• Ortega (1/5): No contestan ni devuelven fianza sin motivo alguno - El apartamento está genial, como pega indicar que el sofá cama no tenía sábanas por ningún lado y tuve que compartirlas con las de la cama grande. Me pidieron una fianza antes de llegar para los pases a la piscina y la llave del garaje. Aún estoy esperando su devolución. Después de intentar ponerme en contacto con ellos varias veces, no me responden. El piso quedó en perfecto estado por lo que no entiendo ni por qué no la devuelven, ni por qué no me responden. Lo intentaré a través de este medio cuando vean la puntuación.
• Michael (4/5): Do not use MEMBRIVES to book your accommodation . - Apartment was clean and quiet. If you can find accommodation in this building i would recommend, it as long as you do not use the company MEMBRIVES as your host. Entry was delayed two hours as host refused to believe lock box was broken, eventually sending someone with a spare key. We were denied access to the pool on three occasions as host did not supply us with a pool pass , each time required multiple messages and phone calls to owner as a rude manager would not believe us. No key for lift provided which meant walking up a steep hill. Oven top not working , no hairdryer and no kettle. We arrived home two weeks ago and still have not received security deposit or invoice which we requested.
• Bogdan (4/5): Location great, apartment good, person managing property bad. - The location is very good, the flat was ok. Overall good. But the man from the management company who looks after the flat is quite unprofessional, does not respond to messages, gives wrong instructions, asks for extra money, and then tries to not refund deposit.
