Realmente, estaba todo impecable. Feli puso a nuestra disposición también la cocina y nos obsequió con café en cafetera de cápsulas para el dia siguiente. Ninguna pega para entrar y salir, nos dió las llaves del piso. Fué una estancia corta, de una sola noche pero nos gustó todo .

• Camelia (5/5): - Totul e curat, magazine aproape, și parc in spatele blocului. Zona liniștită. NU RECOMAND aceasta cazare fumătorilor! Cu toată ce există un mic balcon, nu ai permisiunea să fumezi acolo, ci doar jos in spatele blocului, în parc. Dacă știam de la început că trebuie dimineața să cobor cu, cafeaua în parc, nu rezervam acest apartament. Este prima dată când ni se întâmplă așa ceva, să nu se poată fuma nici măcar afară pe balcon. In rest, totul okay pentru nefumători.

Always was asking if we like everything and always was answering vast fast if we need help or advice. Landlord was sharing everything what we needed and even more. Not suitable for the romantic couples, because you can't have time for each other. Landlord living together with you.

• Sofia (10/5): Incredibile - Non avevo mai fatto un’esperienza in una casa condivisa ed ero un po’ titubante, ma mi sono subito ricreduta. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e allo stesso tempo molto riservata: davvero una persona splendida. Vivere con l’host in casa ti permette di avere sempre consigli utili e un’attenzione particolare che fa sentire a proprio agio. La camera e il bagno erano pulitissimi e ben curati. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica, vicinissimo alla metro e al supermercato. Ho avuto la fortuna di festeggiare il mio compleanno a Valencia e la proprietaria è stata così premurosa da prepararmi addirittura una torta: un gesto che mi ha colpito tantissimo. Tutto davvero eccezionale, rapporto qualità-prezzo straordinario. Consigliatissimo!

• giuseppepuglisi (1/5): Siamo stai ingannati poichè per l'uso della lavatrice ci è stato chiesto un supplemento di €10 - La Casa è molto bella L'inganno di aver trovato la lavatrice e non essere stati avvisati di un ulteriore supplemento, che comunque per due usi abbiamo dovuto pagare €10 senza nessuna ricevuta, oltre ad essere considerati dopo l'uso degli approfittatori, sulla lavatrice non stava nessun avviso e da premettere che è stato utilizzato il nostro detersivo. Non cera mai capitato un trattamento simile.

• Antony (10/5): Immaculate secure apartment in nice suburb with charming host and excellent facilities. - The welcome from the host Feli was very warm and friendly. The property was immaculately presented - probably the cleanest place ever, as good if not better than the best hotels. The accommodation is very secure in a nice neighbourhood. There is a wonderful bar across the road, a supermarket and an amazing bakery. The property is conveniently close to the airport, and there is a metro nearby. There is plenty of free parking outside. There is a fully equipped kitchen available which the guests can use. It is worth noting the room is in an apartment but our room had a dedicated bathroom - this is not a problem it is only the same as a B&B just it has only two rooms for guests. To be fair for the time we were there we had the whole place to ourselves. For the price this is exceptionally good value accommodation. If you consider this like B&B style accommodation it is more than perfect due to hospitality of the host and outstanding standard of cleanliness.

Feli answered all our questions about the local area and advised us about best places to visit. She also explained in details the public transport system and even wrote down specific details. She made sure we had parking for our vehicle as well. We highly recommend Feli's place and if we come back to the area we would be happy to stay there again.
• Elisa (7/5): Good - The place is spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable. The area is perfect , and there is a supermarket on the door step. This place should be listed as , owner occupied apartment. I felt a little uncomfortable with the owner being there, as I thought it was a shared apartment with other travellers. The bathroom is not ensuite but is a lovely bathroom. This room could benefit from a lamp. Also if the owner does not like having guests that might use things, maybe supply a refrigerator and TV. It would make it more comfortable for everyone .

Everything you need in kitchen including dishwasher washing machine fridge and oven. Will certainly return if in the area. Unfortunately there were roadworks outside the property which meant that parking was a little difficult, but this was obviously not the fault of the apartment owner.
