Condition of the furniture is awful. Bathroom smell is very bad. Bathroom equipment is rusted. Shower is terrible. The kitchen is not equipped with anything. Air condition controller is malfunctioned. Mattress is very old. Bathroom towels and beddings smells very bad .

• NASSER (5/5): شكرًا - شكرًا أحد موظفي الإستقبال لا يعير إهتمامًا بالضيف الذي أمامه فهو يتحدث بالجوال لفترة طويلة جدًا وكأنه لوحده للأسف فبعد إنتظار ربما أكثر من ٨ ساعات طلب زيادة ١٠٠ ريال وبسؤاله لما هذا المبلغ أفاد بأنه مقابل الدخول المُبَكِّر فرفضت ذلك وسألته لماذا لم تخبرني منذ وصلت إلى الفندق كي أتخذ قرارًا بإستبدال الفندق … فهذا الأمر لا يليق .

• Mortada (1/5): خيبة أمل لأني عميل لديهم ولكن لن أعود لهم مرة اخرى Disappointment, because I'm a customer of theirs, but I won' - الموقع خدمة العملاء سيئة للغاية ، لايوجد انترنت ، وعند سؤال خدمة العملاء يخبروك انه سيتم ارسال فني لاصلاحه ولكن لا يتم اصلاح شي وبعدها يخبرنني الموظف انه بسبب ضغط العملاء وهذا غير صحيح ، ايضاً عند طلب بطانية اكثر من خمس مرات اتواصل معهم لكي يحضروها Customer service is terrible. There's no internet, and when you ask customer service, they tell you a technician will be sent to fix it, but nothing is fixed. Then the employee tells me it's due to high customer traffic, which isn't true. Also, if I order a blanket more than five times, I have to contact them to get it delivered.
