic stay! I didn’t like that some fees were not displayed at the time of booking, and we only found out about them when paying at the property.
