I had to go the owner place in Cairo in order to collect the keys and the same to return it to her, and there are several things were not stated clearly by the hoster like: I shall pay a fixed EGP 1,500.00 per person in order to access the beach this access is valid for 7 days, in addition to that the host asked me to pay EGP 350.00 for "Cleaning Service" while it was never mentioned before either in Booking rules or by the direct communication with the host until the Check-out moment...
