Please note that there is a nonrefundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a SELFIE HOLDING THE ID to verify the booking details. The service fee is nonrefundable when the booking is canceled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancelations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Katherine (7/5): was all just fine the above issues means we wouldn’t book it again . we would have expected a reduction in cost - good location and nice views. well equipped and good storage WARNING you are charged a service fee of 4.5% for paying by card which is the only way you can pay . Nowhere else in Australia has done that . Also 2 mornings we were woken with very loud drilling at 7.30 am! The workmen said the residents had been told so the owner knew this but didn’t warn us .

Fantastic location. Lift was broken 3 days of our stay. Had to carry suitcase down the stairs.
Cockroaches in the kitchen
- John (9/5): Really good apart from parking. - All was good with property and location is great. In relation to parking , it’s a nightmare to park in Manly outside of the premises . If you don’t have a small vehicle you will never be able to park in the basement - large 4WD won’t fit and local parking is very expensive.
- Trevor (8/5): Very nice area, handy to shops, restaurants and transport nicely appointed apartment will definitely be going back !. - Location and handy to the ferry ! You need to tell future tenants what the height in the car park is. I had to park down the road.
The unit needs a pest control done as there were a number of small cockroaches sighted over the stay.

Location - brilliant, brilliant.
Lovely bright, sun-filled lounge area, liked the colourful decore (cushions and picture), felt and looked homey and fun.

It had all the small things that were handy to have e.g. packaged soap and lotion plus cold water jugs, canned food, napkins, dishwashing tablets and a spice draw etc Keys
- A few more instructions on which keys to use for certain locks (coloured hoods?), and especially that you only need to turn it to 2 o'clock on the front garage door. Would have spent over 2 hours on the entrance driveway over the 6 days trying to get key to turn.
- balcony blue key too hard to turn (open or close) - needs WD40 as the money place is balcony and couldn't get out a couple of days. Older person (thinking about suggesting location to my mum) would not be able to open.

Car Park
- I think a little detail in the booking about tight spot, small car, power steering required. If we had taken our Subaru Wagon it would not have fit.
