• Nam (10/5): Great room with views in central location of San Andres - For the price and location, this is an EXCELLENT option for San Andres Isla! I walked from the airport to the building in under 8 minutes! The side street is in need of new payment but it's easily accessible and quiet, especially at night. There is plenty of eating within a minute walk, and there's a supermarket only 2 minutes away. A great location if you want to be in "the centro" part of the town. The main beach, Spratt Bight, is as close to the apartment as the airport! It takes a bit longer to get to the main boat docks on east side of town, but it's not that much farther either. In terms of the apartment itself, it was perfect for me! I was in the 3rd floor one with its own balcony, very NICE!! It has windows on all sides so plenty of sea breeze if you prefer that over A/C like I do. I was shown the A/C controls when I checked in but never used it, so it does work. The room is plenty big for a solo traveler, and a couple would be pleased with the spacing as well. The bathroom is good for one person, but shower is nice size, even for two bodies if you choose. The room was clean and beds were a firm to semi-firm (smaller bed less firm). Fridge works nicely, big enough for some drinks and other items. I never used the TV, but it did have Nexflix and channels like that when I turned it on briefly. And finally, the balcony. That was a great addition to this unit! It overlooks the neighborhood and streets below and has a covering over the sliding doors, so plenty of space to sit under the shade, especially in afternoons. Overall, this is an exceptional option if you are able to get this room. I was very happy to spend 5 nights there! The only complaint I have is that there is no deck-like seating for the balcony. The two chairs in the photo are not comfortable for long periods and definitely not comfortable for sitting on the balcony. If they could add, or replace the current stools, and put a few chairs for lounging, this unit would be PERFECT!

• Lina (7/5): Estuvo bien para una sola noche y el precio es adecuado a lo que ofrece - La habitación es amplia, con buena luz y tiene aire acondicionado. En el sector o casas aledañas tienen gallos o galleras y los gallos empiezan a cacarear desde horas de la madrugada lo que interrumpe seriamente el descanso de los huéspedes. Al salir no hubo nadie que nos recibiera las llaves, la persona encargada no contestó por lo que nos tocó dejar la llave en la mesa de noche de la habitación y salir. Las escaleras de acceso al tercer piso súper empinadas y nada seguras además súper incómodas para subir las maletas. Las sábanas de la cama pequeña estaban súper viejas y desaliñadas lo que le daba un aspecto feo a la cama. La terraza un poco sucia.

• JotaEle (8/5): Agradable estancia - Habitación ubicada en un tercer piso, independiente, con una terraza amplia (sin instalaciones) que permite moverse cómodamente. Cama amplia y confortable. Buena ubicación, cercana a supermercado y locales para almorzar Creo que a la habitación le falta un poco de cuidado. Si bien es amplia y no se encuentra en malas condiciones, podría estar mejor ordenada y equipada, lo que mejoraría considerablemente la experiencia.
