• Herbert (8/5): Sonst war es ein guter Aufenthalt - Die Lage und das Frühstück war sehr gut Die Kennzeichnung der Unterkunft ist sehr schlecht. Nicht einmal die Angestellten im gleichen Block wußten etwas von dem Hotel Gallery Art wir glaubten fast schon kurz, dass das ein fake Angebot war.

• Andrea (8/5): Schönes Hotel sehr zentral und top für einen Kurzurlaub in Florenz. Nicht für Allergiker unbedingt geeignet - Super zentral - es war alles perfekt zu Fuß zu erreichen . Zimmer war sauber und das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Aussicht ging auf den Platz raus wo jedentag Marktstände aufgebaut sind Leider wurde trotz Anmeldung kein glutenfreies Frühstück bereitgestellt . Auch für den nächsten Tag trotz Frage und Bitte um glutenfreies Brot gab es nichts dergleichen.

• Mariia (10/5): - Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about. The staff are top-notch and always respond quickly if you have any questions. The rooms are clean, cozy and exactly as described. The breakfast and the location are fantastic — right in the city center. There’s also a common area where you can play chess, which is a nice touch. It’s definitely worth the money, so don’t hesitate to book. Everything was perfect
• f203b8d516fa704c7020d26916df28b7 (8/5): Bekvämt och centralt. - Läget läget läget. All vacker konst och annan inredning var utöver det vanliga. Mycket fräsch och riklig frukost. Mycket gott. Stort rum. Det enda fönstret var mot en kompakt tegelvägg. Många trappor ( 44) upp till rummet.
• b95cc73e20ba7294a41da73979bd0873 (8/5): Tolles Hotel mit historischem Flair, zentale Lage, aber laut. - Super schönes Ambiente in einem historischen Gebäude mit antiker Ausstattung und sehr zentral gelegen. Das Frühstück war vielseitig, sehr liebevoll gemacht. Alles sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die zentrale Lage bedingt leider auch, dass der Lärm von der Straße, dem Marktplatz und vor allem dem immer überfüllten Irischen Pub, bis tief in die Nacht laut ist. Ab morgens um 7:00 h wird es durch die Anlieferungen von Bierfässern etc. erneut laut und reißt einen aus dem Schlaf. Die Fenster sind nicht dicht genug, um dem zu entkommen.

• Claudia&Francesco (8/5): Con qualche accorgimento ci tornerei! - Bellissima struttura e un arredamento wow! Buonissima e varia la colazione. Posizione super! La nostra camera affacciava sopra all'irish pub e si è sentita tantissima confusione fino alle 3 di notte. La temperatura in camera era troppo bassa e la stanza odorava di fumo. Il letto matrimoniale erano in realtà 2 materassi attaccati. In bagno manca il bidè.
• Nicole (8/5): - Herzlichen Dank. Durch die tolle Lage im Zentrum ist es natürlich etwas lauter, dennoch war es in der Suite sehr ruhig. Also alles Top: Dies betrifft Austattung und Sauberkeit. Beim Frühstück gibt es noch ein wenig Luft nach oben. Ausserdem gibt es das Frühstück nur zwischen 8:30 und 10:00, was etwas unpraktisch war. Ausserdem war an einem Tag beim Frühstück mangels weniger Sitzplätze so viel los, so dass wir auf dem Zimmer gegessen haben.

• M o ' (9/5): Gioiellino in piazza del Porcellino - Posizione strategica, proprio in piazza del Mercato Nuovo. Il garage di Via delle Terme a 3 minuti a piedi. Piccolo hotel arredato in maniera molto originale. Atmosfera bohème in un bel palazzo ( la nostra camera si affacciava su Via della Seta). Colazione molto varia e ben organizzata. Molto consigliato!!!! Margine di miglioramento sulla reception, non sempre presente e sulle amenities in camera (aggiungerei le ciabatte monouso). Ma sono consigli, suggerimenti e non critiche.

• Giuseppina (4/5): Esperienza da non ripetere!!! - Pieno centro storico quindi comodo per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse. Il rumore assordante, non è stato possibile riposare, tutta la notte trascinano le bancarelle di piazza del porcellino, gli artisti di strada sotto le finestre fino a tarda notte, le finestre non sono insonorizzate. Pulizia mediocre odore di muffa all'interno degli armadi. Personale assente , la mattina si alternano due uomini che a mala pena capiscono l'italiano e non sono capaci di darti alcuna indicazione, colazione senza alcun prodotto tipico toscano fatta eccezione per il pane, salumi imbustati di pessima qualità, tutti prodotti confezionati, nulla di ciò che viene mostrato nelle immagini del sito, in bagno soltanto sapone ed uno scadente docciaschiuma. Nello spazio comune un bollitore arrugginito all'interno, quindi pericoloso per chi decidesse di bere una bevanda calda. Materassi pessimi ormai smollati lateralmente coperti con un topper. Avrebbero voluto che pagassi la tassa di soggiorno doppiamente, nonostante lo avessi già fatto. La struttura internamente è particolare ma sia i mobili che le opere artistiche risultano essere un accozzaglia di oggetti messi insieme con poco criterio.

Emplacement au centre ville L’accueil vraiment pas agréable La literie a revoir et impossible de trouver le sommeil tellement il y a du bruit à l’extérieur jusqu’au bout de la nuit et dès 6h30, c’est reparti pour un tour.

Ci tornerò! - posozopne centralissima. staff molto disponibile anche ad aiutarmi col mio grosso bagaglio.camera enorme e stupenda. arredamento di una casa signprole fiorentina. sembrava di viviere in una realtà, non in un hotel la colazine non era delle più fornite. nonostante non mancasse nulla e nonostante lo staff fosse pronto ad accontentare ogni richiesta. leggermente rumorosa la camera siccome l hotel è davvero in centro e i ragazzi passeggiano fino a l ora tarda

• Deborah (9/5): Unique, artsy, eclectic boutique hotel in prime Florence location. - Booked the very cute "sun" room. Enjoyed the eclectic decor (and comfy chaise lounge) in my room and throughout the property. Many sitting areas uniquely decorated with love. Location tucked away off a busy area near leather market - interesting to watch from above. Not "fancy", just a fun find! 10 AM checkout was a bit early but was able to hang out in lobby area to complete phone calls and emails before heading out.

Il lavandino del bagno necessiterebbe di manutenzione, in quanto la resina/materiale con cui è rivestito risulta scrostata in più punti. Lo scaldasalviette del bagno è arrugginito nella parte alta.

• Rosie (4/5): - Die Lage ist super Hatten diese mal ein anderes Zimmer als sonst( Nr. 6) Leider roch dieses sehr nach Abfluss und es war kalt. Max. 20 Grad. Auch das Wasser war nicht wirklich heiss.. Duschen in der freistehenden Badewanne äußerst schwierig. Überschwemmung vorprogrammiert! Auch im Frühstücksraum war es sehr kalt... Aüsserst schwierig die geringe Anwesenheit des Personals.

• valentina (9/5): - la posizione ottima, a due passi da tutto, in pieno centro. il posto bellissimo, arredato in maniera ottimale, come entravi nel portone ti arrivava una vampata di profumo buonissimo con una leggera musica che accompagnava. La camera molto bella, spaziosa. unica pecca, la camera non era ben insonorizzata, quindi si sentivano rumori nel corridoio e la colazione sarebbe potuta essere un po più ricca.

• Masařová (10/5): - Perfektní lokalita v centru, veškeré památky v docházkové vzdálenosti. Výborná snídaně a v průběhu dne si možnost kdykoliv uvařit kávu nebo čaj. Až se do Florencie vrátíme, tak opět sem. Pokud plánujete i jednodenní výlet do Pisy jako my, tak vlakové nádraží je pěšky cca půl hodinky.

Douchen in een vrijstaand bad met een douchegordijn met als gevolg alles erom heen nat . Er in en uit klauteren vroeg de nodige fysieke lenigheid.

O ambiente em todo o alojamento é muito agradável e bonito, com música de fundo suave e um cheirinho tão bom, que nos faz sentir em casa. No último dia, tive de sair antes da hora do pequeno-almoço, mas foram super prestáveis e não saí de barriga vazia. Muito obrigada! Por ser uma zona movimentada, consegue-se ouvir um pouco o barulho da rua.
