• Sebastião (10/5): Localização e Vista do mar da terrazza: tudo o que eu queria! - A localização e o relacionamento com a pessoa que administra a unidade foram os pontos altos da nossa estadia. Tudo foi feito de forma a nos proporcionar muita tranquilidade e segurança. Tudo funcionou à perfeição. Super recomendo!!! Tudo foi perfeito.

• Jackie (2/5): - Only the location Main issues reported to bookings.com customer services, one month ago. Have held back in the review as bookings.com have been waiting for a response from the property with an offer of compensation. This has not been forthcoming, despite several chasers! Main Bedroom Bed base - Slats fell off over 2 nights, made quite a noise on the marble floor. They appeared to stuck on. Once reported took a couple of days for Maintenance to fix by screwing on. Main Bathroom Cracked bath enamel and rusty holes. Reported and host provided a plastic Bath mat to cover. BATH NEEDS REPLACING. Rubber seal on shower screen fell off every time you stepped in bath. Toilet didn’t flush in the small bathroom, had to lift the cistern to operate manually. No hooks in either bathroom to hang cloths. There were holes in the walls which indicated once there. Host bought temporary ones to hang on the door when reported. Very bad smell of drains and sewage in small bathroom, host said could do nothing about! The smell circulated around the apartment. Kitchen Kettle had bits in and was in need of descaling. We did it ourselves. Fridge was very old and door opened the wrong way. Could only open when kitchen door was closed. Bottom shelf for bottles was too low and door being a little stiff caused glass bottle to fall out and smashed on floor. No tea towels. Host bought after a couple of days. Lounge Sofa was old and right arm kept coming apart. Maintenance fixed but didn’t hold. General Filthy air vents in all rooms and bathrooms. Air vents not working in bathrooms. Iron was marked, made stain when on cloths when used Ironing board was stained. Front door to apartment complex was difficult to operate, on one occasion took 10 minutes to open. Seemed to be sorted second week. Washing line to hang cloths was rusty Broken door frame surrounds The property, advertised as a Fantastico apartment fell far short of expectation and in our opinion not fit for rental.
• Karen (8/5): Great location - The apartment is in a great location although it can be a bit noisy outside. The host and the cleaning lady were very nice, accommodating and helpful. It was a good price for apartment in the area. The apartment is well equipped for a short stay but some areas including bathrooms and kitchen do need renovation and updating.

La ducha del baño principal es de mala calidad, sale como una broma en vez de una lluvia. Deberían cambiarla por una de .ejor calidad. El mantel guardado en el cajón de la cocina esta sucio y las ventanas de la cocina también. Así como algunas bandejas del horno. Mejoraría la limpieza en general. El sillón del livin tiene roto el apoya brazos de la izquierda y se separa del cuerpo del sillón propiamente dicho. La verdad ?( Salvo lo de la ducha ) que haciendo frío deberían ca.biarla ya. Lo demás son detalles para conseguir 5 estrellas en este sitio.

Faptul ca unitatea de cazare era inundata la propriu de apa in momentul check-in-ului, cu apa pe jos si necuratata si apa curgea in continuu fara ca proprietara sa ia masuri, in conditiile in care curgea apa din becul din tavan, fiind riscul de electrocutare.

• Deirdre (8/5): Great location in bright spacious apartment. - Great location close to the beach and within easy walking distance from the old town. Beds and sofa were comfortable A lack of advance notice about key collection left us having to guess how to gain access to the apartment. It got resolved eventually and this may have been an isolated incident.
• Z-neb (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed staying in this house as a family. We had a beautiful view from the living room and main bedroom overlooking the sea and the light house. Patricia was in contact with us all the time and she made sure we had a very smooth check in before our check in time. The kitchen had all what we needed. The house was clean and comfortable with nice decorations. The property was a 1 minute walk to the main paseo maritimo. There were also a lot of options to eat and drink with a lot kiosks and supermarkets around the corner. I highly recommend this property. If you have a car like we did, you can either park it around the house or a 2 minute walk to a public garage. Thank you Patricia
