- Pamella (4/5): It could’ve been better - Doorman Gabriele is the sweetest person. With all the unpleasant events I had to endure in my stay Sir Gabriele was very helpful. Booking provide the wrong address. Walking with all the luggages on uneven Rome streets I sprained my ankle in the beginning of the trip. NO HOT WATER! No one advise me and my family. Awful. A/C in the bed doesn’t work. Pullout couch has some metal structure poking your body. And lastly the police knocked at my door for some investigation. Better than bad man but still unpleasant.

- Lth (8/5): Lovely location, exceptionally easy - Rome is a very expensive city but this place was just about affordable for me. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely quiet area full of nice restaurants, the easy access of the villa Borghese with great (and shady!) playgrounds for my 3-year old, and the flat itself. The owner was super responsive by WhatsApp and gave excellent travel tips (taxi rather than underground!), and it was very easy to get in - the concierge, Gabriel, was waiting for us and helped with my luggage. The flat had everything you need, and even the sofa bed in the living room was comfy, and it was very clean. I definitely recommend, especially if you are looking for a place where you can cook yourself (which, with a small child, is very handy). It would have been useful to have a few staple foods in the kitchen supplied, such as olive oil, salt, coffee pads that fit the machine, and sugar. We stayed longer in accommodation provided by my work, so could use it up, but especially for people who only come for a weekend it all adds to the cost.
