• Hanna (10/5): Excellent Flat near Fleet Street - Great service and responsive host. Excellent location, central yet tucked away from the busy streets. The flat was clean and cosy. We visited London on a very hot weekend so air conditioning would have been a plus. However multiple fans were available in the flat which was a bonus.

• Susan (9/5): Excellent would definitely recommend - The property was lovely and clean and had everything we needed could not fault the apartment ideal spot for us and the staff we dealt with where very helpful and kind would definitely stay again The only issue we had was the lift wasn’t working which was not too much of a problem we did manage the stairs but that’s the only issue we had the older ladies in the group struggled a little bit 🤣
• Nuala (9/5): Great location, lovely flat and would stay again! - The property was in an excellent location, very convenient and had plenty of amenities. Washing machine, dishwasher and space was most welcome The flat itself was lovely, really nice and cosy and fresh. The lift was out of action when we arrived and being on the 3rd floor with a number of bags was not ideal.

• Julie (6/5): Good location let down by lift not working - Location was excellent. Good sized 2 bed apartment with 2 bathrooms. The apartment was on the 3rd floor but the lift was not working, this was a big issue with a 21 month old and 2 people with slight mobility issues. We just about managed but it was disappointing! Also we were provided with 2 single quilts for each double bed which seemed odd.

• Jane (8/5): Great apartment - great location - Lovely bright apartment. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. It was on the 3rd floor and the lift was out of service. The host who let us in helped carry one suitcase but still a long way up

• Walt (9/5): Superb - It was very modern and comfortable. The lift doesn't work and this should be mentioned on properly listing as its quite high up. The apartment had not been cleaned very well at all, bathroom was spotless but other areas it was really bad. I was staying with a blind man and as he familiarised himself with the layout he could feel all the food dried on the bench and dust all around, which I missed. This did not bother us too much but we gad oaid £100 cleaning costs and we entered a place that gad not had that amount of cleaning done.
• Helen (9/5): Brilliant apartment - we will definitely stay again! - Excellent location and facilities, clean and comfortable. Only one slight problem - The shower head in the en-suite would not stay in the holder without being held.
• Lynne (6/5): decent apartment but due to the very noisy mornings we wouldn’t stay again - the location was wonderful, the size was good for a family of 3, the bed was comfortable the noise outside on Thursday and Friday mornings woke us at 6.45am, the shower head was broken, there was no dish towel provided.

• Kirsty (9/5): really great location - Absolutely fantastic location! Beautiful and spotlessly clean apartment. Really spacious and well designed. Would definitely book again. Self check in would have been much preferred. having to make arrangements via whatsapp whilst busy at work wasnt great - then we had to wait 10 minutes to be let in. also, if i had been alone, i would have felt very uncomfortable indeed to have to let a man into the apartment and sign something which could easily just be added to your terms and conditions of booking. we were made to feel like we would trash the place, which we obviously didnt.

Check in was quick and easy - I only booked it very shortly before I needed to check in and they were quick to come with keys Shower head didn’t fit into the wall mounting so had to be handheld. Instant coffee sachets and tea bags were provided as complimentary but there was a coffee machine rather than a kettle which was odd as you couldn’t use them

• Chinny (8/5): We really enjoyed staying here and found it very conveniently located. - A lovely apartment in a quiet street near a car park (yes, we were silly enough to drive to central London!). About 20 minutes walk to Covent Garden with all its theatres, cafés and restaurants. Seven minute walk to Farringdon Station and Thameslink. Our room was on the fourth floor, which wouldn’t have been a problem in normal circumstances. During our stay, the lift was out of order. Fleet Street is very lively on Friday nights as workers enjoy afterwork drinks, and quiet on Saturday nights.
• Benjamin (10/5): Perfect city pad - Central location, fairly quiet despite being in the middle of town, close to Temple. Comfortable set up. Had to hunt for a second pillow but that was the only issue. FYI; in the chest of drawers.
• Dubaigirl (8/5): In the heart of London, close to embankment, great value for money. - The property is in a great location. A little off the track and google maps led us on a wild goose chase from the station, but all good. The person who met us was helpful and friendly. The apartment had everything we needed. Little things. We had to wait outside on the street for 10 mins for someone to meet us and let us in. Not a big deal as it wasn't winter or raining. The lift in the building was not working. Not a problem for us as we hadn't booked based on a special need for a lift. A cloth to wash up with and a tea towel to dry dishes or wipe hands on in the kitchen, a towel rack or hook to dry towels on in the bathroom and a box of tissues would have been appreciated. The bed is very small to accommodate a couple and we struggled to get air and a comfortable temperature during the night.

• Leonie (1/5): Bad - There were bed bugs in the major bedroom. The host didn‘t care about that, he didn‘t even react to our messages. No compensation was paid. Bad behaviour.
• Kealan (10/5): A comfortable stay in the heart of London! - The apartment was clean, bright and offers great location to navigate central London by foot. We were welcomed and shown into the apartment by a member of the team and was shown around. The apartment features great amenities to ensure a comfortable stay including a washing machine! Outside the surrounding area is quiet and easily accessible. Communication was great and check in / out was simple. Only downside is lift not in use especially being on the 4th floor.
• Andy (6/5): Good location just some issues need sorting. - The property was in a great location for us. Was decorated nice and plenty of space. On arriving the lift was out of order and had to go up 3 flights of stairs. The apartment is really overlooked by surrounding offices literally about 15 foot away. The main issue though was the one bed appears to have bed bugs. My daughter woke up in the night to find bites on her. So she ended up sleeping in the lounge.

• Martinica (6/5): Pleasant - Location and apartment was good The mattress on main room is bad and bed sheets as well as some towels had bad smell ( humidity ) . It was noisy at night and without AC windows had to be open . Much clarity cause curtains weren’t dark enough. Entrance of building is in very bad shape , dirty .. awful … building seems a bit abandon . However apartment is not bad inside .. modern and well kept ( besides details explained before )
• Darbazdara (7/5): Good - the rooms was very nice and it was good and clean also the location was very good in the middle of the city waiting for the key to arrive in order to enter the building. in my case I had to wait on the street with 2 young kids for the person to arraive and provide the key to enter. finaly we entered the facility to find out the lift was not working and we had to carry our bags by stairs up to multiple floors... also in the morning the noise from street and garbage cleaning was very load and woke up everyone with the workers noise.
• Pradeep (8/5): clean and tidy apartment from inside - apartment inside was clean, well kept and spacious, staff was responsive was provided a different apartment then photos, was on third floor and lift was not working, no aircons in the apartment, old carpet on building stairs

• Jose (9/5): Conveniently located and well-fitted apartment - The amenities are complete for a very comfortable stay and the half bath was also very convenient. The location was also very convenient for what we needed. We had to set up the sofa bed ourselves.

• Michela (10/5): Wonderful staying in London - Beautiful apartment, spacious, bright and comfortable. It was a last minute booking but the owner welcomed us warmly; we found the apartment clean, efficient and we appreciated even the small details. Close to grocery stores, pubs and restaurants, it's been very easy to reach major attractions within 30 minutes walk. We loved every bit of this staying!
• Rue (8/5): Highly recommend for a couple or parents with a child - The hosts were highly responsive. The location was very convenient - we walked everywhere! And the flat was in pristine condition - very modern and tidy. The flat would be very convenient for a couple, however if travelling with other people (as we were), bear in mind that the only bath/shower is located as an ensuite inside the main bedroom, so there isn’t as much privacy as some might require. Also, the flat faces another building, so not as bright as in the pictures.
