• Aurélie (1/5): Bad ! - Nothing People saying location is not a good argument : puerto natales is so small you can do everything by walk anyway and We the house is, is « far » from the center Cash policy only - Staff not friendly because I don’t speak Spanish and wanted to pay by card. This policy is not indicated properly !! Kitchen is disgusting 🤢 not cleaned Almost no tools to cook or to eat Bathroom not cleaned while I saw the cleaner in the morning making the beds, the bathroom should be also cleaned : there were hear everywhere

I materassi erano sfondati, il bagno era un orrore e l’arredamento ha visto sicuramente tempi migliori. I proprietari sentiti via Whatsapp per organizzare un’escursione si sono defilati quando abbiamo chiesto dei dettagli ulteriori, siamo stati accolti gentilmente ma poi non abbiamo più visto nessuno nei due giorni in cui ci siamo fermati lì. La colazione era immangiabile: due fette di prosciutto e formaggio in un piatto filmate con cellophane in frigorifero e del pane stantio.

• Aleksandra (8/5): Clean and quiet with a good location and friendly staff, but the breakfast was quite basic. - We liked the cleanliness, the quiet atmosphere, the good heating, the location, and the friendly staff Breakfast was quite basic, especially considering that many guests go hiking. Although we could use the kitchen we expected better breakfast since it was included in the price.

Il y a mieux ailleurs. - OK, ce n'est pas très cher et c'est propre, MAIS... ...1/ l'hostel est situé sur une rue très passante, et est lui-même assez sonore 2/ le staff est inexistant : pas de message en amont pour préciser les heures de réception, et une fois sur place pas aimable voire franchement antipathique 3/ prix flous

• Paulo (8/5): - Casa com cerca de 5 quartos para alugar sendo assim tranquilo para dormir. Com boa relação preço-qualidade. Bom pequeno almoço, simples mas bom. O isolamento dos quartos em relação ao som. Mas isto aqui é um defeito em toda a Patagónia. Aqui como é uma casa com poucos quartos ae se nota pouco.

• Marek (8/5): Pokoje takie sobie, ale obsługa bardzo pomocna. - Bardzo profesjonalna i pomocna obsługa. Pomagają zorganizować czas. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum. Naprzeciw sklepik z empanadasami. Pokoje takie sobie.

• Ubalda (9/5): Estuve poco tiempo, sin embargo, me pareció un sitio excelente para alojarse. Sin duda volvería. - La atención, la tranquilidad para poder descansar, la limpieza (impecable), la comodidad, excelente ubicación, el desayuno (súper). Recomendados 100%. La calefacción estaba muy alta y no pude regularla. La puerta de la habitación se atasca en el piso y cuesta abrir o cerrar (necesita un pequeño arreglo)
• Petra (6/5): Pleasant - Location Equipment, weird approach of the landlord. Breakfast was included, but it was bare minimim, everysingle day. Feel unwellcomed and strange here. Very tiny wall, everything was heard. Bedsheets were super weird and not clean.

• Sheila (7/5): Great location but accommodation underwhelming. - Location was great, close to the waterfront and many amenities of Puerto Natales which is a friendly little town. Cindy arranged a taxi pickup from the airport which went smoothly. There is a lady comes in to work every day who kept the place clean but we were unable to communicate with her. Cindy was helpful in advance but when we arrived was simply 'business like'. The offer to help arrange tours did not materialise - we found an operator ourselves which worked out very well in the end. Cindy said she had arranged a taxi to take us to the bus station on the day of departure which did not turn up and we were unable to contact her. Fortunately we had allowed enough time to walk there but it's quite far uphill. The bedroom was very basic - no bedside lamp was a problem.

• Nicholas (10/5): Really good - Very nice people! Had a great stay for a a great price. The tenants were very responsive and helped with borrowing hiking poles and let us store some of our stuff there! There is only one bathroom for 4 rooms but I never had to wait
• Jolandie (9/5): Good budget option - It was a great budget option. Breakfast was available early for when we needed it. The room was on the small side, but good enough for what we needed it for. We were able to store our bags while doing W-trek. They would like payment in cash which was only told to us 30mins before arriving so did not see it until we got there. Someone far from the bus terminal, but uber was available and reasonable. We were able to walk from the terminal to casa luna.

• Renuka (8/5): Good stay at Casa Luna Natales - Convenient quiet location. There's a bakery right opposite and you're minutes away from the sea promenade and centre of town. I got a double room to myself though I'm travelling alone. The place is kept very clean and they make the beds daily. The shower was great! Hot water available 24/7.and kitchen available for use. Daily breakfast could use a bit more variety. Offering eggs would be great. Would be helpful if basic shower gel/ soap and shampoo could be provided. Bedside lamp would be useful.

• Jolien (9/5): Lovely stay - Thoe house is close to the city centre. Everything was clean and we were able to leave some luggage during our hiking trip. The breakfast was nice and was set up really early for our early bus.

• Piotr (9/5): Great value for money - I think that this is a very good place for a budget stay in Puerto Natales. I really like the friendliness of the host. Everyting was fine, there was a free coffee in the common area. Definitely recommended.

• Zhiyun (10/5): Quiet place, easy to access to lake and town center, like home. - Host Patricio has great hospitality, try his best to help you. Wifi could not be connected in my laptop, mobile phone could connect. I do not know what is real problem.
