Stay here. 100% - JR Boutique Hotel in Jardín is an absolute gem and easily the finest place to stay in Colombia’s coffee region (maybe in all of South America!). From the moment you arrive, it’s clear that this property is something special. The hotel is immaculate in every detail—brand new, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly welcoming. The aesthetic has a refined Italian countryside feel, almost like a boutique villa in Tuscany, yet it fits perfectly into the lush, green landscape of Jardín. It is also perfectly located just three blocks from the main square, close enough to walk anywhere in minutes but far enough away to feel peaceful and removed from the bustle of town. What truly elevates the experience is the hospitality. The owner, William, is one of the kindest and most gracious hosts you will ever meet. He goes out of his way to make every guest feel personally welcomed and well taken care of. His English is perfect (if that matters for international travelers), which makes communication effortless, and his warmth and attentiveness set the tone for the entire stay. The rooms are spectacular, with doors that open directly onto balconies overlooking the dramatic mountains of Colombia’s coffee country. Waking up to those sweeping views, the fresh mountain air, and the peaceful surroundings is unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, beauty, and exceptional hospitality, JR Boutique Hotel is truly top-tier. The breakfasts were excellent and the food very healthy and tasty. Any service that we needed staff were more than willing to provide! At times, the Internet (WiFi) service was down and I had to use my iPhone for a Hotspot.

John (10/5): European Elegance with Mountain Village Charm - My wife and I stayed here for two nights, and we absolutely loved it. The hotel feels fresh and impeccably clean, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond. They were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. And the breakfast was delicious with a elegant presentation. The location is ideal. Close enough to walk to the Central Park, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The hotel’s design reminded us of some of the more fancy hotels we’ve stayed in European, but with the charm of a mountain village. It was the perfect get-away for us. Our WiFi was a little spotty in the room, but I think it was because where our room was and we were able to enjoy fast internet in lobby and also where they served our breakfast.

Debonneville (10/5): Amazing stay in Jardìn - I have to start by saying how helpful was the staff and the team. They manage to get a room with a view for our last night. We enjoy the breakfast on the 3rd floor, and attention to details. Truly recommend. Small note : next to the hotel there is a nice shop where they sell the beer from a cute grand ma’- take a look ! :)

One of the highlights of our experience was their flexibility in allowing us to extend our check-out time free of charge—such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The free breakfast was outstanding! Freshly squeezed orange juice, strong coffee brewed perfectly (just how I like it), and the best calentao I've ever had in the Eje Cafetero. It was the perfect way to start our mornings. A special thanks to the manager/owner, William, and his amazing team for their exceptional hospitality. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Can't wait to return!

Soomin (9/5): Great stay in Jardin! - It’s probably the best hotel in Jardin with all the amenities you’d expect in a nice hotel by Western standards including bath robes, coffee, hair dryer, etc. We are glad we stayed here! Love that it’s pet friendly! The breakfast buffet was superb! Would be nice if pets require a refundable deposit vs an additional fee! A mini fridge and safe in the rooms would be nice as well!

Perfectly located a few blocks from the plaza, so more quiet and intimate while being very easy to walk around town. The hotel is newer, lovely, with the details attended to in terms of style and decoration and very comfortable accommodations. The hotel team is exceptional—charming, attentive and professional. Really can’t think of anything!

Andrew (10/5): A wonderful, genuine boutique hotel that offers great value for money in this beautiful city. Go!!! - This was a genuine boutique hotel taken out of any major international city and dropped into the beautiful town of Jardin. Rose and William have created an absolute gem here. More impressive than the physical building was the sense of purpose and happiness in the staff. Check in was a joy. And when I went to park the car in the secure facility the reception team were already asking about our stay, how they can help, and proudly talking about the owners. We will go back! There was nothing that we did not like about this location. We really could not fault it.
