- Kay (1/5): Disappointed as unable to communicate both the host and agent to understand what was happening. - Overall is good During our 13-night stay at this property. On the 12th night we have been told a water leak that originated from our unit and affected the apartment below. Following this incident, the host wanted to retained our security deposit to cover repair costs. However, we believe the leak was caused by pre-existing structural or plumbing issues that were not our responsibility. We managed to get our deposit back however I received an email demanding the payment from booking.com. I have sent the message to both the host and agent asking what was happening, and no one gets back to me. I have used booking.com for over 10 years and I have never had any problems with this type of issue in the past. So nothing but disappointed.

San Pedro und dem Strand, Tiefgaragenplatz, schöne Terrasse, sehr ruhige Unterkunft, angenehmes Doppelbett, Schwimmbad… Die Unterkunft hat eine offene Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, sowie zwei Schlafzimmer (eins mit Doppelbett, eins mit zwei Einzelbetten). Der Fernseher empfängt kein öffentliches Fernsehen.

- David (10/5): A bit of luxury after touring the major towns of Andulicia. - Stylish, very comfortable sofas and bed light, large balcony overlooking the pool and beautifully landscaped gardens. Well equipped, super indulgent walk-in shower. A quiet and luxurious, tastefully designed apartment block. Good security and an easy stroll to the old town bars and shops of Old town San Pedro. It’s a short trip on the local buses into Marbella. It was all good.

We really felt home, big thanks to Luana and Natalia! Perhaps the distance to the beach (10 minutes walk), but it's very easy to use the car so not a big deal.
