• Klaas (7/5): - The location was ok and it came with a parking place which was very important to us. The place was a little dark and it was smelly when we first entered. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. One lamp in the room didn't have a light bulb. The place needs some TLC . The sofa in the living room looks very dirty and maybe needs to be replaced.

• Adem (7/5): - War sehr nah zum Zentrum, hatte ein parklpatz inbergriffen und der Inhaber war sehr hilfsbereit. Bügeleisen war defekt trotz meldung kein neues bekommen, es waren 2 rollen Toilettenpapier dabei für 4 leute und 4 tage.
• Rodrigo (4/5): Buena localización aunque incómodo y ruidoso - Localización, es céntrico y está cerca de las principales atracciones de Sevilla. Tiene parking. Las camas y las almohadas son muy incómodas, la iluminación es insuficiente y es ruidoso. Se escuchan mucho las personas de otros pisos o cuando suben y bajan la escalera.

• JUAN JOSÉ (6/5): - La localización y la tranquilidad en pleno casco viejo. Las manivelas de las puertas necesitan un arreglo sobre todo la de la entrada principal. El TV tenía la imagen verde.
• Convertini (10/5): Un’ottima scelta - Appartamento molto spazioso e con ogni comfort, in posizione comoda per raggiungere i vari punti di interesse della città. Proprietaria gentilissima e sempre molto disponibile. Parcheggio privato incluso a 5 minuti dall’appartamento.

• muriel (8/5): - La proximité du centre de seville et la terrasse au dernier étage. Sur l'annonce il était mentionné un balcon, je qualifierai plutôt une rambarde devant la fenêtre du salon avec peut-être 30 ou 40 cm de profondeur. Appartement côté cuisine et salon très sombre.

Bardzo zimne marmurowe podłogi ( byliśmy w lutym), brak możliwości dogrzania. Ciemne wnętrza, oświetlenie bardzo przestarzałe. W kuchni podstawowe wyposażenie, część sprzętów nie działała. Brak tarasu.

• Fulvia Barsottelli (6/5): - Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo Il modo di fare il check in. Siamo riuscite ad entrare un' ora dopo per problemi dati dai codici di accesso. Lo wifi non ha mai funzionato, la password che ci veniva data non era dello wifi dell' appartamento. La prima notte nell' appartamento sopra il nostro c'è stato un gruppo di ragazzi che hanno fatto festa fino alle 5 del mattino, impossibile dormire.
• Julie (9/5): - L'appartement est très bien placé, à proximité d'un quartier animé avec de très bons restaurants aux alentours, tout en étant au calme. Il est spacieux, et dispose au dernier étage d'une grande terrasse à partager fort agréable. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Les équipements sont très basiques. Vaisselle en faible quantité, cafetière ou tv pas très modernes, dommage.

• Bienvenido (6/5): - La cama de matrimonio no es comoda, el colchón es durísimo y las almohadas como si no estuvieran. La llegada fue horrible, la clave de entrada no era la correcta, era la de la planta baja, cuando nos deron la clave buena las llaves que estaban encima de la mesa no eran las del apartamento, La llave de la cochera tampoco funcionaba. UN DESASTRE. Por fin después de una hora se pudo solucionar. Por lo tanto la llegada un desastre.

• Alex (9/5): We absolutely love the apartment and rate it very good….if they pay some attention to the kitchen and fix the issue we w - Spacious, clean, quiet, perfect location, garage. Kitchen utensils very poor. A mix of incomplete and useless pots (only 1 and the other with a dangerous convex bottom while there are 5 pan covers ? ). 3 spoons, 7 forks. 8 knife’s. 1 breadknife, no knife’s for chopping or cutting anything. Lack of a scissor ( we bought one and left it behind). No kitchen towels for drying hands, plates or cups ( we bought them and left it behind) An incomplete mix of glasses, cups, plates. An electric coffee machine without a glass pot ??? Cups do not fit so made coffee manually. All and all….a kitchen that really needs an strong update before it becomes useful. So easy.

• Nuno (7/5): Localização boa, mas... - Localização e ter lugar de garagem. Cama desconfortável, beliche perigoso, louça, talheres e acessórios insuficientes para 3 pessoas para duração da estadia. Não tem vista nem pátio.
• Annebeth (8/5): Fijn appartement op goede locatie. - Goede locatie nabij restaurants, maar gelukkig wel stil ‘s nachts. Goede nieuwe badkamer. De parkeergarage was vlakbij en ruim genoeg. We hadden problemen met de voordeur en geen afstandsbediening voor de garage maar dit werd snel opgelost. De badkamer was gloednieuw maar daardoor lag er een witte stoflaag van het tegels slijpen door het hele appartement.
• Stephen (9/5): Beautiful old-fashioned apartment in the heart of the old city - Location second to none, nestled in a quiet street in the heart of gorgeous Sevilla. Staff very helpful in arranging key pickup. Property very clean and spacious with beautiful wooden floors, a balcony accessible from both rooms and a huge fridge/freezer. Sofa and TV need replacing and ceiling fan in main bedroom wasn't working. None of these things caused us any problems though as we spent as much time as possible out and about in amazing Sevilla
• Ciro (10/5): Comfortevole - L’appartamento con 2 piani 2 camere separate e 2 bagni separati ha colpito molto la nostra attenzione, ci siamo trovati bene, tutti i comfort erano a nostra disposizione, abbiamo usato anche la cucina e sicuramente lo consigliamo anche per la posizione in cui è situato. Nulla tutto perfetto
• Lucélia Michele Da Silva (5/5): - Localidade Muita falta de atenção de funcionários, com os hóspedes... Não orientaram com usar os utensílios e na hora do check-in, nao teve ninguém q fosse nos levar ao apartamento. Só foram até nós pq não estávamos conseguindo entrar no apartamento.
• Catalina (1/5): - Les appartements de Rental Sevilla sont gérés par la société Hogarium. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée ils nous ont communiqué que l'appartement n'était plus disponible à cause d'un problème de climatisation et ils nous ont permis d'en choisir un autre. Nous avons été logés au 75 Calle Torneo. J'ai reçu des nombreux messages insistants de leur part pour payer sur un lien externe à Booking, ce qui est du phishing. Le jour de notre arrivée nous avons constaté que l'appartement avait des tâches de moisissure qui sentaient très mauvais et il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la douche. Le lendemain matin je l'ai communiqué à Hogarium qui dit avoir appelé un technicien. L'eau est restée froide et la réponse de la société était d'attendre un jour de plus pour appeler la société de la chaudière. J'ai dû insister 4 fois et refuser d'être menée en bateau, au final ils m'ont proposé d'annuler le deuxième et troisième (dernier) jour de réservation pour que nous puissions aller ailleurs. En ce qui concerne les moisissures, le responsable a dit ne pas être au courant, mais les tâches sont là depuis longtemps. Il devrait être interdit de mettre en location des appartements dans un état pareil.

• Richard (7/5): It's a great place once we got there and figured everything out. - The place was clean and in a good location. Most things are within walking distance but public transportation is close by. Although parking is free, it was difficult to find and to park in. There was a language barrier with the host. I understand interpretation apps can be sketchy but it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances and better directions to the parking, nothig outside the garage is labeled but that seemed to be a normal thing there.

• Simona (9/5): Superb - The apartment was big enough with enough space for the whole family, big kitchen and bathroom. Big wardrobe in the bedroom. It was on a very good location close to the center and on a walking distance to the best places in Sevilla - Alcazar, the Cathedral, Plaza de Espania. There were some ants in the apartment- kitchen and bathroom. When we inform the host they immediately send a cleaning company and they clean them but anyway we couldn't leave a food outside of the fridge because the were coming back. Otherwise we still recommend the apartment. Great place to stay.

• Adriyana (10/5): Great location, free parking - Great location - short walk to the historic center, close to many restaurants, free parking garage near the apartment. Easy communication. Overall everything was great. There were no sheets provided for the baby cot but later in the evening they brought us one. There is a bunk bed but it's very hard to get to the upper bed, not very well secured. The ceiling in the bathroom can be renovated.
• Dalia (8/5): Great to stay if you do not cook yourself. - The place is great. Everything is close. Disappointing the kitchen tools. Dishes (all plates) with broken edges. Kitchen tools (little spoons) are too few (there were only 2). Only 3 cups and very dirty inside.
• Johannes (3/5): Great location, maintenance lacking - The location is very central there are lots of nice restaurants in the area. The roof top terrace is also great. The owner is very responsive. The owner clearly runs this for maximum profit in the shortest possible amount of time without having to reinvest anything. The kitchen is missing most basic utensils. There is no vacuum cleaner. The bed sheets are enough for about 2 beds to actually be used. The responsiveness is unfortunately not matched by willingness to take action. A crib that had been offered as a free extra was just not delivered within the 2 weeks of our stay even though we had reported it as missing the first day. When we found bed bugs, it took another 36 hours and intervention by booking.com before the apartment was cleaned.
• Lopez (8/5): Very good - Central location close to most amenities. Severe lack of communication and consequent follow up from Rentalsevilla when encountering a technical issue with the tv. The matter was finally rectified the night before departure and only after we persisted via phone from the first day we walked into the apartment.

• Mihajlo (9/5): Superb - Spacious, clean and cold even in August. Late check in without any problem, I even extended the stay fast and easy. Communication through what's up was fast and easy. Location is perfect. The only minor issue was that I had to spray against ants, but only once for a three week period.
• Rafał (6/5): Avarage appartment in good location. - Convinient location, nice dinning room, friendly welcome service. It was noisy (neighbour appartment). Despite several requests (each was responded), finally I have not received an invoice from the host company!
