• Zdenál K (8/5): Prostorný apartmán s terasou - Úžasné místo s terasou. Apartmán je poněkud starší, ale prostorný. Lokalita geniální. Vybavení zastaralé, spousta zbytečného nábytku a dekorací na které se jen chytá prach. Tmavé, špatně osvětlené. Kuchyně téměř ve tmě. Ukrutně měkké postele! Pro záda nevhodné. Druhá postel v patře malá. Teplá voda teče až po několika minutách.

• Kim (2/5): BEWARE! POWER PROBLEMS AND VERY COLD! - The location was the only part that was good. It was freezing. We tried to use the heat but we had major electrical problems. I think that the use of the heaters and the kitchen facilities created our power to go out almost 30 times in 3 days. It was unbelievable AND the property manager made us feel like WE were the problem! All that we wanted to do was use the stove and the toaster for breakfast in the morning but we had water going cold while showering due to the power going out all of the time. The upstairs bathroom drain was very slow so the 2nd person showering would step into cold water from the person who showered before. The unit also smelled of sewer gases. It had not rained in several days so I don't think that it was from that. Oh... and the elevator wasn't working so two sets of stairs had to be climbed and descended with luggage. The bedroom upstairs had a verrrrry low bed - hard to get into. The stairs going to upper level had no railing, making it very dangerous to go up and down ESPECIALLY when the power went out! Someone could easily fall down in the dark. We tried to get help from the owner/property manager but they were not helpful. They said that the electrical problem was unique to us. I hate to say but that is impossible. I am sure that we cannot be the only guests who have had this problem. I feel that future guests should be careful renting this unit IF they seek some warmth (we were there in January) AND if they wish to use the stove top or oven or microwave. The power outages were a HUGE inconvenience and we were not offered any rebate. We were offered another unit but that is a HUGE ordeal to change units. Anyhow... be careful with this one!

• Jimena (8/5): - La ubicación INMEJORABLE, la casa bonita y bien puesta , la terraza espectacular, con vistas increíbles!. La atención recibida por la persona encargada también muy buena , estuvo siempre pendiente de todo. No había ascensor y no lo sabía , escaleras estrechas y escalones muy altos para llegar a la casa , iba con una persona mayor y me hubiese gustado saberlo con antelación. La habitación 2 era en dúplex , y la habitación principal no tenía ventana. No se puede llegar en coche hsta allí , otro dato importante si se va con maletas grandes o pesadas.

Especially at night when it was a - The location of the property was just perfect for local restaurants and all tourist attractions. The smell of the drains in both bathrooms was quite overwhelming at times.

• Antonio (10/5): - la posizione è incredibile con una terrazza con vista sulla Giralda e le mura arabe. appartamento molto grande, arredato come una vera casa. vale la pena mangiare e fare colazione in terrazza. comoda la lavatrice e la possibilità di stendere all'aperto. spazi ampi e le camere e i bagni su piani diversi garantiscono una certa privacy il bidet del piano di sopra dovrebbe essere fissato meglio a terra, è un pò scomodo, ma averlo a disposizione fuori dall'italia è già tanta roba... le scale per raggiungere l'appartamento sono un po' ripide, aiuta molto il montacarichi che evita di doversi trascinare le valigie, ma è solitamente un problema minore

• Sue (10/5): It was relaxing and felt like a home away from home! - There were only 2 of us staying in the apartment - the upstairs room did not look quite so comfortable but the vibe of the apartment in the old town was lovely and the air con(it was very HOT in Seville in July!) was great. Location was perfect and very quiet
• Chan (8/5): - Convenient location and very helpful management contact. Enough space for a family of four. Electricity power switched off when all three air conditioners were on. Power needs to be upgraded. Got a cockcroach inside the bathroom. Have ants on table and sofa as well. Need some deep cleaning.
• Geraint (9/5): Location location location - Directly adjacent to the Real Alcázar, the location is great for visiting the main attractions - obviously this means the area is very busy but the apartment itself is very quiet and peaceful including the roof terrace. It's a beautifully furnished and well equipped apartment that has everything needed including a washing machine which was very useful after a week touring Andalucia. Good communication and instructions for access. Minor points - the bed in the upstairs bedroom wasn't very comfortable and had no bedside light. The shower holder (upstairs bathroom) needs fixing.

• Lisa (9/5): Superb - Perfect location in Barrio Santa Cruz. This is my second stay here and I never want to stay anywhere else in Sevilla. Property continues to have a bit of an issue with an odor in the drains.
• Ron (7/5): Seville once delivered unfortunately the apartment didn’t quite. - This apartment is all about location. Ideal for all local attractions. Meet and greet for access was cancelled last minute then we had a problem trying to retrieve the house keys from a lock box. Once we got into the flat we were greeted by a mountain of dirty linen on the stairwell. This was eventually picked up 24 hours later. So not the best of welcomes. A number of lights didn’t work which were promised would be resolved but this didn’t happen. Likewise a sink plug was promised but again not provided. All this was disappointing given the cost of the apartment.

This was at 9:00pm and offices were already closed. Quite an uncomfortable situation to be in.
• Soo (4/5): Disappointing - The person who received us was friendly and even showed us how to turn on the A/C heaters and he turned them on for the warmth. Location was convenient. A few minutes after the property guy left, there was a power shortage. We immediately texted the property and because the trips happened every 10min, the property advised us to turn off all AC heaters and use the wall radiators as it would lower electricity consumption. Despite doing so, it blacked out again and caused panic in our children who dared not bathe, fearing that the place will turn dark. We were given an emergency number to contact after 9pm. it happened again and we called the emergency number to no avail. When someone finally picked up, we were told that there was nothing they could do and they kept repeating that it was an apartment, not a hotel (which we were fully aware of). Eventually, we learnt that we could only turn on a maximum of three radiators; and we lasted the first night. The next morning, we turned on one more radiator in the living room and the power shortage happened again. The property then offered to make a direct refund by marking our reservation as no-show (not sure how many customers had taken up this option and were hence, unable to leave a review). But because we were staying a second night (it was impossible to get another place to stay as it coincided with the holy procession, though the property replied that "the most sensible thing is to look for other accommodation, there is a lot available in the area"), they could not refund. We appreciated that they made a trip to the property to do a check; and had advised us to adjust the heating to 25 degrees celsius (we had set a higher temperature earlier to compensate for the lack of AC heaters). When we returned, we only turned on the wall radiator in the toilet (no function to set temperature), and it blacked out again. At night, despite all rooms being at 25 degrees, it blacked out again and again. We reverted to only 3 radiators for 2nd night.Room upstairs was noisy at night with a restaurant operating right below it.

• Tajna (9/5): Amazing place in the center of old town - The views and the ambient of the apartment were amazing. The upstairs bed was too small for 2 adults and the lights were out. We tried finding light bulbs but only found 1.
• Wallace (8/5): Wonderful location but be aware of a lot of stair steps. - Outstanding location. View from terrace was beautiful especially at night. Most main attractions were an easy walk. Many restaurants and bars in the immediate neighborhood. Apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. The apartment was very quiet even though it was centrally located. Stairs! The elevator was for luggage only and it was out of order. Going to the entry for the apartment required 34 stairs. Getting to the upper bedroom required an additional 15 stairs. Getting to the terrace required another 15 stairs. Just to be clear, that’s 34 steps to get into the apartment and another 30 to get up to the terrace.
• Hangmei (10/5): Centrally located well furniture apartment for long stay in Seville - The apartment is very centrally located in the Jewish quarters. It’s a stone throw from the Alcazar and located on a street full of history. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable, kitchen well equipped and living room very nicely decorated. The other highlight is the roof top patio, a perfect place for morning stretches and evening gatherings. One thing that might help with a longer stay is a wash machine. We had to hand wash clothes and hang them on roof top. The upper level washroom and hall way gets really hot during the day if we don’t leave bedroom door open and AC on. The painting on the upper level walkway is an old lady. It can look scary at night. I wouldn’t suggest any kid or someone with superstitions in mind to stay there for the night. Better stay at the lower level.
• Jacquelyn (10/5): Location is everything! - The location was absolutely perfect for seeing all of Seville! Walk to everywhere! Terrace was great for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening! With one bedroom and bathroom on each floor, it was great for 2 couples. The upstairs bed is very low to the ground and almost like a futon.

We have visited many European countries and always rented self catering properties. We can honesty say, this property was the most beautiful and comfortable we have stayed in. The decor is a mix of modern, together with some beautiful art pieces. The bed was incredibly comfortable in a well air conditioned room. The best part is definitely the roof terrace with the most amazing views of the Cathedral Giralda. We had our breakfast on the terrace each morning listening to the Cathedral bells and peacocks from the Alcazar gardens. The property has a fantastic location and is very close to the main attractions of Seville. Our host was easy to contact and very helpful with suggestions for which bars and restaurants to visit during our stay. We will most definitely stay here again and recommend this property.
• Yvonne (6/5): Great location, spacious apartment - The location is unbeatable. At night, the courtyard portico area where you enter the building and before you get to the stairs was full of giant flying roaches. My husband killed a few just to get us to run to the stairs. In the morning when we left you could see all the dead roaches perhaps from fumigation but they were alive when we came thru at night. None in the apartment though thankfully.

I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! - Amazing location, amazing feeling being in the old part of the city (literally on the route of most walking tours), view from the balcony is FAR better than photos show and you also have the cathedral view from upstairs shower. Very special.

• Lisa (8/5): I live in Spain and I will plan to stay here again every time I return to Sevilla. - The location is fabulous and the view of the cathedral from the spacious rooftop terrace is lovely. The interior courtyard of this building is picture perfect as well. The two floor, bedroom bathroom layout offers great privacy for a small group. It is super easy to park in the nearby garage and walk over through the park in a couple of minutes. There was a slight smell in the bathroom drains and the flat could use an additional comfy chair in the living room instead of multiple tables and dining/ desk chairs. These are minor quibbles.
