- Amy (5/5): no customer service - The apartment looks like the photos, however much smaller and darker. During the winter months it’s very cold due a draft from the balcony. We booked months in advance and couldn’tattend the first night due to a funeral and no accommodations were made for this. The location was close to transport and 7/11’s

- Maurice (9/5): Nice place, no fuss, easy access to explore shinjuku and tokyo itself - Good appartment with all amenities needed, key collection was easy to follow with detailed instruction. Location was easy to walk to kabukicho, shinjuku and 3 options of metro stations to use (shinjuku, shin okubo, higashi shinjuku). Plenty of food options for late night or 27/7 options. Not much to complain about, only the washing machine kept getting error that the filters needed to be cleaned, but thats an easy fix
