• Jacques (8/5): Vanwege de ligging een leuk verblijf. - De locatie was uitstekend, aan de rand van het centrum. Het keukengerei was beperkt en de matrassen veel te zacht wat niet comfortabel was.

• Stefano (9/5): Ottima sistemazione per un weekend a Firenze - I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi nella consegna chiavi e nel darci molte informazioni utili per la nostra permanenza. L'appartamento è curato, camere spaziose e silenziose. Anche se non è in centro, bastano 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere le principali attrazioni o la stazione. Nello stesso stabile è possibile fare colazione in un bellissimo locale. La zona cucina/pranzo è piccola per 5 persone ma dispone di tutto il necessario.

• Pamela (9/5): Ottima esperienza - Appartamento molto carino, vicinissimo alla stazione (facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi) e alla Fortezza da Basso; con un bar e un ristorante praticamente fuori dal portone principale. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Vicini un po' rumorosi, ma niente di insopportabile.

Апартаменты находятся на 1 этаже и в октябре в них было прохладнее, чем на улице Очень скрипучая кровать в маленькой комнате

The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and the table was expandable so we could all have dinner together. The location was very convenient!

Lots of room in bedrooms and in sitting area. Had everything in the apartment we needed for a short stay. Communication was quick. Kitchen was a little cramped for 3 people. The double bed mattress was very uncomfortable, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Also, we would’ve appreciated curtains that were less sheer.

• Vardhankoshal (9/5): Nice place, good prices and great location - Nice host, great location, a vintage and beautiful 125-year-old property that is a few steps away from all top attractions, cheap services, shopping marts, and great eating places. There is a nice park on the back that you can go for a quick stroll if you have kids. The bathrooms are small and do not have a bidet. The mattresses, due to the thick cover, are not that comfortable. The park on the back has many people drinking alcohol on the bench towards the evening. But none of these things make the place any less good.

• Victor (9/5): it's a pleasant stay, superb host! - The location is great, close to the bus stop and the train station. some good restaurant near by as well. The main door's insulation might be improved so that noise from the front/main entrance can be reduced.
• Joanna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious, bedrooms were big and there were 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfy, everything was very clean. Location was great, close to the train station and the tourist attractions. The building is next to a busy road, but the apartment is facing the courtyard so is very quiet. The host was very helpful. He recommended a few places to eat and also let us store the bags for a few hours the day we were leaving.

• Giugregoriis (9/5): Great location and stay in Florence! - This is a great apartment, very spacious and comfortable. Great location, 10 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. There is a very nice cafeteria almost beside it where we used to have our breakfast. There are nice and big windows in the rooms and a door in the kitchen that leads to a small courtyard. There is air conditioning in all rooms. The fact that it has 2 bathrooms is really a plus. The only problem was the Wi-Fi connection that was not working properly, sometimes we could connect but most of the time we couldn't. I highly recommend the hosts to fix this problem because it is not possible even to use the mobile phone internet there due to the thick walls.
• Garry (9/5): Wonderful city. We walked around 4-5 hours a day, so a comfortable base was much appreciated. - The location was excellent. The hosts were very enthusiastic about their city and explained the perosnal details around some of the artwork in the arpartment, which was really interesting. For 2 friends , having separate bathroom, both with great shwoers, was a luxury. The hosts also offered many useful reccomnedations which made our visit to Firenze enven better. My friend used the double bedroom and was disturbed by the noise of what she thought was a bakery, very early one morning. Hoever, this was only one morning during our stay. Very minor point, but a draining rack for washed crockery would be useful in the kitchen.
• Joanna (9/5): Amazing place for a family to visit Florence. - The hosts were very nice. They met us at the apartment and gave us some information on the city and recommended a few places to visit. The place was very spacious, it was two apartments connected - very easy and convenient for our family of 4. We had some initial hiccups with the wifi. It was very picky and we were unable to connect to some of the sites and apps, especially business related (we were attempting to do some remote work while there). However the hosts worked very hard to solve the issue and eventually everything was working fine. There is no cell reception in the building due to very thick walls, so wifi is crucial.

• Anonymous (10/5): Just what we needed! - Nice apartment, very clean and recently renovated. Great for families. We had our 2 teenagers with us, so the 2 bathrooms were a must. Location was great too…10 minute walk to the center, but away from tourists. Also 10 min walk from train station. Great little cafés and restaurants nearby that are more reasonably priced. The owners are the nicest people that will go out of their way to make sure everything is ok. Would highly recommend.

• Adiah (10/5): An exceptional stay that exceeded out expectations. - The host and his wife were amazing and so kind. They ensure our comfort upon arrival and exceeded out expectations.the location was perfect for siteseeing or mingling in the local activities. Well lit for returning in the evenings, stores and activities walking distance even with our small children. A beautiful park across the street made keeping daily activity during holiday convenient.
• Anonymous (8/5): Wonderful stay in Florence - The property was clean, and the owners friendly and helpful. It is within walking distance of the train station and the Uffizi and Gallerie Accademia museums in Florence. There is a very short walk to a wonderful gelateria that has coffee and pastries that you can purchase for breakfast.
