• Andrii (1/5): - Нічого По приїзду на дане помешкання,не отримали інформації стосовно ключів від номера.Після того як зв'язались з адміністрацією сказали почекати ще деякий час бо номер ще не прибраний,через годину нам передзвонили і сказали що нас не поселят тому що номер не звільнили. Сказали що будуть шукати нам альтернативне помешкання,але після цього вже знами на контакт не йшли.Невідповідали ні на дзвінки,ні на смс.Ми зв'язались з службою підтримки Booking,але і вони нам не допомогли , тільки повідомили що власники теж з ними не виходять на зв'язок. Тому раджу людям нівякому разі не бронювати це помешкання,тому що шкода поточного часу,грошей і нервів.Тому що ми були сім'єю і для дітей,як і для нас це був великий стрес.

• Bruno (8/5): - Dobra suradnja sa vlasnikom , mirno okruženje, blizu javnog prijevoza(autobus, do podzemne ima 20 stanica) Nije navedena cijena za boravak psa koja je velika (70€. ) i nemože se platiti sa smještajem preko bookinga neko na privatni račun.

• Merkel Manzer (1/5): Ich war frustriert vom Zustand dieser Wohnung - Ich war sehr frustriert über den Zustand dieser Wohnung. Unter den Betten lagen große Staubflocken, die Gardine war schmutzig, es gab mehrere offene Kabeldosen in der Wand. Das Gefrierfach war vereist, Besteckkästen schmutzig, Schimmel in den Badfugen. Es gab keine kleinen Löffel, wenig Geschirr, die Klobürste war kaputt und unbenutzbar,die Wände sind schmutzig, ein Rauchmelder war mit einer Plastiktüte verhangen, der Balkon war voller Unkraut und der Boden und das Balkonmöbel schmutzig. Obwohl ich mich beschwert habe, war die Unterkunft nicht bereit, eine angemessene Entschädigungssumme zu zahlen. Ich bin frustriert von Vermieter und Wohnung.

• Ionescu (8/5): Good - Very warm and cozy, very very good staff, the place is modern and up to date with the furniture, eazy access inside, easy checkin, great living space for activities Bring your own bed sheets if posible, also if you want to go to Viena use car or bus and train, expensive bolt and uber, wish you the best

• Alena (2/5): never book it again and highly recommend to avoid booking to others - 1. we were travelling of 5 ppl including 2 kids. there is enough sleeping places in the apartment for us. 2. the kitchen is well-equipped 3. the bed linen was prepared only for 4 persons! when I called to the manager he sent me to the basement and ask to find one more set there! And even there wasn’t anything suit for sofa. 4. prepared bed linen smelled musty and it was impossible to sleep on it 5. generally the apartment is dirty (some stuff like toothbrush from the previous guests, etc) and the smell inside is strange and unpleasant. 6. and the last but not least - we made online checking 5h before our arrival and got instructions how to get in the apartment only after call to the manager. really, it’s absolutely non-hospital: we were after 6h driving, needed in rest at that time (22:30!). and should be sent via message before we come! Avoid this option if you have chance.
