• Miriam (3/5): Room itself was okay but building was in terrible shape and nothing like what is in the pictures. - The room itself is as pictured, the ned was comfortable as were the pillows. I also liked the location because its one of my favorite neighborhoods in London. The facilities are nothing like what is shown in the pictures. Aside from the room itself, all the other pictures are from a random building and restaurant somewhere in the area (never foind it), so I was pretty taken aback and felt duped. Its a run down looking house with very narrow stairwells, luggage was a nightmare to get up and down. The rubbish bins on the property were overflowing and there was rubbish all over the ground near the main entrance. The walls are paper thin and if you are facing the street it is noisy so beware.

• Jm (1/5): Absolute fraudulent scam. I will be taking legal action for fraudulent misrepresentation. - This was my worst experience by far using booking.com as a level 3 member. After repeated failures communicating with the property, I have contacted customer service. I have sent them numerous photos, videos and communications with the property management. The property is fraudulently misrepresented. It is not 40sm as described but 21sm. It does not have a stovetop, washing machine nor dining area. Gaining access to the unit was problematic because the other resident had locked the unit door (there are two bedrooms with security codes) for each unit. During our stay, whilst we were in bed, another couple gained access to our bedroom, "due to booking management system error" the owners said. But despite the security breach they did nothing to change the security code for our bedroom. The property is on a busy main road, nothing like the pictures, and does not have a restaurant on site. This was a total scam and the property managers were unwilling to address any problems or concerns.
