- martin (10/5): Confortable y para repetir. - Las terrazas eran preciosas. El sonido del mar que llegaba a la habitación. Los detalles de la casa que estaban por todos los rincones. La ducha muy cómoda y no faltaba detalle de platos, manteles, cacerolas. La cocina super equipada El ascensor pequeño pero para nosotros bien.
- Guillermo (9/5): Ubicación privilegiada y unas vistas de lujo - Hemos pasado un finde súper agradable en familia en el piso. Destacar el trato amable de Miguel, comunicación muy fluida y fácil gestión del check-in y check-out. El piso tiene una ubicación inmejorable, justo en frente de la playa del Racó, con comercios de todo tipo a escasos metros, supermercados a 5 mins en coche, y con unas vistas espectaculares desde sus dos terrazas. Si te gusta andar, en 30-45 minutos llegas a Altea por el paseo marítimo, y a escasos 10 minutos en coche de Benidorm. El parking privado se agradece un montón. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Por decir algo mejorable, no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones pero si ventiladores de techo y un aire acondiciondo central en el salón. Valoraría un poco de más mimo en la limpieza de la decoración, ya que hay muchos cuadros y objetos decorativos que acumulan algo de polvo. Por lo demás, un piso muy agradable y conveniente.

- Sølve (9/5): Amazing views and great balchony - Really enjoyed our week here. Miguel was a great host and he gave clear instructions and was very helpful with our questions. You can tell he really cares about his guests 😊 The flat was great and the view was superb. 2 bedrooms and a kitchen equipped with most stuff you need. The balchony (2 balchonies) is perfect for watching the sunrise and enjoying the morning before going out. Private parking at the location was lovely. There was a washing machine in the bathroom. No dishwasher but that was okay. We really recommend Miguels place. Don't hesitate to book 😊 location is amazing
