• Deb (10/5): Great location and house for us to attend the WBBL at Ninja Stadium. - Location, space and cleanliness. Easy walk to Ninja Stadium, Bellerive shops and the beach. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we sent to him. I had mentioned that the grass was a bit long the previous weekend and he was quick to get it mown before we returned.

• tes (8/5): Great location & lovely house - House was a good size & lovely location. Owners were very responsive when we needed help. We booked for 6 people & only 4 beds were made up (2 singles & 2 doubles). Were told this was standard as 2 of the made up beds were double beds. This made no sense to us & it was assuming that only 2 of the party of 6 would have their own beds & that the other 4 guests would have to share. We had an extra bed made up after requesting it however we were charged per day for this. The house needs a vacuum cleaner & mop to do quick cleans during longer stays. The hot water system is not big enough for a house advertising for 6 people. Even with shorts showers you could only get 3 people max.

• De'arne (10/5): Perfect Accommodation - Highly recommend this spacious 4 bedroom home to make your own whilst you are holidaying in the Hobart vicinity. Close to all suburbs of the Greater Hobart area, a short walk to the beach, the sports stadium and a beautiful park, and a quiet street and area. The home boasts very comfortable beds with all the amenities you need supplied. It has a beautiful backyard and garden area to enjoy the warmth of the season with plenty of seating. The home was suitable (ground floor) for my elderly mother, who has mobility issues. There are grab rails in the toilet and bathroom, and all down stairs is beautifully flat to support the mobility impaired. If you need accommodation to comfortably accommodate a disabled person with total incapacitation then the bathroom/toilet would not allow for the comfort you deserve, however, if you have limited capacity of movement like my dear mother then this is more than acceptable. Upstairs provides a warm and comfortable space with a small kitchenette type area equipped with kettle and cups. 2 bedrooms upstairs with 4 king single beds and down stairs bedrooms x2 boast king sized beds,1 room has an en suite and is suitable for mobility impaired guests and the other down stairs room provides a cot. The home provides a fully functional laundry and kitchen. Large dining room and spacious lounge with 2 couches and a TV with free WiFi provided. There is a heatpump that warms the living areas comfortably and panel heaters in the rooms if required. The owners provide excellent communication and are so helpful and responsive to queries. A home away from home, and again, I highly recommend this accommodation.
• Ka (8/5): Nice spacious beach house - Very close to beach only few minutes walk. Very spacious house, got plenty of rooms and good basic facilities comfortable for family. It has good facilities around the house. Kitchen is very spacious and has most of the basic needs. It would be perfect though if there’s a dishwasher, and a proper coffee machine :)

• Coates (10/5): This is a great property for family or group catch ups with 2 queen beaads down stairs and 4 singles - proximity to beach and walking tracks. No toilet upstairs may be a problem if young children or older people sleeping on upper level. two other toilets are available on lower level though.
• Maykeshia (7/5): Convenient, great location, well priced, just needs some love - Love the convenience of location, and ample space that the common areas had, awesome that it was so close to the beach The lawns weren’t done and the bushes we’re overgrown and is a struggle to fit 2 cars in the driveway without scraping up your car or not being able to open the car doors due to over grown bushes, there were a lot of spiders in the house especially the bedrooms also, there was no “spa” or “private beach entrance” as mentioned in the listing the bins were overflowing, although they messaged about that, and the ensuite shower had mould throughout, and the house smelt like it had been shut up for quite some time !!

It’s situated in a peaceful neighborhood with abundant flowers blooming in the spring. The house itself is very comfortable and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with a wide range of cooking utensils and spices, and the bathroom includes a modern smart toilet.

Showers didn’t have curtains or walls and water spread through the bathroom. Not enough towels to keep the bathroom safe and dry

• Marlene (9/5): Great Host offering a spacious home in a central location near Hobart - I like Meng, the host most. She is the best host I have ever encountered. She was very responsive and provided everything I requested such as heaters and electric blankets. She knew we were arriving late on a cold wet winter night and she turned on the heaters well before our arrival. A warm home welcomed us. The house is spacious and perfect for a big group. It is centrally located for us. The bathrooms require shower curtains or shower enclosures to prevent water from splashing throughout the bathrooms.

• Jess (8/5): Very Pleasant Stay, would stay again for sure - Location is central, Bellerive is an absolutely beautiful part of Tasmania, locals are super friendly. Close to Eastlands Shopping Centre & the Ferry which only takes about 10 mins to get to Hobart. House was spacious, beds super comfy, wireless charging tables with lamps in every room. Fully fenced but gates were easy to open, would need to keep an eye on kids that can work latches, was very open with little furniture, could do with a few more touches of sitting furniture in the lounge area, coffee table etc.

• Stephanie (8/5): Great location close to Bellerive Beach, a spacious house and friendly and responsive host - We would have liked an iron, and some extra pillows (there was only one pillow per person). An inside broom/dustpan would have been good too.
• T. (9/5): Superb - Clean, big house and soundproof rooms. Good heating and cooling system. Spacious back yard for children to play outside. Snacks provided added to the lovely welcoming experience. Couldn't find oven trays or casserole dishes for baking.

The furniture in the property was very less compared to the space and very basic. The TV is really old. There is only a single aircon in the dining area and a heater outside the bedrooms.
