• Holly (10/5): Beautiful place, beautiful hosts and beautiful city - I’d highly recommend for anyone to stay here. Nothing was too much of a hassle for Claudio and Cecilia. They gave me lots of recommendations for Napoli. The rooftop was stunning, and a great spot to watch the sunset over Napoli. The room was small but suited me perfectly. It was clean, modern and well stocked. That I didn’t stay longer!

Io avevo necessità di mangiare a casa spesso perchè non sto bene, ed è stato un pò complicato organizzarsi negli spazi, ma errore mio sicuro, non avevo capito bene la situazione. Davvero unico neo, per il resto tutto adorabile.

• Giordano (8/5): Excellent location - Claudio was very kind and welcoming. The location is excellent and so is the rooftop from which you can have a gorgeous view over the city, quite spectacular. The room is good, not very big though, so it's perfect for a short stay. Having a few coffee pods was nice. The rooftop and the location is what you are paying, though the room itseld is not full worth the whole price as it's a bit small and so is the bathroom. Shower didn't drain properly and there is a "japanese" bidet. Not a big deal if you're staying for a short period of time, though.
• booley (9/5): Great stay in Lucullos - It was a very comfortable studio. Quite small..a little smaller than we had thought. The balcony overlooks concrete walls but ok to sit out. BUT there is a super terrace on the roof with an amazing view. We had a couple of small issues initially but Claudio was very helpful and sorted immediately. He was a super host giving much information . Great communication. The location for us was super. About half an hour walk to Archealogical Museum. Quiet but near to many lovely shops and eateries. Very secure and safe. Would recommend . The view from balcony. Smaller than expected.

Communication with the host Claudio was easy and he answered all of our questions and requests.(You can leave your baggages in safe before check-in and after check-out) Check-out time should be later. You check in at 15:00 but you have to check out at 10:00. In addition, the bathroom needs a bigger window or ventilation.

• Ivett (9/5): Privacy above the town. - Big terrace with excellent wiew and sunbeds. Double bathroom, big rooms. Coffee mashine with caps. Location very good. The entrance to the apartment a little bit comfortable. Toaster and cattle needed.
• Paulina Kuchorew (9/5): - Brilliant location, with a lovely rooftop. Just keep in mind that there's a bit of stairs and a small lift. Some amazing pizza places literally around the corner. Lovely owner shared lots of tips and suggestions for sightseeing and food places. We struggled a bit with the air conditioning unit and getting it to work. It kept switching off. Probably more of a user error on our end though.

• Stephen (10/5): Best accommodation in Naples - Great accommodation. Cllaudio was very helpful. The rooftop was lovely in the warm evening, We had drinks on it every evening.. View fantastic Less than 100 metre to "Na Bona Furchetta Trattoria", where we had the best pizzas ever. Easy to buy provisions in shops in the same street less than 50 metre. Chiaia Metro now goes to Municiplo which is very handy if you are struggling to walk but as there is only one train on the line, one can wait at least 20 min for it. It also closes at 14h50. Getting in to the apartment. There is a lift to the 4th floor. Then you need to climb 15 step narrow circular staircase. Then your reach the roof terrace. Then down more stairs into the apartment. This is very hard if you struggle with walking. Also you would struggle with large suitcases. Apart from this we found the accommodation perfect. I would not recommend trying to cook large meals as there is only an induction plate and a microwave. We did not use either.

The next - Good location and a safe neighborhood with restaurants and shops nearby and a easy walk to Port to catch a ferry. Rooftop view was nice, some good views No real view from room balcony, not that we really minded, since we didn’t spend much time in the room

The location is in the middle of it all but quiet. Harbour and city are easy to walk to, metro stop Chiaia is close by. The plastic roof over the balcony… since we hadn’t expected rain in Napoli.

• David (10/5): Perfect Host - Perfect accommodation, at the heart of Naples - Our host Claudio went out of his way repeatedly to ensure that we had a lovely break and knew where to visit for each of our excursions. His advice and hospitality were first rate and he sent us details of the best restaurants and of those that were Gluten Free friendly. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and modern, having recently been converted to the very high standard. Claudio genuinely cares that visitors have a very good experience. He also ordered us a taxi when I had trouble with the taxi company not speaking any English. The roof was a wonderful way of enjoying the lovely weather during a rest day. Exceptional! Having to come home!

• Mark (10/5): Great stay in Naples - Excellent location for downtown Naples, fantastic 16th century building with modern facilities and the bonus of a massive roof terrace. Really good comms and information from friendly owners, Claudio & Cecilia. The flat had everything we needed, it was very clean, comfortable and secure; we used this as a base for trips around the city plus easy access to the metro for getting to Napoli Centrale for trains out to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius. There was nothing to dislike

• Therese (10/5): Modern appartment in a gorgeous ancient building - Lucullo's rooftop is situated in a gorgeous ancient building at 15 minutes of a metro and railway station that connects you to the most important viewpoints and museums. The host welcomed us and introduced us to Naples and its amazing historical treasures. The appartment is roomy and well provided for. The views from the rooftop are absolutely stunning (views to the Vesuvius, Naples skyline and port). Nothing so far.
• Tom (8/5): Ideally located welcome - Claudio and his lovely family really seem to want guests to enjoy their stay. The location and roof terrace make it ideal for enjoying the city centre sites. As we knew, the space in the studio is very small and not suited to anyone with mobility issues or large luggage
• Marina (9/5): Superb - Good location, 10-15 min walk to metro station, 10 min walk to the seaside. Beautiful view from the rooftop. Great host, always answer all questions and give recommendations. All was good, Neapol is a very big city, be ready for long walks :)

The place is nonetheless quiet and has everything you need for a short stay. Claudio and Cecilia are great hosts and very supportive whenever we had a question. The rooftop terrace and its wonderful view is something you shouldn‘t miss.

Every major attraction is in walking distance as well as restaurants, and shops. The rooftop is amazing, and our fantastic host Claudio told us every information we needed, gave us recommendations and took us to the rooftop to show where everything is. The apartment is small, but cozy, has a nice little balcony, very functional, and well equipped for 2 people, fantastic value for money. Also worth mentioning, that Naples is a very loud city, but the the apartment was completely quiet which is important with a location this central. Wifi was working, but not very well.

We had access to the rooftop and received a nice informative tour. We also received a yummy breakfast cake, which we enjoyed with our morning coffee on our private balcony :) Great hosts!

Elevator available. The host was very friendly and helpful, from providing the keys, helping me with the luggage and organizing luggage storage to even providing a surprise breakfast cake! It would be great to get more check-in information ahead of time, I had internet problems which made communication more difficult. Only one power socket in the bathroom was able to accomodate a standard EU laptop plug ;)
• Mark (9/5): Superb - Beds were very comfortble and ample space in each bedroom. The apatment overall was in very good, well kept condition and the host were always contactable. The kitchen could have a few more items for cooking (more utensils, a proper hob)
