• Theodore (10/5): We'll use this location again when we're in Tallinn. - This was our second stay in these apartments within a month. We assumed we'd get the same unit -- so it took a while to find it. But this second unit was nicer in terms of its look. We stayed at the unit that is shown in the pictures. Again ew stayed there for it proximity to the bus station. From our first visit we learned that there is a outdoor market down the street away from the bus station -- just beyond the supermarket, which we also used. The prices in both places are very good, and this made our stay for 2 nights very pleasant. The tram and bus stops are close by and so it is easy to reach the old town by tram, or the airport by bus. • Kairem (9/5): Mugav korter, hea asukoht - Korter asus bussijaama vahetus läheduses, mis tegi saabumise ja lahkumise väga mugavaks. Väga meeldis ka võtmeta sisenemise võimalus. Korter ise oli küll väike, kuid väga kena disainiga, hubane ja hästi läbi mõeldud. Kõik vajalik oli olemas, ruumid olid puhtad ja mugavad. Isegi kohvi oli olemas! Voodi lugemislambist tundsin puudust.

• Yury (3/5): «Делюкс», который очень старается им казаться./A “Deluxe” apartment with a great imagination. - Местоположение. У нас был автобусный рейс через 2 дня, и было очень удобно располагаться в непосредственной близости от автобусной станции. Заявлено как Deluxe Studio, по факту — обычные апартаменты с уставшим видом. Дом новый, а интерьер уже нет. Коротко о «делюксе»: ✓пошарпанные и местами отбитые стены; ✓сломанный карниз и отсутствие штор — живёшь как в витрине; ✓неудобные барные стулья, которые прогибаются; ✓кровать для двоих маленькая и крайне неудобная; ✓посуды мало и была грязной — перемывали; ✓след от когда-то висевшей картины на стене; ✓кухонная столешница плохо засиликонена и отходит; ✓кухонная стойка-стол посередине (с ящиками и нишей под очень маленький холодильник) сломана снизу; ✓унитаз неудобный и, по ощущениям, рассчитан либо на женщин, либо на «недомужчин» (с коротким членом, извините). Отдельно о «Deluxe»: посудомойки нет; кофемашины нет. Видимо, делюкс — это по настроению. Уборка символическая: пол помыли, остальное — как повезёт. Вывод: своих денег не стоит и к категории «Делюкс» не имеет никакого отношения, кроме слова в описании. Advertised as a Deluxe Studio, but in reality it’s a very ordinary apartment that already looks worn out. The building is new — the apartment is not. Quick overview of this “deluxe” experience: ✓chipped and damaged walls; ✓broken curtain rod and no curtains — full display mode; ✓uncomfortable bar stools that bend; ✓a very small and uncomfortable bed for two; limited kitchenware, and it was dirty — we had to wash it ourselves; ✓a visible mark from a former wall decoration; kitchen countertop poorly sealed and coming loose; ✓a kitchen island/table in the middle (with drawers and a niche for a very small fridge) broken at the bottom; ✓the toilet is extremely uncomfortable and seems designed either for women or for “underdeveloped men” (with a short penis — sorry). And about the “Deluxe” part: no dishwasher; no coffee machine. Apparently, imagination is included, appliances are not. Cleaning was minimal: the floor was washed, everything else felt neglected.

Территорию вокруг дома долгое время ремонтировали, сейчас ремонт закончен. Стало очень хорошо, удобно подойти прямо к подъезду даже с большим чемоданом. До автовокзала неспешным шагом 5 минут, на такси в аэропорт 10 минут. Район современный и приятный для прогулок В зоне прихожей не хватает пуфика или небольшой скамейки, чтобы удобнее было надевать обувь

• Anu (9/5): Excellent place to stay! - Almost everything, it was a great place to stay. I missed small plates. There was a very strong smell of some kind of perfume in the apartement. Luckily, my husband was eventually not able to join me, he is very allergic to that kind of perfumes.

• Ashley (8/5): Convenient location and quiet neighbourhood - Apartment located in a modern building close to the coach station, airport and grocery stores. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Extra blankets and pillows provided. Smart tv with Netflix and YouTube. Self check-in and check-out. The area was quiet, some roadworks were taking place outside the building but did not cause any nuisance. To improve you could consider adding some coat handers by the entrance and towel hooks in the bathroom. Also, a coffee table in front of the sofa to put your snack or drinks down while watching tv. The showerhead needs descaling and the oven needs a deep clean. I had to clean as much as possible prior to use as some burnt food was inside. I bought tin foil for my food as I planned to use the oven more than once and think it would be a good idea to provide some for the guests to help prevent the oven getting to such state.

• Tatiana (8/5): Very good - Very convenient location to the bus station, 5 min on foot, despite the construction on the street is still easy to navigate and pass. The apartment is very clean, modern, well equipped, comfortable bed and high ceilings very much appreciated. There was a bad smell in the bathroom and the water in the shower was not flowing well, maybe the smell is because of that or maybe there is a problem with the pipes.

The building is brand new, clean, well maintained, and the instructions to get in the apartment were very well made and everything went smoothly. The apartment itself is curated in all the details and is very clean. Couldn't ask for more! Very much suggested :) The address on booking is not correct, but in the instructions for the check in there is a picture of the actual entrance :)

There was some coffee, tea, salt, pepper and oil in the kitchen and some dishes and a pan, so it was possible to cook breakfast and eat which was nice. There was no place to hang coats or other clothes, no hooks in the entryway, no hangers in the closet. No hooks in the bathroom either to hang the wet towels. The only place to put my coat and dress was on the dining chair. Only mirror in the bathroom.
