• Kees (7/5): Even though I have some complaints, I would recommend the property to able bodied family and friend - Location and views were excellent. The accessible bathroom. I use a walker and found the bathroom and entry to same very pokey and anyone in a wheelchair would have real difficulties. Also, seating was not comfortable considering the amount charged.

• Ross (8/5): Very good - Good location, easy to get to, good views. The property suited our needs perfectly.. Good sized rooms, and comfortable beds. Would have liked a bigger barbecue as we had 9 guests. Ensuite vanity taps need attention, would not turn off fully. Toilet cistern made odd noises all the time.

It was clean, great facilities with extra things like coffee machine, card games, great size house with extra beds, linen was awesome, lots of nice sprays and soaps and shampoos, beds were so comfortable. We couldn’t rate this place better. Would have been nice to have a gas hws, electric one kept running out of hot water. For the size of the house it would have been nice to adults and kids to all have a hot shower at the end of the day.

• Jessica (8/5): Very good - The location was amazing! The lady was so easy to speak to, TV blew up when we got there she had it replaced that same day. It is great for a group of friends or family, very spacious. The house wasn't overly clean when we arrived, the dish cloth was very stinky, a wet towel was left in the ensuit shower.

• Jackie (10/5): Beachside Accommodation in Pt Lincoln - The location is great if you like the beach, which is about 30 steps away from the deck. Walk over a beautiful grassed area and into the water. The main bedroom upstairs is HUGE, with a deck to walk out to. The upstairs bathroom is shared with the 4 upstairs bedrooms, and the ensuite is with the downstairs bedroom. With 2 King beds, 2 Queen, and 4 singles there is plenty of room for a couple of families to holiday together. I can't really fault this home, really enjoyed our stay. The deck had full sun for many hours in the morning, great for winter, not so good in summer and autumn. Do your research in regard to distance to shops and eateries, ok if you have a car, not practical if you don't.

• Anonymous (10/5): Wonderful house for a family holiday (or even two families) or group of friends - Fabulous location on the waterfront, the house had everything we needed and was spacious! The house was lovely and well thought out, I would highly recommend staying here. There wasn’t any air conditioning upstairs, it wasn’t overly warm when we were there so it was ok with the windows open at night but I imagine it would be pretty hot in 30+ degree weather.
