• Antu (3/5): - Pontos positivos: a localização A minha experiência neste alojamento foi bastante negativa. Durante a maior parte da estadia (3 noites), ficámos sem água quente, sendo o problema apenas resolvido no último dia ao final da tarde. Considero isto inaceitável, pois trata-se de uma condição básica. Apesar de vários contactos com o suporte (incluindo chamadas longas e mensagens), a resolução foi muito lenta e desorganizada. Além disso, o apartamento não apresentava boas condições de limpeza. Encontrámos cabelos em várias zonas e havia um cheiro desagradável vindo da casa de banho. Antes da reserva, cheguei a confirmar com o alojamento se este problema (referido em avaliações anteriores) já estava resolvido, tendo-me sido dito que sim, o que não correspondeu à realidade. Toda esta situação causou bastante stress e prejudicou a nossa experiência de viagem. No geral, não recomendo este alojamento devido à falta de condições básicas, fraca gestão e falta de transparência.

• Fátima (5/5): - La ubicación es perfecta. Le falta atención, tapa del baño suelta, nevera que no enfría del todo, muebles estropeados, lavabo que es imposible no tirar el agua.
• Oliwia (9/5): Ogólnie spoko - Mieszkanie było fajne i przestronne, idealne dla 4 osób. Taras to ogromny plus, a widok też niczego sobie. Czuć było nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji, pościel pachniała świeżo, ale miała stare, trwałe plamy.
• Ilian (6/5): - The location is excellent, right beside the Metro and bus station. It is also a short walk to Atocha station and the Lavapies quarter. The balcony also gives you a nice place to see the sunrise in the morning. The facilities are relatively new but not well maintained. The cabinet doors were difficult to close, and show visible signs of wear. The airconditioning units are also not well maintained, i think the units have to be cleaned already.
• Dee (8/5): Nice and tidy with very good location. - Very convenient with location wise (as lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and transportation). Place is very nice and tidy. Limited clothing storage in bedrooms. No coats to hang. No cloths and towel to hang in bathroom while having shower.

Odore di scarico in tutta a casa causa tubature intasate. Lavandini intasati. Manate di unto sulle porte. Muri sporchi. Un incubo ad occhi aperti. Stiamo aspettando il nostro rimborso. Ma ancora nulla in vista, sarà una bugia ? Forse si. Personale incapace. Venuto in appartamento alle tre di notte per portare ascgiumani. Indecente.
• vlad_suazo (6/5): - La ubicación inmejorable, a unos pasos de la estación de metro y a tan sólo 15 min caminando a Atocha, Lavapiés o el Barrio de las Letras. Las ventanas del salón no tienen persianas, así que la privacidad es nula. El baño despedía un olor desagradable. No hubo amenidades en el baño solamente toallas y papel (bote de shampoo casi vacío, no había gel de baño o jabón de manos, etc.)

• Sophie (7/5): - the size of the apartment and the balcony. very spacious for us group of 4. there was an awful smell coming from the shower drain. the shower head wasn’t working, we could not higher the head. there could be more knives and scissors in the cutlery drawer. there were several scratches on the tables. one of the blinds was broken.

• Derek McLuckie (6/5): It was OK and location is the selling point - The location is good. The apartment is clean ans has 2 bedrooms There was a foul smell. Presumably drainage or sewage that was difficult to prevent.
• Mónika (8/5): Jó helyen van, korrekt a leírás. - Nem működött a lift és a 6. emeleten laktunk. Szombat éjjel érkeztünk. Vasárnap jeleztem a problémát, hétfőre megjavították.

• FABIANA (10/5): - Apartamento muito bem localizado, amplo e com sol da manhã Chegue à noite e nao funcionava a água quente, mas foi resolvido no dia seguinte.

• Maria (7/5): Apartment well located - Location was on spot! Walking distance to Madrid centre (25 minutes) through Lavapies or La Latina. The apartment had air-conditioning in both bedrooms and living room, much appreciated during our stay since it was pretty warm. Views of the apartment were also nice. The terrace and balcony were a plus! They advertised it as a design apartment, but that's quite far away (my opinion). We didn't have warm water (had to call the owner to have it fixed and they did), the sink in the bathroom was falling apart (very wobbly) shower glass doors could not close properly and be sealed. In the kitchen, we had a coffee machine but no coffee at all, neither a couple of tea bags, nothing. Basic furniture.
• Pérez (1/5): Nice flat on the pictures, reality stinky as a sewer - The flat was nice, with a nice big windows and terrace. The area was very convenient. The stairs case were very old and not renovated. The rubbish bin were at the entrance of the building, next to elevator, so you could smell the rubbish coming in and coming out. The worse experience, was inside the flat: we were not able to use the bathroom because the smell was terrible. The first night, we kept the door close, hopping the next day would be better, but the smell was even worse. We called to inform the issue, someone came to just to check. At the end we were able to slee and have a shower in another apartment which was much smaller and dark. Next day we had to move to our flat, although the issue was not solved and we did not get any solution. I sent a claim. The company did not reply. Terrible experience, specifically if you are travelling with small children.

• Tatyana (2/5): Nightmare - There were so many issues with this property. First, the AC was turned off prior to arrival for “safety reasons”. it was 38C in Madrid and we were traveling with a child. It took 24 hours to cool this tiny apartment to 29 degrees. The ACs were barely working…Then, the stove couldn’t be used at the same time as AC. Using the stove blew the fuse several times. We ended up having to turn off one of the ACs in order to cook. When attempted to call the hosts, they did not pick up. They finally responded the next afternoon without offering any solutions, just asking for pictures to prove we’re using the equipment correctly and offering a formal “apology for inconvenience”. And finally, the apartment wasn’t at all equipped. There were no kitchen knives, no shower shelves or towel hooks, no basics for a family to be somewhat comfortable. We has to use a steak knife for cooking. The bathroom was pungent, the bathroom door was impossible to open and close and the shower doors were challenging to close. the list goes on and on….
• Maya (8/5): We liked the place, it was clean and cozy and looks like the pictures. The location next to Metro. - The apartment is renovated and looks great, clean and air conditioned. The kitchen has utensils that are exactly suitable for the number of guests (up to 4). The building is a bit old-fashioned inside, small elevator (2 people), but the place is cozy and located in a central square with the metro station right in front of the entrance. The area is nice, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants all around. Nice towels, nice TV (with Netflix), WiFi OK. At the first night we found-out there's no hot water for shower. In the morning technician arrived and fixed it, and it was perfect for the rest of the stay. I just wish the owner would have checked it before we arrived, especially that I asked prior to our arrival, following few remarks I saw in the reviews. It seams the apartment was renovated not so long ago, it's mostly nice since everything is clean and well kept, but a few things are missing: a shelf in the shower to put your clothes, bigger closet for the double bedroom, dish drying tray...

• Aimilia (5/5): Passable - LOCATION GREAT NEXT TO EMBAJADORES METRO STATION The boiler was out of order and we didn't have heating and hot water. A technician came the first day and fixed it but it broke down again the day before our arrival. It's inconvenient not to have hot water for a shower.
