• Elizabeth (6/5): Average but never again - For the price, this place isn’t bad but could be better. The pool was good and room was decent. The room always had light shinning in no matter that day because of how the building is built. At night it was never truly dark which made it worse when the bed is next to the lightly lit up window. The building itself had the worse elevators, you can wait up to 20 mins in the morning just to go down to the lobby. In the morning only 2 elevators work for the lower floors so by the time they would get to you it would be all full. This was another major inconvenience about the building. Additionally if you book a room with a sofa bed, it’s not a traditional sofa bed and it’s very small so keep that in mind

The infinity pool was really nice and also the view from there. The staff in general was not polite at all. They didn't even say mw hi or any other word/information. When i arrived at the hotel the guys in reception were playing games on the phone. I asked for information and nobody said something. They just gived me the key of the room. Also when i asked them what i should do because my room smell they just said write to the number on the key. We can't do anything. For the type of structure i was also expecting someone to help me with my luggage. Obviously nobody did. The apartment smelled really really bad, especially the toilet.

• Patrick (4/5): Super emplacement mais entâché de contraintes . Une fois oui, mais j'essaierai autre chose ! - La proximité avec le centre - L'emplacement est TOP. Les chambres sont tops, sauf pour le deuxième séjour ou les odeurs venaient des toilettes et qu'elles n'étaient pas propres. Le service à la réception ! Cela ne va malheureusement pas changer quand on regarde les critiques des 3 dernières années. Les personnes restent sur leur téléphone et aucune empathie et compréhension ! Ils gèrent la remise des clés mais si tu veux des serviettes ou du PQ, c'est le parcours du combattant ! Une carte par chambre et limité au seul étage, c'est contraignant quand on est à plusieurs : pas possible d'envoyer quelqu'un à la piscine tandis que l'autre parte au petit commerce au niveau de la réception! Plusieurs minutes ( 15 minutes ) d'attentes pour accéder aux ascenseurs ! Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas et la piscine est remplie d'enfants, impossible de profiter tranquillement. La salle de gym ferme le soir ce qui est embêtant si on veut faire du sport au retour des visites. Un hôtel qui est super pour son emplacement mais pour un prix identique, vous pouvez avoir la même chose sans les inconvénients . J'irai dans un autre hôtel la prochaine fois.

Al recogerlas, te dicen que las busques tú mismo entre cientos de maletas, sin ningún tipo de orden o ayuda. El check-in es a las 15:00 y, mientras tanto, el hall estaba abarrotado de gente esperando la habitación, sin que en ningún momento intentaran agilizar el proceso o proponer alternativas. Pequeños detalles que, sumados, terminan generando una experiencia poco agradable.

• Rebecca (7/5): Inconvenient on arrival but good location, nice room and facilities - The rooftop pool was great, the views during the day and night were amazing. The room was spacious and had everything you need. We arrived at the property at 10:45PM for a late check in after a long day of travelling. The room was not cleaned from the previous guests and when I went to reception they told me I needed to get in contact with the property manager as it was managed by a private owner. They organised the room to be cleaned but it was 12:35AM before it was ready which was not ideal. They offered a small compensation for the inconvenience. Could have been a once off but so frustrating. The lifts are such long waits too as it’s so busy with lots of floors and only 4 lifts you could be waiting 15 minutes to get into one.

• Ciprian (7/5): Disappointed - The apartment is located very well. The view from the pool is amazing. We booked for 3 persons. When we arrived we saw that the bed was for 2 persons and the couch was very little, hard and it didn't open. When we mentioned this to the host, they sent us a mattress that they put on the floor with a pillow and a blanket. I have attached photos. The smell that came from the bathroom was awful and it spread in the entire apartment. We opened the window to try to get rid of the smell, but there was a restaurant on the ground floor and a lot of smoke from the grills came from there. So that was not a solution.

• Francesco (7/5): Good - Nice rooms, very clean. There’s a rooftop swimming pool with a partial view of The Petronas Towers. Not too far from city center. We got to the property and asked at the reception for check-in which he wasn’t sure what to do. Then he told us to call the property because it was a private host, so I found it very confusing. Also we had to call for the Wi-Fi password because we haven’t given one and since we didn’t have data at that moment we had to wait at the reception where the free Wi-Fi was waiting for an answer from the host. Not the best check-in to be honest.

• James (8/5): Great apartment, amazing views. - Apartment type complex, we were on floor 15 and had brilliant views and a great view of the KLCC tower. great view from the pool. Everything you could ask for for a stay abroad. Would 100% book this again. This isn’t something the property could help so is no blight on the room in itself but the noise from the rooms either side went on till the early hours, we booked this as it was supposed to be a quiet hotel / residence after 10pm and we have a young child. Found that this wasn’t the case.
• Joshua (9/5): Fantastic stay. Wish I was still there! - Room was fantastic. modern, clean, and the facilities were great. The building in general is very nice and comes with an amazing rooftop pool and a convenience store on the first floor. In general this place was absolutely great! if I were to be picky, it would be there is shampoo, but no conditioner, the AC remote was low on batteries and hard to use, and the lighting for the mirror is a bit dim, making it hard to see when shaving
• Ts18 (4/5): You can find something better for the same price (we did) - There is a 24/7 convenience store on the ground floor, the location is great, the host was very nice and responsive through whatsup and we really enjoyed the gym and the pool that were not too crowded and have a very nice view. There is a very kind lady selling a delicious oat ice latte in the ground floor. The property's staff is pretty annoying and made us feel uncomfortable: they are everywhere, keep checking what you are doing, where you are going, etc. We had multiple uncomfortable occasions like silly requests like moving some pool sandals that I left by the pool beside my sun bed while the sandals were very nicely put on the side of the pool not bothering anyone. You can not use all the facilities at the property since some lounges require extra payment. The pool and the "hot-tub" is really cold and there are not enough sunbeds and consequently the pool experience is not very comfortable - it is just very instagrammable. The view from the room is nice but tarnished by all the construction. The elevators are pretty slow and the kitchen was useless despite us just having take out - like there was one big spoon and one teaspoon while it is said that it's fully equipped. The hosts that communicate through the booking website seem to be different than the host that communicates with you on whatsup since the booking once are pretty rude. The free luggage storage was not available despite the whatsup host saying it is - when we arrived to the reception, we were told it is not possible to store our bags, which is not a problem but maybe they can get on the same page. Also we had to pay an additional 17e cleaning fee for there not to be any cleaning or towel changes in the 3 nights and the place being dusty upon arrival. And the shower was never hot and only warm the first day - then we were forced to take cold showers. Since I wrote so much I can also mention the cheap toilet paper, cheap tissues, no water waiting at arrival, only one key (which is annoying since all the facilities, including the elevator) require a card.

• Jummun (9/5): Comfortable place. - Comfortable bed. Location. Clean. No washing machine. Blinds allow some lights in the morning. Lift capacity not enough for such a tall building.
• Yovanna (3/5): Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement - The Roof top swimming pool, room comfy enough, location not bad either. Not very clean, lot of dusty surfaces & windows very dirty. Shower has no door so when having a shower, there is water everywhere. Also had an emergency & needed to leave 2 nights before. They still charged the 2 nights - no refund at all. Very disappointed 😞

• Nur (9/5): Thank you Yoursuperhost for hosting us, making this KL trip extra enjoyable! - Convenient-location wise and clean amenities and facilities. The place was cozy and comfortable. The host was efficient and responsive, it was easy to communicate and our stay was very very pleasant:) The waiting time for the lift especially during check out hours were too long, we waited nearly 45 minutes to leave the residents. To whoever has timeline, do keep in mind to check out earlier to avoid peak period for check out.

• Rebecca (3/5): Loud music from building intercom - I liked the location. It was super convenient and loads of yummy food places around. 1. Booked the Queen Room because it had a bathtub (as detailed in the facilities section), but it did not have one. Reached out to booking.com for some compensation. 2. There was loud jazz music blasting through the building's intercom in the room (and also the hallways) at 8:55am. There was no way to turn it off, and it played for approximately 5 mins. There was no warning given that this would happen (idk if this is a normal occurrence). We were thoroughly annoyed and was a terrible way of waking up.
