• Arthur (1/5): Terrible - There was no heating available. I spent the 3 days of my stay being told by the host that the heating was fixed. It was never fixed. One of my daughters got sick because it was so cold. Regrettably I only looked at the pictures on the listing but not the reviews. It is interesting that the host (who is very very difficult to get hold of) accuses most of his guests of lying on their reviews. I expect he will do the same here

Phone booking.com explained the situation they call host no answer after 45min booking .com confirm can't host need find something else IM DISABLED nothing like for like available. Ended up im Vauxhall omtop of everything we lost our dinner reservation because we were looking for alternative accommodation another £50 lost for cxl restaurant last minute. Then the odassidy to sent me an email yesterday saying I failed to show out of 214£ for 30£ refund SHAMEFUL Hugo and sent me email asking how my stay was idiota

• Janette (1/5): Bad - The picture above was not the one we stayed in . The blue Futon in the living room was broken and rock hard. So uncomfortable. Despite paying the extra for an extra guest ( who did not stay because no bedding available) There were no sheets provided for the Futon There was no one at all on site The bedding in the bedroom was covered in hairs ( was it actually changed from the previous occupier??) The bathroom was dirty The bath / shower had stains on it so we did not actually use it We washed the sink and all surfaces ourself upon arrival and seeing the state of it. The kitchen sink was dirty the draining board filthy . Ad was the inside of the fridge The drawer containing cutlery had little bits of food in it. It was terrible. Only them did we look at reviews and saw how everyone else commented on this. Very disappointing. Not worth the money at all. Someone from Booking.com needs to go and check this property out. See above Also the TV did not work. The response from the owner said it was working before. It was not for us.

• Bonnie (1/5): Good location but very dirty apartment nothing like the photos!!! - The view was beautiful !! The beds were not fresh !! They smelt and had hairs on the pillows & on the sheets, they provided towels but they skunk of damp !! I luckily brought towels with me, the apartment was dirty stains on the carpets, crumbs all over the kitchen sides, microwave was horrendous,bathroom shower was broken bath dirty had scum around it, toilet…still had dirty mess in !! Hadn’t even been flushed 🤮 if it wasn’t so late and my children so tired I would have not stayed here !! Very dirty

• Shaylee (1/5): Bad - Absolutely appalling! 🤢 I recently booked a one-night stay at an apartment in the UK for a whopping £179.85, and it was an absolute rip-off! The place was filthy and reeked of foul odors. The fridge was turned off, emitting a pungent stench, and there was no toilet paper to be found. As if that wasn't bad enough, an old, grimy bar of soap with strands of hair in the tray greeted me in the bathroom. Unbelievably overpriced and incredibly unhygienic, I am utterly appalled by my experience and highly discourage anyone from booking this place. You'd be better off roughing it in the woods for free! And don't even get me started on the key or code situation - it was an absolute nightmare! 🔑 Unbelievable!
• Sophie (1/5): Dirty place - The view and that was about it. Towels were dirty and had white stains on them. The bed sheet had stains and crumbs in the bed. The pullout sofa bed isn’t the one in the photo - it’s so uncomfy and again, the bedding provided didn’t look clean at all. There was shaved hairs on the used soap in the bathroom as well as just a grubby bathroom. Definitely regret booking. Owners didn’t accept our complaints

• Nina (8/5): The view was awesome but the lack of ac is a problem and this unit is too far away from public transportation - The view. Safety of area. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, etc. The bed was comfortable. We Would have liked a few more amenities like bath soap and a towel in bathroom to dry hands. Napkins or paper towels would have been appreciated in the kitchen. Although late September it was still warm. Had to open windows to cool it down which meant loud train noises. Distance to public transport (1 mile) was also a bit far.
• Lucinda (2/5): Expensive and disappointing Central London Appartment. - The location was appropriate for our diligences around the US Embassy area. The view from the apartment it was really beatiful. The apartment is in poor condition and poorly cleaned. The fridge was unplugged so we couldn't use it during our one-day stay. The whole apartment smelled weird. There were handprints and stains on the glass and in the bathroom (Someone perhaps wanted to recreate the high voltage scene from Titanic movie in the room? and forgot to clean the glass afterwards). The sofa in the living room looked like it literally came from the rubbish dump.

• Ana (9/5): Great view and location to stay in London - The property was at a very comfortable location, 1min from the building you can find a store, easy to get by from the properties location to other destinations. For the moment we ordered it was a very good price for 4 people! However, would recommend only for 2 (explanation below). The view from the apartment was stunning! The living rooms sofa was terrible, it had so many bumps that sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. We could not open the livings rooms window to let in some fresh air, it was super hot and no air, had to constantly leave the entrance door open to let in some fresh air.
• Tero (9/5): Great view, hassle-free, nice location. Recommended. - Great view, even better in real life than the pictures. Had the tools required for cooking and ironing shirts. Everything was hassle free and simple. I enjoyed the place. If I would have to come up with some downsides, I could say it's hot in the morning, you could hear the trains and there is some wear on the surfaces. I liked the trains, too, even saw steam engines. Overal, it was great and I would recommend this place. ps. Contrary to some older comments, even the nearest elevator works now.
• Hannah (4/5): The apartment has potential but needs some attention. - The location was good, safe, quiet neighborhood - close to Victoria Station, Battersea Park, shopping, grocery store, and lots of good restaurants. The floors and kitchen counters were clean. The bed was comfortable. The view is amazing, especially at night. The owners were quick to respond to me when I had questions. The videos to help you find the hidden lockbox are good but might need to be updated as the construction that was going on when they were made is done now. It was a little confusing and we had to watch them a couple times to figure it out. The apartment is directly over the train tracks so there was constant noise from the loud trains passing by. If you are a light sleeper, this is not a good apartment for you. We all had to use earplugs. It would have been good to have been told this ahead of time. The apartment was stuffy and very, very warm. We could only open the bedroom windows a couple inches. The door handle on the large living room door has been removed for safety but it makes it so the apartment is unbearably warm, even when it wasn't that hot outside. The pictures show the livingroom door open but it is not possible to open it. There are ceiling fans but even with them on, it was still so hot in there. The apartment needs some attention - the dishwasher didn't drain when we were there, the spray handle fell off the shower hose so we just had to rinse off with the hose, the markings are all gone on the oven so you can't tell what the settings are, and the drawers in the entire place need a good clean out. Most of the dishes were dirty and had to be handwashed before we could use them. The extra towels were just shoved unfolded on top of the water heater in a storage closet and I couldn't tell if they had been used or not. We did not use them. We felt that this apartment was very overpriced for what we got and that the photos and previous reviews are not accurate for the condition it was in when we were there.

Not suitable for more than 2 people as the sofa bed is small and we couldn’t use the extra duvet and sheets as they looked dirty. Very cluttered not hygienic. Living room door window doesn’t close. It’s overlooking the train tracks so extremely noisy. We booked 4 nights and checked out after one night.

The furniture was falling apart, and even some of it broken and it was obviously repaired But not very well . The house knew we were going as a family yet there were only two clean towels. • Louise (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great and the view over London was nice. The flat is perfect for two or maximum 3 people. The flat was not suitable for 4 people and the sofa bed was too small for 2 teens. An inflatable bed was available but there was no cover for a fourth bed so we had to improvise with linen we found. For the price I do not expect to sleep on an inflatable bed or search around for linen ! The cleanliness was superficial, especially the kitchen cupboards and the cutlery box and we even found old takeaway boxes under the sink from the previous guests.

• Jiri (9/5): great - The view from top floor was just amazing. The flat has all you need . Very easy access to all places around and you are in central london in no time. It was very hot inside to flat.
• Olaug (7/5): Amazing view from top floor appartment - Wonderful view! Nice bedroom with comfy bed, practical kitchen and toys for my son to play with. The flat is next to the train tracks and because it's on the top floor, it can get quite hot. The noise from the trains didn't bother us too much though and we sleept quit3 well with the windows open. The flat is somewhat affected by wear and tear from frequent use, for example the carpets and the bathroom floor. It had not been properly cleaned by the time we arrived, but the host assured us that had not happened before and promptly sorted it out. Over all we had a nice stay at this appartment.

• Philip (8/5): OUTSTANDING Views - Amazing apartment with an OUTSTANDING view of London (including the London Eye, Big Ben, and the impressionable Battersea Power Station). The hosts were easy to contact, and the guy we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. The apartment backs on to busy railway tracks which can be rather noisy at times. Didn't affect our stay too much though and slept very well.
• Jieun (10/5): Exceptional - The bed was really comfy. Great toliet. Great kitchen. Everything was good.😄 The rail is in front of the house. So it was a bit loud. But its okay if you close the windows.
