• Enora (7/5): Good place but no access to purified water (we always had it in all our other hotels, there not...) - It is an apartment (airbnb type) inside a resort hotel. You need to pass by the hotel reception to get the keys and pay the 100 pesos taxe once you arrive. They give you indications on how to go to the apartment, which passes in a well lighten tunnel inside the resort, to get to the other building. The apartment is very spacious (one living room with 2 sofas and open kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed, a small balcony giving view to the inside yard pool). Quite clean. Kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum. Access to the pool is included. The kitchen didn't have kitchen towels or paper towels. The soap and shampoo dispenser were empty. NO PURIFIED WATER DISPOSAL ! (We had to go buy our own water).

• Estefania (7/5): Estancia All ritmo - El apartamento es grande, la cama y las almohadas son cómodas. Tuvimos un inconveniente la primera noche porque se escuchaba un pitido y nos lo solucionaron al dia siguiente. Necesitas coger taxi o combis para moverte. La ducha tiene poca presión, hay escaleras y es un tercer piso para subir las maletas. El propietario te pide una buena reseña para darte un descuento en otro alojamiento.
• Julio (10/5): - El lugar fue más de lo que esperabamos. A pesar de ser un apartamento fuera del hotel, el brazalete te da acceso al hotel, a la playa y la alberca. El lugar estaba limpio, teniamos A/C, alberca al frente, cocina y utensilios. No tuvimos ninguna incomodidad en lo absoluto. El único detalle es que no hay mucho que hacer o donde comer alrededor. Debes desplazarte hasta el centro o en dado caso ir al hotel y comprar algunas de las 3 comidas. Tambien habia demasiado zancudo, salimos bastante picados. De igual manera, no son cosas que sean culpa del alojamiento, pero si es para tenerlo en cuenta.

• Timtett (3/5): Disappointing apartment - needs modernisation and better cleaning. - Pool was small but good and site of apartment blocks was clean and tidy. WiFi was good. cleanliness of the apartment was poor - hairs in bathroom, some used laundry in cupboard. Kitchen was poorly equipped. the whole apartment needs an upgrade.
• Linda (6/5): I truly enjoyed my time @ All Ritmo!! The workers @ hotel are fantastic but front desk needs more tr - I liked location near sea!! The locals fantastic!! I liked local buses accessibility!! I liked the security being all over the premises!! About the Condo, I had requested 2 bedrooms with doors & what I got was 1 bedroom (closed door) + living room that can convert into sleeping area!! I think it's False Advertisement!! I paid for 2 bedrooms & didn't get that!! The condo do need a few minor repairs & upgrades!! Also I would of appreciated a day before all info about key box codes & all!! I received it during my flight over + I didn't have access to Wifi which made it hard to get that info!!
• Karim (1/5): Scammed us, paid for two bedroom apartment but got one bedroom apartment. - Just the private beach that I liked. The property was a scam. I booked two bedroom apartment for myself and my cousin so we have two different bedroom for our comfortable stay. But when it is our check in time, they give us one bedroom apartment, I told them we booked two bedroom not one bedroom and I paid for two bedroom, but the staff didn't help us and telling us it was an error on the website and they don't have any two bedroom apartment, so they didn't give us two bedroom apartment and told us to leave the property and they will refund our money. But hey, I am here for my vacation not to take any unnecessary hassle. They lastly agreed to give us partial refund and transportation, though we didn't get any transportation and refund still under process and said it will take 15 days! Let's see. I am waiting for it.
