• Upul (8/5): It was a great stay. - Great location and spacious rooms. Very clean. Kitchen utensils such as oven mittens were not there. More spoons would have been better. BBQ was rusty. Some shampoo bottles were empty. Car park wasn't clearly mentioned.

• Taygan (7/5): Good location, great communication just let down by a few issues that appear to be ongoing! - Location was good. Communication was excellent. Ease of entry and lead up was great! I little bit on the pricing side for what we didn’t get. We had a number of issues we needed to deal with. Overall it wasn’t a big deal but made us decide we would not return regardless of all the good things about the property. Fridge leaking RHS, Hard towels which are thread bearing! No blankets, One key only Low pictures on lounge, knocked us in the head, Vertical blinds - panel blinds painful to use and got caught up in the doors, Toilet seat in main bathroom wrong size, too small. All of these ongoing issue as per multiple reviews.
• Charlotte (10/5): Perfect spot for a week-long stay in Darwin - Tan’s place was the perfect apartment for our week in Darwin. The apartment was well located and was a 5 min walk from where most of the day trips pick up from. It was also close to a lot of different food options. The apartment itself was clean and easy to cool down. There were heaps of items and condiments in case you forget any essentials which was brilliant. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Darwin. There was a bit of noise due to it being in the middle of the city but we slept well despite this!

This is more than the apartment! The lock key and entering the apartment was a bit confusing and not effortless. Messages for passcode weren't seamless and straightforward. Had to make phone calls.

• Nicholas (5/5): Passable - Location in the city - although noisy. Nearby Woolworths. Underground parking. Plenty of aircons and ceiling fans. Size of the rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Dirty BBQ with no gas. Water pressure in showers not great. Showers could have been cleaner too. Water leak from roof in room with single beds. Fridge also leaked.

• Neven (1/5): Bad - This place was the cheapest and most run down place we have stayed at. Sheets cheap.and thin towels were so tough and thin, no blankets. Couldn't use Bbq was filthy front patio filthy. No way would I pay for anything extra. Only 1 key at a 3 bedroom.unit. Parking area was disgusting and dirty. Pictures stuck on wall.that your head hit when on couch. Fridge leaked every day and I slipped one day in the kitchen due to this and had to leave a towel on floor. Food left in fridge that wasn't ours. Most uncomfortable beds ever. Pillows terrible.

Needed location of lock box and description as there were multiple. This could have been done in an email before arrival. Shower heads were fancy, but had very little water flow, could be a mains water pressure issue.

E.g. fluff balls under furniture, lots of dust and dirt on top of washing machine. Front of oven door still had grime and fat on it (didn’t use oven) We swept floors and cleaned balcony Had to take rubbish to area that was very smelly Indoor pool not very welcoming (gymnasium in same area) Lots of noise at night from hotel/nightclubs close by

• Mercer (5/5): not a place for a quite nights sleep - it was a good size for three people no ventilation in the bathrooms loud road sweeping and blowing from 3am and 6 am every morning.
• Bruheath (7/5): a good, comfortable place to stay in Darwin’s CBD - nice comfortable unit, in CBD and close to night spots and restaurants the owner was very helpful over the stay and responded promptly on the few occasions that we had a question. being close to the night spots, it sometimes got quite noisy.
