• Billie (7/5): Amazing host, very clear and attentive! Apartment had everything we needed and was just a short walk away from central F - It was in a good location & it had everything we needed for a night stay. There was a couple of cockroaches found through the stay
• Baeza (10/5): Excelente Alojamiento con Gran Ubicación. - Todo muy ordenado y limpio. Literalmente es como estar en tu casa. La atención del dueño fue genial y sobre todo no pueden perder comer en la vinoteca que está frente es una maravilla y el personal también fueron muy atentos. La ubicación es buenisima quedas muy cerca de todos los puntos importantes. Si dios quiere volveremos el próximo año fue una muy buena experiencia.

It's very well located with everything you need for a few days' stay, although it's missing a few details. Iacopo was always very helpful and willing to assist. For us, the location is always the most important thing. Furniture a bit old-fashioned.

• federica (8/5): - Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione, nel quartiere di San Frediano, vicino al centro ma non nel caos fiorentino. L'appartamento è abbastanza spazioso ed era molto pulito. Il letto è comodissimo! Arredato molto bene, ci sono spazi sufficienti per riporre i propri vestiti. Il gestore molto gentile e disponibile. Se avremo occasione di visitare nuovamente Firenze, ci torneremo. Un porta asciugamano in bagno non guasterebbe. L'appartamento poi è molto buio: questo non è un problema se si rientra la sera, ma durante il giorno non è il massimo.
• Lorenza (7/5): - Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità, pulizia migliorabile, forse da rinnovare un po'. La zona è molto silenziosa, perciò si dorme bene. Ambiente freddo, anche a riscaldamenti accesi, perché quasi tutti i termosifoni non funzionavano.
• Fabio (8/5): Ottima posizione - La posizione ed il rapporto qualità/prezzo L'odore di chiuso ed il copriletto macchiato di cioccolata (ma era poco visibile, vista la trama del copriletto, quindi capisco possa essere sfuggito a chi sistema la camera)

• Adamantia (5/5): - Ο ιδιοκτήτης ηταν ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός στα διάφορα προβλήματα που προέκυπταν Το δωμάτιο είναι αρκετά παλιο, φθαρμένα αντικείμενα και εξοπλισμός. Για την τιμη του είναι fair αλλα δεν ηταν μια ευχάριστη εμπειρία.

• Valeria (9/5): Buona posizione e adatta per soggiorni brevi - La posizione Umidità, c’è solo una finestra che non è possibile aprire. Almeno una bottiglia d’acqua dopo un viaggio fa sempre piacere trovarla, magari può essere un suggerimento per un futuro

• 4 (10/5): - Μικρό όμορφο διαμέρισμα, με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ φιλόξενος και ευγενικός, ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα όταν χρειάστηκα βοήθεια για το ζεστό νερό.
• Adele (1/5): - L’appartamento non era in condizioni di abitabilità al nostro arrivo. Non era riscaldato e la caldaia era collocata in modo discutibile, all’interno di un incasso nel muro della camera da letto. Abbiamo atteso il proprietario per circa due ore all’esterno, al freddo, senza ricevere assistenza. Non avendo alternative, siamo stati costretti ad andarcene senza poter usufruire dell’alloggio nemmeno per un minuto. Il proprietario sostiene di essere arrivato subito dopo la nostra partenza e ci ha accusati di non essere in grado di accendere il riscaldamento, quando invece sarebbe stato suo dovere consegnare un appartamento già riscaldato e pronto all’uso. Nonostante ciò, si è rifiutato di effettuare qualsiasi rimborso. Riteniamo la situazione inaccettabile e chiediamo l’intervento di Booking per tutelare i clienti.
• ISABELLE (10/5): Adorable apartement dans immeuble historique - Petit appartement adorable et cosy. Propriétaire sympa. Restaurant super, juste en face. Merci, Iacopo ! Nous avons raté une excursion et perdu 180€ car le taxi (4242), malgré 6 relances, n'est jamais venu nous chercher pour nous emmener à notre RV au centre ville. Je conseille de prendre un taxi UBER BLACK (application facile à télécharger et à utiliser), 2 fois plus cher mais extrêmement fiable. Aucun souci avec UBER par la suite.

• Oscar (7/5): Två fina dagar i Florens. - Bra läge, centralt men ändå lugnt, smidig incheckning. Välutrustad lägenhet med allt som behövs, till och med tvättmaskin. Rimligt pris för att vara i Florens. Lägenheten var lite sliten. Vissa delar i kök lösa, bland annat köksfläkt. Tvättmaskin var svår att öppna, trick pilla med ett kreditkort vid låsmekanismen. Inte så välstädat. Luktade lite lätt källare (mögel?)

• emilie (7/5): A 15 min à pied de Ponte Vecchio - Rustique avec son charme florentin. Appartement propre, bien équipé, hôte réactif. Parking place bleu à 3min à pied, 18e de Sam 14h a lundi 11h(dim gratuit), taxe séjour 6e/pers/nuit. Douche avec jet d’eau idéal pr les longs cheveux,lit confortable et climatisation. Ça sent la cigarette à l’entrée, l’eau de la douche s’écoule très lentement(j’ai l’impression que c’est partout comme ca en Toscane) et pas d’extérieur/fenêtre/porte pour avoir de la lumière naturelle dans la pièce à vivre.

• Rektenvald (10/5): Exceptional - The owner is super friendly. Extremely clean rooms, with all you need. Coffee machine, microwave and big cooler with freezer, well equipped kitchen, spacy apartment. He has a charming restaurant opposite to the apartment, with wide selection of italian wines and very nice food. The City center is 15-20 mins by walk. -
• Eric (9/5): Superb - Good communication with the owner. Sizable unit.. easy instructions..away from the madness. Close enough to both santa novella ...and the old city A few minor maintenance issues...but a great find nonetheless
• Melissa (8/5): Very good - For us, the location was very important and this place was in a great position, no more than half an hours walk to anything we wanted to do, but just outside the main hustle and bustle of Florence, so we could have a peaceful drink and meal in the evening (interesting bars in the area so it was great to explore). The host was super helpful and communicative, check in was easy. The bed was very comfortable, and fridge/microwave/coffee machine were great. It’s true what others have said that the flat is dark (only one small window in bedroom which is high up so you can’t see outside), and so you need to have the lights on in the main living space which feels a bit strange in summer. And it’s very humid, the sheets and pillows felt damp at night. But this is because it is an old building, so just be prepared. Also, when we tried to open the front door the first day we needed to give it a good shove, maybe had swelled up in the damp, was glad my partner was there otherwise would have struggled to open it, but was helpful to know the host owned the restaurant across the road and he was very nice so never felt like anything was too much of a problem if we had needed any help.
• Charles (6/5): OK For a Couple of Nights in Florence. - Location was good. 15-20 minute walk to centre of city. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and supermarket nearby. Good communication with owner. Air-conditioning unit needs to be replaced or repaired. Leaked water over floor and is noisy. Apartment is dark and has only one window.

• David (10/5): Great stay in Florence - Location is ideal only 25 min from the railway station and 20 to the centre of Florence. Lovely area where there were many bars cafe and restaurants and safe to walk around at night. The apartment was comfortable and safe. My wife thought the furniture could do with modernizing, but I felt the charm of the apartment would be lost if it was modernized and it was functional which to me was important

District San Frediano is one of the most authentic and lovely places in the city and you have a chance to stay as a part of. Jacopo is very polite and friendly host, helped with all questions. Also he is the owner of the lovely well-decorated restaurant located opposite of the house and you can have a perfect dinner there
