- Wendy (10/5): - This is a great little hotel to stay at. The staff are so welcoming and everything you need is in walking distance. So much shopping an entertainment around the area. Stayed here with me and my son. Rooms are small but comfortable. The air didn't work well in the room so it did get pretty warm. Might have just been us not being able to figure it out. Don't sweat it if you don't see a tv in your room cause it right behind the large mirror. The staff here will help you with everything to make your stay comfortable. You won't regreat your stay at this hotel.

- Pradeep (10/5): It was a good stay as I wanted. - The location was good. It was a sea view room. There were many restaurants and shops to buy daily things. Even the hotel restaurant was good too. The room was comfortable and the bath tub was working well. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

- Raya (7/5): Good - the location was perfect it was very close to the metro station and the sea . also, the location had a lot of facilities, the room was big and comfortable to stay in. the cleaning of the staff was not as it should be, the breakfast is not included, in the frontal view of the hotel was vacant dirty land and it was visually unpleasant

I reserved a bottle of champagne and fruit salad bowl to be waiting at my room at arrival but at check-in 4am the morning I was told they don’t do room service. The first time I experienced this. Even though I chatted with with one of their staff through bookings.com and they never told me I couldn’t do this. There’s one person, older that doesn’t speak English well and he appeared very rude. He wanted me to tap my card to the booking and it didn’t go through because the bank doesn’t allow payment taps over €50. He threw my card back saying I was wrong. Instead of its not working. I explained that it had to be inserted in the machine. Iron supposedly broke and we we left with no iron for half of our stay. Were told to breakfast is serve in rooms but the next morning a very nice young man working in kitchen said he could. Had to pay first for breakfast before it can be served so it was no point asking for room service when I had to go downstairs to go pay anyways.

Location is nice and there are lots of nice places to eat and shop from. Mould inside the shower inclosure. Fridge in the room was broken and the staff initially said it will work if we open the cabinet door but when we tried it didn't work so called the staff and they tried all kind of tricks to make it work but it was broken in-fact.

Sometimes there is a bad smoking smell comimg from other rooms/floors probably through HVAC system. Wi-Fi in the room where I stayed was terrible, switching on and off all the time.

- Anonymous (6/5): Average hotel if you are a smoker this is it for you. - Staff was very nice and helpful. Location was very close access to public transportation and stores. We asked for non smoking and the room still smelled like a smoking room. The people smoke everywhere in the hotel. it was hard to sleep with the smoke smell. The cleaning staff would clean our room and would take any bags without making sure that they were empty. We lost some valuables because of it. We cannot control our air conditioning because they stated it’s central so we had to open the window to get some cool air and it was very loud at night with the window open. We asked for extra towels all the time and we never received them.

- Alla (6/5): Frienly staff, weird location. - The best thing about this hotel is it’s staff. Helpful, friendly. One reception guy ran out on a pouring rain to help me with a bag. Maybe in summer time the hotel looks more cheerful. Location, it’s surrounded by dark, narrow streets and a construction site. A room is newly reconstructed, but sad (grey, cold light).

- Haytham (10/5): Exceeded my expectations - Outstanding hotel, beach view renovated with new and clean furniture,cozy reception and a very friendly welcoming staff specially ferhad ,salih and zeinab they are a blessing! At first was very suspicious that there a few reviews,but turned out that the hotel is new to booking;so definitely worth the try. They upgraded our room to a jacuzzi room and gave us a very late check out to match our flight time. Location is perfect,a street away from a shopping centre similar to taksim one and easy acces to all means of transportation. Would definitely come back and stay here again next time . Bed was confertable. - Wifi is very bad, general bandwidth in the lobby is 25-30mb - Wifi in the rooms not reliable, super slow and sometimes drops. - Noise isolation is bad, you can hear the cars passing till the morning - Room windows have air ventilation hole, why? you can open the window if you want to ventilate. that causes more noise from the street

- Glauber (8/5): Boa estadia, mas tem que melhorar muito o hotel - Um ponto positivo é que o hotel ofereceu e preparou, por iniciativa própria, o café da manhã porque saímos de madrugada. Um ponto negativo, o hotel está ultrapassado e a iluminação do quarto é muito escura, não favorece o usufruto que não seja na hora de dormir.

- Hewey (8/5): Nice hotel close to the sea and ferry terminal. - Shame the room I had booked with a double bed was not available when I arrived, I was offered a room with 2 single beds with no alternative. That said the room was clean, however I had booked a non-smoking room and the bedding had a faint smell of stale smoke also there was an ashtray provided in the room which did not fill me with confidence that the room I was given was completely non-smoking. So that was that a room is a room after all and as there was no alternative, it was a case of get on with it. In fairness the staff could only do what they could do and those I met were pleasant and wished to help wherever they could. Duran was especially helpful and helped me a great deal during my stay. The food in the restaurant was acceptable and I highly recommend the mixed meat option. The breakfast was a plate of mixed olives and cheese, bread and meats with a nicely brewed tea. There were no other options and on day one it came with an omelette and day two a boiled egg, unfortunately they were under cooked in places so I could not eat them all. The hotel was nicely situated with nice views over the sea and a short walk to the ferry terminal, bus and taxi ramps. This is a great base to work from for the local attraction such as the Blue Mosque and the many museums. There is also shopping area just 5 mins walk from the hotel where you can buy anything you need or may want. Watch out for the taxi driver, make sure you know the cost up front and they will take the Turk Lira.
