It is in an excellent position in London reasonably close to Angel Tube Station with lots of good pubs and restaurants around. Also nearby are good supermarkets. The kitchen is located in the basement - if you are watching TV or socializing in the the lounge room and wanting a drink of any kind - you had to go downstairs and then back up to ground level. Similarly with the toilet.
