• Barry (8/5): Great property in a superb location close to everything - loved it. - Location superb, inside very comfortable and clean, super master bed and powerful shower. Living area downstairs great re sofa, large TV, great parking, great upstairs balcony which got the afternoon sun. Outside was dirty and untidy on arrival with old cat poo and fallen leaves everywhere. In fairness, when contacted the management company were quick to send someone who did a great job that same day. There was an absence of cleaning products inside which was disappointing. We were perhaps somewhat unfortunate in that there was a lot of building work ongoing at neighbouring properties which impacted somewhat on our privacy when outdoors but that is no reflection on the property itself. We were unable to secure a late checkout which was understandable but were advised that we had until 11am to vacate. The cleaner arrived at 1040 when we were in the throws of packing up which was less than ideal in terms of privacy.

• Yoana (8/5): Great location, well maintained, very aesthetic, key policy & internet makes impractical for long stays. - Amazing location, very spacious house! Excellent neighbourhood, very close to the beach. Aesthetic property and lots of room. Whenever something needed fixing the team came literally the next day. Average internet. Ok for social media/TV from living room but spotty upstairs. Unable to run video calls outside main room. Garden hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. A lot of cat poop all over the garden that had collected over a long period. Would have been nice to have the garden tidy for use. Our biggest issue - very strange key policy. When asked to have a second key (as we are a family of four) we were told that this would cost an extra 15€ per day. Considering our long stay (45 nights) this was an extreme inconvenience and obviously financially not possible. Every other long stay we’ve been at in Cyprus and elsewhere has always provided two keys. As a family working, with children and the inability to use electricity without the key plugged in, it made early mornings and evenings very uncomfortable if one parent needed to leave but not wake a child due to no key/electricity. Again very strange rule and doesn’t suit a long stay property at all.

• LARA (8/5): - It has everything you need for a vacation. Very cute outside sitting area. You have two separate bedrooms and in every one is A/C unit. It’s very good equipped kitchen and everything is close the beaches and busy area.

• Antonio (10/5): Great property in a great location. - Great location, on a quiet street and also really close to the restaurants and the seafront. Host was really great, good communication and instructions. Nothing to add.
• Monika (10/5): Nice and modern villa to stay - It's a really nice, clean and modern villa. Has everything you need: oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV... There was even some water bottles, biscuits and coffee left which was really nice to find :) We also enjoyed eating outside in the terrace. Location is also good: there was no noise from the streets, beach is less than 10 mins by foot. Big supermarket is also not far.

• Greg (9/5): Superb - Great location, 10 minute walk to the sea and the archaeological sites. The house was the perfect size for a family of 4 Very clean facility and it met all of our needs! I would highly recommend this townhouse The lock box was finicky to close and it took many attempts to get it done. The key and key hanger were just challenging to fit in. Otherwise everything else was perfect.
• Maria (9/5): Great stay - The location is absolutely perfect, situated right in the heart of Kato Paphos, 10 minutes walk from the beach. It was an ideal spot for our two families, each with one child, to enjoy the area. The house was clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities, and the kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals. The kids particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, which provided a safe and fun environment for them to play. The beds and the pillows were a bit of a letdown. They were quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. This was the main drawback of an otherwise excellent stay. Despite the bed issue, I would still recommend it for its fantastic location and price. With a little improvement in the bedding, it could easily become a top-notch choice.
