• Raul (8/5): - De lokatie is heel goed. Dat zie je wel als je de omgeving verkent. Uni Center en D-UNO vlakbij.. Verschillende betere buurten rondom. Erg centraal. Kook spullen zoals pannen waren aan hun einde. Verder wat info over de naaste omgeving en wat er te doen is zou welkom zijn. Wij kennen Medellin,, maar voor iemand die zich nog moet oriënteren op ver voer e.d. zou met wat info geholpen zijn. Wij vonden het een prettig verblijf., wel basic. Maar dat zie je ook in de prijs terug. Een ruim appartement en veilige toegang. Schoon en je moet er verder zelf iets van maken. Wij verbleven er een week en het voelde als ons thuis.

• Gricelda (6/5): regular - la ubicacion tranquiña la cortina del cuarto principal dañada , la puerta del baño principal no cierra, no hubo entrega del apartamento y su funcionamiento, la estufa se tenia que prender con encededor de cigarrillos falto servicio de entrega, hollas solo dos y una sarten donde todo se pegaba

• DANIEL FERNANDO (6/5): Énfasis en mantenimiento preventivo, da pesar que un apartamento nuevo y bien ubicado se deteriore. - La ubicación es buena, es un lugar tranquilo para dormir y descansar. Toda la comunicación con el administrador del apto se maneja mediante un chatbot por whatsApp el cual es diligente para la respuesta. La dotación de las ollas y loza es muy limitada y están en mal estado. Es necesario fumigar contra insectos. Es necesario podar el árbol que está al frente del edificio, ya que no se puede abrir la puerta del balcón en las noches puesto que anidan allí muchos murciélagos. No respetan el parqueadero asignado los otros huéspedes. Ventiladores con función limitada. Baños percudidos. Cambio de tendidos y bolsas para las canecas muy deficiente, ya que la señora encargada nunca los recogió y no trajo las bolsas. Paredes y puertas sucias. El calentador ya presentaba fallas cuando llegamos y finalmente faltando 3 dias para salir se daño y por ello nos toco con agua fría el baño, algo que se pudo prever. No funciona el citofono por ello los domiciliarios no entregan los pedidos.

• Joulin (7/5): Buena ubicación, apartamento bastante básico. - La ubicación es muy buena. Es un apartamento con lo mínimo básico. Si tienes un presupuesto muy bajo y ajustado, es una buena opción. Es imposible dormir en los sofá camas de la sala así que “cómodamente” duermen 4 personas (éramos 6).. lamentablemente en mi estadía habían cucarachas (grandes) y muchos bichitos, es algo en lo que deberían trabajar, algún control de plagas porque es bastante incómodo. Nos dieron un spry para echarles pero no es lo ideal, ya que uno como huésped no debería ponerse en esas, además que el olor es incómodo. Más si hay niños y adultos mayores como fue mi caso.

• Diego (8/5): Buen alojamiento - Buena atención del anfitrión y de la persona en sitio. Cuenta con ascensor , ventilación natural buena y también ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, excelente Wifi incluido, relación calidad - precio buena La ubicación no es tan buena, en la noche es muy solitario, hay deterioro en algunas instalaciones como rieles de cortinas y accesorios del baño. Falta más menaje de cocina

• Carolina (10/5): Apartamento en un lugar tranquilo y bien ubicado. - La ubicación del apto es perfecta para quienes vienen a participar del Maratón. Cerca al centro de convecciones y también al punto de salida. La llegada y salida son sencillas. El barrio es tranquilo. El lugar es sencillo pero cómodo y con lo necesario para una estadía corta.
• Francia (9/5): Tranquilo y seguro. - La ubicación muy bien cerca de parques del rio, el ruido x la carretera demasiado aunque es parte de la ubicación, no cuenta con aire acondicionado. Por lo demás el anfitrión atento a las consultas lo mismo la señorita que nos recibio. El ruido de la autopista y q no cuenta con aire acondicionado.
• Krissia (8/5): - Es amplio... La atención de la muchacha que trabaja, es muy atenta, servicial y super colaboradora. Los implementos de cocina (ollas, sartenes) se muestran viejos, desgastados, arrugados..... Los baños no se muestran muy limpios en las puertas. Nos preocupó una instalación qué hay con cables pegados con una cinta no segura.

• Frank (7/5): Nice location, amenities a little lacking. - The location was nice and close to many things. The towels were lacking, we were only given 2, and 2 towels for 2 persons is not really ok. also there were no hand towels only bath towels. Also there was only one 32" television, to me this was lacking.

The apartment was not really clean: long black hair in both bathrooms, many ants walking around in 1 bathroom, there was dirt under the bed, window lock in 1 room was broken. In an apartment for 4 people there were only 2 coffee cups, no kitchen towel to do the dishes. The extra coffee cups were requested after the first day and the cleaning lady would bring them, but the second day we still had no extra coffee cups, which is annoying when there are 3 people. This apartment is therefore not recommended.

• Paula (1/5): Do not recommend. I wish I had known before - Nice neighborhood is all I can say Extra charge for a cleaning fee they didn’t mention when I booked the property. The apartment wasn’t clean at all The towels were broken and dirty. We found many many little bugs all over the place. The blinds fell as soon as we tried to lower them We didn’t have warm water for the whole stay. The owner of the apartment ignored these issues. He blamed me because I was out of the apartment when he sent someone, however I’m a tourist and I shouldn’t be paying attention to this during my stay. Th apartment should be clean and ready before arrival.
