• МАТВІЇВ (7/5): - Швидкий інтернет. На кожному поверсі є зонтики. В самих апартаментах хороший дизайн Зручна душова кабіна. Приємне місце для відиха Транспорт хороший. Є біля супермаркет. Було гудіння по ночам в спальні. Нерозуміння чи вернуть аванс тому що квартира була пошкоджена.
• Uli W (9/5): Top-Wohnung in stadtnaher Lage - Die Wohnung ist Top - da kann man nichts sagen. Sie liegt nahe zur Innenstadt und dennoch ruhig. Zudem hat das Schlafzimmer nur ein Fenster (und einen Balkon) zum ruhigen Innenhof. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wüsche offen. Selbst das Bett ist - für spanische Verhältnisse - erfreulich breit. Der gut funktionierende Waschtrockner steht übrigens auf dem Balkon des Schlafzimmers. Wir haben ihn zunächst gar nicht gefunden. Gäste dieser Wohnung sollten zwei Dinge wissen. 1) Man kann die Wohnungstür nur mit einer App auf dem Smartphone öffnen. Das funktioniert nach Eingabe eines Zugriffscodes reibungslos, aber ohne Smartphone ist man aufgeschmissen. 2) Es wird eine Kaution verlangt. In unserem Fall waren es 900 Euro. Das steht "im Kleingedruckten" der ersten Message, die man nach der Buchung erhält. Man übersieht das schnell, wenn man - wie ich - jährlich zahlreiche Buchungen über Booking.com durchführt. Es ist ja auch mehr als unüblich. Der Vermieter hat mich leider erst daran erinnert, dass ich per Kreditkarte eine Kaution stellen muss, als ich bereits im Flieger saß, wo ich im letzten Moment vor dem Start 900 Euro freigeben musste, um später nicht vor einer verschlossenen Tür zu stehen. Hinsichtlich des Kommunikationsflusses sehe ich Verbesserungspotential.
• Frances Anne (10/5): The perfect home away from home - This apartment was perfect for my 2 week stay. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The bed was comfortable, very firm, and the living room was perfect to relax and watch television after a day of exploring the beautiful city of Valencia. The apartment was very close to a large grocery store, cafes, buses and just a short walk to the old town and Belles Artes. I had a wonderful visit and fell in love with Valencia! There wasn't anything I disliked.
• Young (9/5): Cute and cozy and comfortable for our three week stay! - Location just north of the Turia park was perfect for us. We liked being in a neighborhood and experiencing local life. We would have like a place to hang out towels and a few more utensils in the kitchen. Housekeeping after two weeks would have been nice.

• Denise (10/5): Loved it! - The apartment is just north of the historic centre of Valencia, away from tour groups but only a 10 minute walk across the river (now a beautiful park) to the edge of the old town. It looks over an intersection that is mesmerising to watch. Despite the bustle of the local community the apartment is very quiet in the evening. The bedroom is at the back so is very peaceful. We met a local couple at the nearby eatery who gave us recommendations for restaurants and guides. They said our apartment building had been renovated quite recently and I must say it felt new. All appliances and fittings were perfect (although I admit to taking a while to find the washing machine/dryer). There are lots of storage cupboards and good bedding. We were thrilled with our choice and only wished we could stay longer. Our five nights flew by and we slept perfectly. Hard to find anything! Perhaps somewhere to hang our wet towels in the bathroom would have been good.
